Great service on time fair price

The price of 75.00 to come out to evaluate my job was not as represented by the scheduler or the tech. It was supposed to be subtracted for the job if I hired them, but was not. I had to complain to the owner & in the end I paid 25.00 extra. I had to threaten to go to the Consumer Protection Bureau .

So glad I went to home advisor and got appliance werks for my job very happy with them did a really nice job would definitely use again

Great service. Honest about it only being a breaker issue with garbage disposal. Coming back to install new dishwasher due to seals being dry rotted on old one. Price as quoted.

I had them put in a new air conditioning system. Everything was fine, but I asked them not to cash my check for a few days & I post dated the check. They promptly took the check to the bank & I got a $35 overdraft fee that the bank would not waive. The man in the office also was rude. There was obviously some miscommunication there. Just be careful with this company.

The appliance was an oven. The part cost was about $12 to $15. The bill was over $230. The time it took to repair was less than 30 minutes. Need I say more?

Responsive and know their business. I have a GE Monogram built in and originally called GE. Two different techs argued over the problem then told me the part wouldn't be in for months. Randy from Appliance Werks was the first tech to take off the right panel, diagnose the problem, replace the part - DONE.

They were very timely, pleasant, and reasonably priced. They did not try to push fpr extra work. When our dishwasher continued to have issues after being repaired, they came back and re-repaired it at no cost, and subsequently works perfectly. I would recommend this company very highly.

I was happy with the price of the dryer repair and the fact that they saved me from having to buy a new dryer, which would have cost several hundred dollars more.

I found the repairman to be just fine but 155$ for a 20 minute job and a 10$ part was obscene.

A power strip had to be ordered for my dishwasher which took a week before the technician returned to install it. Other than that, service was good and the technician came at the time agreed on. I would hire them again...

We had a leak in the freezer of our Refrigerator. Appliance Werks came out. Was able to determine the problem. He had to order a part which meant a second visit. He came back promptly, repaired the fridge and chargespd a fair price. The initial visit fee was applied to the cost of the repair. Would positively use them again.

Everyone was very respectful, professional, and helpful. The technician was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. Totally satisfied.
