Description of Work: They put in all new smoke detectors and a new electrical outlet above my stove so I could put in a new microwave. In my new house he put in spotlights in the backyard, replaced a faulty fluorescent light in my basement, and upgraded the light fixtures inside and outside.

Description of Work: I was given an estimate over the phone, Paul Vinci the electrician showed up on time and completed the work promptly. Paul fixed an item I did not realize would be a problem. Bill was slightly less than the estimate. Very please with the experience from start to finish.

Description of Work: The job was simple but required some detective work to figure out why an the light fixtures in the kitchen were not working. The electrician was smart, polite, asked all the right questions, and fixed the problem. A plus for responsiveness, from initial call, to appointment setting, to prompt arrival at the indicated time. I am very satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: Although this company had performed work for me about a decade ago, they had been a little pricy. I had gottem a couple of estimates from them subsequently but again they were on the high side. I am a single, woman over 70 and have been raising three young people on a very low income so costs must be very well controlled. I currently needed an electrician again and this time, as a member of Angies List I consulted this list and found this company to be well reported on so I proceeded to try them again. This time I received a call and was told that since they had provided quotes for me in the past which they were NOT HIRED FOR< they were DECLINING TO DO ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH ME. At this point I don't know if these people have competent electricians or not but the ARROGANCE, ELITIST ATTITUDE certainly indicates to me that MONSY is much higher on their value scale than any consideration for competence and integrity. Not a company that want anything to do with again in my lifetime.

A-1 provided extensive pre service troubleshooting suggestions which I later realized I did not follow exactly. Paul (founder and owner)came, did the necessary troubleshooting and fixed the problem. Paul is always a pleasure, affable and erudite..

Description of Work: The electrician came back to make a minor repair, and as always did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I asked him at that time about installing ceiling fans for me in the future and updating some older lighting fixtures outside and he does that type of work also. I would highly recommend Paul for anything electrical, I don't think there is a job he can't do and his prices are more than fair. If all contractors were like this one my plumbing would be fixed now too.
