—-Great Contractor —- We decided to remodel our kitchen and after speaking with a few contractors, we chose Built- Well Builders. From the initial consultation we found Grant and Keith to be great to work with. They did an amazing job with the kitchen, which was on time and on budget and they kept us informed though out the project. They are professional, neat, responsive and personable. Their product knowledge along with vendor relationships were quite beneficial to us when selecting the materials needed for our kitchen. From demolition to the finished product, we were very satisfied and would definitely call Grant for our next project Edwin

We couldn’t be happier with the work Keith and his son, Grant, have completed on our home. From siding, to windows, to our complete kitchen and bath remodel, each job has been completed on time, on budget and without headache. Keith manages the work from beginning to end is onsite to ensure everything goes according to plan. Our kitchen is beautiful and that was no easy feat in this old house. We have more work to do and Built Well Builders will always be our first choice.

After having shoddy repair work done on my leaking roof and exterior wall, I hired Keith and Grants team to right the wrong. Keith and Grant explained what needed to be done to stop the leakage.They appeared on time each day until the job was completed. They removed siding re-wrapped the house with Tyvek and took other measures to remediate the leakage. Shingles were replaced on the roof along with special waterproofing. Now that we have been through heavy wind and heavy downpours I am happy to report NO LEAKS !!!!

I recently purchased a home and hired Built-Well to install Hardie siding and new windows. We also had to do a complete gut and remodel of our upstairs. Keith did everything perfectly and was so accommodating. He made this process easy! We will be remodeling our downstairs in the next year or two and will definitely be hiring Built-Well again!

I am over the moon with my beautiful bathroom that Keith designed and remodeled. Keith and Grant and all the other people involved are the consummate professionals. They showed up on time and left my home immaculate every day. Thank you Keith and Grant.

Keith and team did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. The team was extremely professional, communicative, detail oriented, and treated our home like it was their own. They kept the process moving and made everything so easy. We would 100% recommend Keith and team for any kitchen remodel.

They were great. I had a tree fall on my roof and they were there for me the whole way. They tarped the roof immediately and made sure there would be no water damage. They helped me through the insurance process. They came to replace the roof quickly and did a great job. I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.

My kitchen renovation exceeded my expectations. Keith Hessman at Well-Built Builders was great to work with and his subcontractors as well. As with any renovation, there were issues that arose and changes that needed to be made but Keith was flexible, responsive and accommodating. This is my fourth project using Well-Built Builders which speaks to my confidence and satisfaction with their work. I would definitely recommend them for any project.

The job had many stages that needed to have attention and experience to complete Each group completed their task in a professional and timely matter They were always neat on time and always able in completing all tasks in an expert manner We came up with a plan and the team made it easy to complete the job on schedule They are reliable and I will definitely use them again.

It went extremely well and we LOVE our newly renovated and constructed home! Keith was the general contractor for a 2 story 800 sq. ft addition plus renovations. He has a great group of people doing the work (masons, carpenters, tiles, plumbers, electric, etc.) and truly all of them did excellent work and were a pleasure to deal with. This is a contractor who is as honest as the day is long. Furthermore, you know things will change at some point and he was awesome at addressing changes/issues and gets things resolved. We interviewed several companies and we are so glad we chose Keith, his son Grant, and Built-Well. We have some more work to be done, and we will be bringing them all back to do it. We have already recommended them to friends. I think that says it all.

Keith and Grant were professional and great to work with. We hired Built-Well to install a deck. They were patient and explained various options and designs and were responsive to all of our questions. The end product was better than we had envisioned at the beginning. They had great suggestions and fixes for issues that came up during the construction. We were also installing a pergola roof, side shades, heaters and fans and they were available to coordinate with the other installers. We had left over deck material and they built a great flower pot along the side of the deck. Prices were reasonable and fair compared to other quotes we got. Even with the craziness of supply disruptions and prices increases in 2020 they stuck to their initial proposal. I will definitely hire them for any future work and would recommend them to anyone.

Hired Built-Well to Re-do our kitchen and baths. Keith brought in his kitchen designer who was a pleasure to work with. She also re-designed our two full baths for us. Everything was great! Keith was a great communicator and kept the job moving along. He suggested plumbing supply places for us where we received a great discount compared to other places. We would definitely hire Built-Well again.

He very clearly outlined what the project entailed, explained every step and answered all questions in person, email, and phone calls. The price he gave me for the project was EXTREMELY FAIR as well. The subcontractors which he used, the floor installer, the painter, the electrician, and the plumber were the best I have ever encountered. They were very meticulous in completing their work in every way. All of them were on time and very professional. Lastly, Keith managed this project from start to finish, and followed up daily to make sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. In this day in age it is hard to find a very honest, dependable and fair Contractor with all people working together for the best result for the customer. Keith and his crew did a fabulous job for us! We needed a new roof so we decided to have Keith build a false peak to give more dimension to our house. Not only was he here when he said he would be - our property was kept spotless! We are so pleased with the way the house looks! We would certainly recommend Built-Well for any work on your home.
