+ 2 moreAlan came on a Friday to look at what we wanted to have redone in our living room, kitchen , and bathroom. He gave us several options on what we could do as well as explained the different pricing involved. He answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. He and his crew came the following Monday to start work. He finished everything on time and very much to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with his work and have recommended him to friends and family. Some, of which have used him since then. His work is top notch and if he doesn't answer the phone right away, he definitely calls back before the end of the day...even on weekends (we called and left a voicemail the following Saturday morning to ask him a question about the tile in the bathroom and Alan called back a couple of hours later). Overall, we had a great experience with him and are planning to use him again to finish our basement when the time comes.
