This company is so honest. It is the second time I have had them to my house for a repair and the customer service and the price were great. I found them on HomeAdvisors and wouldn't call any company but them now.

Needed someone to repair my washer. Estimate was done promptly and work was completed the following day. Customer service was excellent at answering questions and getting someone scheduled

As requested Appliance Werks followed through with a necessary arrangement, the Service Technician called 15 - 20 minutes in advance of his arrival, allowing me to leave from work and meet him at the residence. The Technician quickly solved our problem, had the replacement part immediately available and completed the repair quickly and effectively.

If you need a professional to contact Home advisor first. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have known who to call. Allliance Werks is wonderful.

I ordered an oven plate at time of repair on my gas stove and they came back to install!

On time both visits. The people who came out (first to diagnose and then to repair) were polite, courteous, clean and actually fun. Very pleasant personalities and extended themselves to even help me pull out the refrigerator and clean the back which wasn't part of the deal. Craig even inspected for a mystery leak that turned out to be something inside but was happy to do it. i can't say enough. if i have any other problems (hoping not) will definitely call them and recommend them to friends.

Serviceman Showed me Exactly what was wrong with My Fromt Loading LG Washing Machine. Suggestions on preventing it from happening again.

Called about gas oven not lighting. Good service from start to end. Woman who made appt to service man. It was well done, quick, easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My service was set up soon after I called. The repair tech, Nimah, was right on time. He diagnosed the problem with my leaking washing machine quickly, then gave me a quote for the repair which I thought was reasonable. In another 20 minutes he had installed the part and cleaned up the mess that the leak had made. The service man, Nimah, was very neat and polite and was very professional. I would highly recommend Appliance Werks and would definitely use their service again.

USLESS! Technician showed up, announced that he would not fix KitchenAid dishwasher that was still under warranty, charged $70 and left without even looking at the appliance. When I was setting up my appointment, I told Appliance Werks about KitchenAid and they confirmed that it would not be a problem. What a waste of time and money!

He drilled and filed the switch until it was the right size.

I just got out of the Hospital and my wall oven was not working I looked up HOMEADVISOR.COM and they called my within 15 mi. and lined up a repair man the next day between 12:00-5:00. About 9:00 AM my door bell rang and it was there tech. Within 45 min. my oven works and the complete job was cheaper then sears wanted just to come out. There was a wire not working wright he plug it back in and that was all it needed. He could have sold me a complete control panel but thank GOD he was honest and I would call them and time.

They came when they said they would. And made my repair in a timely manner & at a good price.
