Don't use this place. They don't stand behind their work. Paul is rude. I hired them to fix a fridge. They quoted me approx $260 for a thermostat which is outrageous but whatever. I agreed to it. A week later, the tech comes back to install it and my freezer is still running hot. Paul says he'll refund me the cost of the repair less the trip charge but never does that. I disputed the charge with my credit card and he lied to them in the process of appeal. Do not use this company. And let me be clear - almost all of my reviews on google are positive. I'm not a hater. I'm not a scumbag. This guy is just a ripoff artist. I'm sure there are plenty of other reputable companies out there and I would try a stranger before I ever work these dishonest people ever again.

Really disappointed with the service. We were double billed for something an employee messed up and when we spoke to management they refunded us and we thanked them and said we would happily use them again in the future. We thought it ended amicably but when we called back to book again they said they didnâ t want to service us since we requested a refund. So if they further break your appliances and you ask for help or get a refund they will black list you. No safety or quality assurance. We wonâ t be using them again.

Appliance werks went beyond great customer service...Manufacturer made it very difficult to find proper pat number. Craig at AW called numerous times to manufacturer to obtain proper part...service were on time n excellent

We use appliance werks whenever we're having an issue with our appliances, whether it be something really small or very large. They're always so professional and helping and give the best advice for what we should do for our appliances. If you're looking for someone in the area I highly recommend!!

The staff at appliance Werks are extremely knowledgeable of their products and are extremely professional. We have purchased both a refrigerator and oven from them which was also installed by then. Great guys! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

The gentleman that came to our home was on time called prior to confirm arrival .very respectful of our property. Asked a few questions and went rite to work and fixed The problem less than an hour he was finished. Very professional and definitely One of the best! Highly recommend this company and will use again 5 stars, rock solid company

My install was very professional. John & Christian were very friendly & answered all our questions regarding our new dishwasher. My experience started with Craig in the store. He was very knowledgeable about his products & created a comfort level that made it easy to deal with him. Thanks Guys!

They were extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns efficiency. Would recommend them to all!

They have a set price for repair, and when the technician came out he opened the filter and discovered the problem: a small piece of broken glass. It took all of 2 minutes, and though I understood the terms it would have been nice to get a price break since the issue required no actual repair.

They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They got everything done fast and efficiently and Paul was so helpful with picking out our appliances.

They contacted me to set up an appointment and when I told them the age of my appliance, they suggested I contact the manufacturer to see if the repair was covered under the warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and confirmed it was covered under warranty.
