Called Appliance Werks and they came out almost immediately on a saturday to diagnose a leaking washing machine, tech familiar with machine (Maytag) and common problems scheduled a Monday afternoon to make repair. Prompt every time. Tech didn't just replace water pump, he seperated inner and outer tub walls to clean out loose change that was culprit in destroying the original pump.

Immediate response. Worked around my schedule.

It's always so hard to find someone you can depend on, who is courteous and understanding - - Craig is awesome.

Our Technician was great! Showed up on time and I had to cancel once on short notice. Even reminded me to change the refrigerator filter and showed me where it was and how to do it. Very animal friendly which is a plus when you have pets!! Quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly came back with the parts. Priced fairly and friendly service.

great work - super friendly worker who the time to answer all my questions and provide some money saving tips on the appliance he worked on. Worker called when he was on his way to my home and gave an estmiated time of arrival to narrow down the window he provided when scjeduling the job the day before.

I emailed after 10pm just on the off chance they would get my email before the next morning and get an appt scheduled ASAP. I was emailed back within 30 minutes, was given a 2 hr time frame for the next day, and they were there within that time frame. Very knowledgeable and even took the time to give us some tips on how to care for a new appliance we recently purchased when he was there fixing our fridge. Not that I want another appliance to have issues, but if so I would NOT hesitate calling Appliance Werks!
