An $80 trip charge to watch him lay on the floor and watch my dryer spin for 20 minutes, and then say it was my dryer vent that needed cleaning. He then stated that while this was a service he could supply, he preferred not to and recommended I hire another company to complete the work. Waste of time and money.

Long overdue for when fixed washing machine. Gave us a quote on price than called to let us know found MUCH cheaper! Quick service

I started out needing work on my fridge, but then my washing machine went on the fritz at the same time. The tech that came out for my fridge looked at my washer at the same time. He figured out the issue with both and the very next weekend had both up and running like the day I brought them home.

Mr. Nimah came during the planned timeframe. He diagnosed the problem with my Whirlpool washer and demonstrated knowledge of other brands. He stayed and put the washer through several cycles to insure it was fixed. I could not have been more pleased . lastly the charge was very reasonable.

I had multiple emergencies at the time I hired them and they worked along with me with no problem at all. In fact called several times to make sure that I knew that they had the part I needed to finish the job.

I was impressed that they arrived earlier than the allotted time, I didn't have to sit around and wait for them. I needed a heating element for my electric oven and the part had to be ordered and within a week oven was fixed. If I need help in the future with other appliances, they will be the ones that I call.
