The job went very well. They did a good job of identifying rotted wood, and replacing only those components that honestly needed to be replaced.

The estimator, Victor, was prompt, courteous, professional and gave me useful advice. We have used him before and trust him. They used a subcontractor to do the gutter work and they were equally professional and helpful. We hired the subcontractor additionally to do a cleaning, which they did thoroughly for a reasonable price.

Very professional. Great work, which was on time at a reasonable price. Workers were very courteous and cleaned-up after themselves. Plan on using them again.

It went well. It took them longer than they estimated (2 days) but they finished within 5 days. Unfortunately, it was raining on and off so that probably contributed mostly to the delay. Also, half the time there was only one guy working. However, they were very nice and polite from the very beginning. Also, they were not pushy about getting the job. The siding and soffit turned out well. The deck is also sturdier but not good-looking. However, the deck was quite damaged to begin with. Overall, they worked really hard and I think they did a good job.

Ticos scheduled the job within 2 or 3 days from our call and the crew arrived promptly as scheduled. They finished the entire job in a single day. The work was excellent and we're very pleased with the results. They also worked carefully around our landscaping, so none of our plants were trampled in the process.

They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.

Tico's came on time but their estimate was very expensive compared to others.

He was responsive and very polite. Tico was the only company to respond to my small job.

Very well- the estimator arrived on time, and asked questions about what I wanted the finished product to look like and whether or not I planned to paint/stain it. Within 2 days of giving them the go-ahead, 2 workers came and completed the job in one day with thorough clean-up. We are very happy with our beautiful, new, sturdy banister(that matches the rest in the house!). The work and materials are high quality.

They were fast, professional and neat. Jorge was easy to communicate with and he made sure the work was done properly. The carpenters were skilled at their trade although they spoke little English. I'm very happy with the work they performed.

Tico was recommended by the company who is painting our house. Estimator came as scheduled and work was done as scheduled. Easy to contact company. This was the only company I contacted so I did not compare prices - was happy that someone was willing to do the job in a short period of time.

THERE WERE COMMUNICATION ISSUES BECAUSE THE WORKERS DID NOT SPEAK VERY MUCH ENGLISH, BUT THEY DID KNOW SOME. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING LOOKED NICE.

THEY ARE GOOD CRAFTSMEN AND THEY DO GREAT WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY DO THEIR WORK QUICKLY. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS DIFFICULT WAS MOST OF THE WORKERS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, SO IT IS HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM, BUT THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE OUT IN A RUSH. I FOUND THEY HAD COMPETITIVE PRICES AND THEY WERE REASONABLE. I AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY ALSO WORKED OVER SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TO GET THE WORK DONE. THE COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I AM GOING TO USE THEM FOR SOME PAINTING WORK IN THE SPRING.

THEY ARE RELIABLE AND THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY LEFT NO MESSES. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
