I was receiving an odd error message on a self cleaning oven during the cleaning cycle. The tech came out and evaluated and indicated that there was a bigger issue than the specific error code. We ordered a part and I was waiting for it to come in when the co-owner called and gave me a detailed explanation of why it was not a good idea to proceed. I appreciated his honesty and elected not to proceed with the repair. The oven operated normally other than cleaning. He promptly refunded the deposit we made to order the part. This was after another company declined to even come out for this. The oven is only 6 years old.

Everyone from the receptionist to the tech were very professional. I have already recommend this company to friend that need appliance repairs. It's nice to know that they are true to their word and came when they were scheduled. Awesome

So far so good. It took less than 15 min to fix but cost $125. No replacement part needed just aired out vent.

Appliance Werks did an excellent job. 2 other appliance repair companies that looked at my stove were useless. Not only did Appliance Werks and their technician Paul find the problem, they fixed it within the promised time frame. My oven had failed on my dual fuel range. The control board had to be sent out for a rebuild since the part is no longer available and it was done in the promised time. Appliance Werks is definitely on my list for any future appliance repairs. I would recommend them highly.

I had a time window of 2 hours for Paul to come. It was between 1-3:00. He was here at 1:00 introduced himself and went right to work on my refrigerator. He already knew what he was looking for because of the detailgave the office when I called to make the appointment. He explained everything the good the bad and the ugly. He gave us prices for all the options we could choose. Adding that whatever we choose the 75$ service call fee would be deducted from the price of repairs. He also gave us a 90 day guarantee for the prices he quoted if we chose any of the options he gave us. Ultimately we chose to buy a new refrigerator , however Paul said the guarantee still stands if we change our mind. My husband even agreed with PAUL and said he was an honest person. That's saying a lot because my husband is in the same type of work , a mechanic and problem solver. I would definitely call again

the gentleman did his job good, but it took to long for the part needed to arrive to his business, so it delayed my service, which in the future may cause me to pike someone else.

My experience with Appliance Works was excellent from beginning to end. The staff provides excellent customer service. They are truly pros. I will definitely use them for future projects.

The problem was diagnosed, a part was ordered promptly and repairman came soon after and stove is in great working order.

The man came on time. He was courteous. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer and was done in 10 minutes! It was quick and painless. I will be happy to use them again when needed.
