Serviceman arrived on time, was quick, professional and friendly. Had part for oven repair on hand so no follow up required. A very good experience.

We had a problem with our refrigerator evaporator fan. Paul from Appliance Werks arrived at the beginning of our appointment time slot and was really nice and extremely knowledgeable. Our repair was a little tricky but he was able to figure it out and stuck with it until the repair was completed to 100%. Even had to order a 2nd part which he had shipped to himself overnight and he returned the next day. I would DEFINITELY use them again for any of my appliances and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.. Appliance Werks provided timely service and they made sure everything was working perfectly by completion of the job. The best part is that they are very reasonable, fair and honest. Very impressed!!!

When setting up an appointment, the person I spoke to explained how I could do the repair myself. That sold me on their honesty and customer service. He showed up on time, showed me how to make the repair myself if the issue ever came up again, and charged me a fair price. What more can you want?

So much better than that other company out there that wants people to pay a permanent monthly fee JUST IN CASE they need to find someone.

The owner of the business was the person to come and repair my microwave He was professional,friendly and respectful of my home . I have a no shoe policy on my rugs and he had no problem kicking off his shoes even though i always offer shoe covers.I would definitely use them in the future.

Was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and even though they had to order a part due to it being an older washing machine- they had it installed in a timely fashion. Arrived right on time/ reasonable. Would definitely recommend !

Were able to get a compatible part without a model number. (someone had removed it) Compressor changed out and all is well. I would reccomend.
