I recently purchased a home and hired Built-Well to install Hardie siding and new windows. We also had to do a complete gut and remodel of our upstairs. Keith did everything perfectly and was so accommodating. He made this process easy! We will be remodeling our downstairs in the next year or two and will definitely be hiring Built-Well again!

Keith and team did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. The team was extremely professional, communicative, detail oriented, and treated our home like it was their own. They kept the process moving and made everything so easy. We would 100% recommend Keith and team for any kitchen remodel.

They were great. I had a tree fall on my roof and they were there for me the whole way. They tarped the roof immediately and made sure there would be no water damage. They helped me through the insurance process. They came to replace the roof quickly and did a great job. I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.

My kitchen renovation exceeded my expectations. Keith Hessman at Well-Built Builders was great to work with and his subcontractors as well. As with any renovation, there were issues that arose and changes that needed to be made but Keith was flexible, responsive and accommodating. This is my fourth project using Well-Built Builders which speaks to my confidence and satisfaction with their work. I would definitely recommend them for any project.

The job had many stages that needed to have attention and experience to complete Each group completed their task in a professional and timely matter They were always neat on time and always able in completing all tasks in an expert manner We came up with a plan and the team made it easy to complete the job on schedule They are reliable and I will definitely use them again.

It went extremely well and we LOVE our newly renovated and constructed home! Keith was the general contractor for a 2 story 800 sq. ft addition plus renovations. He has a great group of people doing the work (masons, carpenters, tiles, plumbers, electric, etc.) and truly all of them did excellent work and were a pleasure to deal with. This is a contractor who is as honest as the day is long. Furthermore, you know things will change at some point and he was awesome at addressing changes/issues and gets things resolved. We interviewed several companies and we are so glad we chose Keith, his son Grant, and Built-Well. We have some more work to be done, and we will be bringing them all back to do it. We have already recommended them to friends. I think that says it all.

Keith and Grant were professional and great to work with. We hired Built-Well to install a deck. They were patient and explained various options and designs and were responsive to all of our questions. The end product was better than we had envisioned at the beginning. They had great suggestions and fixes for issues that came up during the construction. We were also installing a pergola roof, side shades, heaters and fans and they were available to coordinate with the other installers. We had left over deck material and they built a great flower pot along the side of the deck. Prices were reasonable and fair compared to other quotes we got. Even with the craziness of supply disruptions and prices increases in 2020 they stuck to their initial proposal. I will definitely hire them for any future work and would recommend them to anyone.

Hired Built-Well to Re-do our kitchen and baths. Keith brought in his kitchen designer who was a pleasure to work with. She also re-designed our two full baths for us. Everything was great! Keith was a great communicator and kept the job moving along. He suggested plumbing supply places for us where we received a great discount compared to other places. We would definitely hire Built-Well again.

Keith and his team at BuiltWell were exceptional to work with on our master bedroom/bathroom remodel. While the work was being done, every artisan showed up on time and left the worksite each day as clean as possible. As contractor, Keith was there every day not only working himself but also overseeing the workmanship of his crews. He guided me in the selection of materials and fixtures. In my bedroom, Keith reconfigured existing walls to accommodate the installation of custom made drawers and cabinets. He redesigned existing closets to increase their utility. Keith was amazing and a pleasure to work with and I would certainly hire him again!

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUILT-WELL. KEITH (WHO DIDNT KNOW US AT THE TIME) WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND ENOUGH PLEXIGLASS FOR THE JOB AT A TIME WHEN IT WAS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IT DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC IN MAY. VERY PLEASED. WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE.

Keith Hessman and his entire team did an EXCELLENT JOB. Right from the very start he was very professional, punctual, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable, throughout in the entire project !! He very clearly outlined what the project entailed, explained every step and answered all questions in person, email, and phone calls. The price he gave me for the project was EXTREMELY FAIR as well. The subcontractors which he used, the floor installer, the painter, the electrician, and the plumber were the best I have ever encountered. They were very meticulous in completing their work in every way. All of them were on time and very professional. Lastly, Keith managed this project from start to finish, and followed up daily to make sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. In this day in age it is hard to find a very honest, dependable and fair Contractor with all people working together for the best result for the customer. Keith and his crew did a fabulous job for us! We needed a new roof so we decided to have Keith build a false peak to give more dimension to our house. Not only was he here when he said he would be - our property was kept spotless! We are so pleased with the way the house looks! We would certainly recommend Built-Well for any work on your home. We’re thrilled with how the Bathroom (April 2018) turned out and hired Keith again when it was time to do the Kitchen (September 2019). Built-Well was referred by a family friend when I was looking to completely redo the bathroom. I had several quotes and it was Keith’s professionalism, attention to detail about what I was looking for as well as condo construction knowledge that set him apart from the others. Keith is the consummate professional. He is personally dedicated to seeing each job through to completion. Keith sets up the demo (cleanest operation I've ever seen), construction, tiles (amazing attention to detail; levelled perfectly) , electric, plumbing, paint, all of it for you. Keith keeps you updated daily about the following days task and is personally onsite more often than not. His team is onsite daily (except holidays, waiting on inspections). Keith will provide company recommendations for countertop and cabinets (you are not obligated to use them). I 100% recommend Built-Well and Keith to anyone that asks. Duration for 9' x 8' kitchen was about 2 months, this includes wall removal and closet resizing, 1.5 weeks due to town inspections + 1 holiday.

Keith and his crew did an incredible job. We are so happy with our new bathrooms, deck and kitchen. Everyone was very professional, attentive and responsive. Keith was so easy to work with and very accessible. His pricing was fair and finished on schedule. We needed additional work done - hardwood floor refinishing, new indoor railings, new counter tops and the subcontractors Keith recommended all did a great job and were just as easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Built-well. again.
