They actually answer their phone promptly instead of putting you on hold. Very accommodating and appt. was made easily. Came on time too! They made sure the job was done right. 90 day warranty on work. So they came back and looked at the freezer again for no charge.

Courteous and prompt service. Paul and Mike were on-time and very friendly. They saw my problem and quoted an estimate. I agreed and they told me that they would be back shortly with the necessary parts and repair my washing machine. They returned in about 20 minutes and made the repairs at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable; quick. They worked on a 20 year oven and think that the problem has been resolved. However, if the part has to be repaired, they will apply my payment to me toward a installation of a new part.

They came out promptly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my dryer. Only complaint would be on their profile page where it says they have Sunday hours.

We are waiting for a part to come in to finish the repair of my dishwasher, but so far Appliance Werks has exceeded my expectations. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. They were able to come at 7:00 am so I was not late for work. Their repairman Frank was at my house at exactly 7:00 am. He was courteous and helpful. He was able to provide a temporary fix while we wait for the part so I don't have to do my dishes by hand! I am very pleased with my service so far.

I needed a part for my Refrigerator, but had no part number. I took a picture and send it to them. They had exactly what I needed. They delivered it and put the part in. Very happy with the service.
