Description of Work: Repaired front concrete steps and concrete porch. Replace garage trimmings, porch railing and spindles. They were very corteous and clean. The only thing I would have preferred was not to give such a big deposit. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: they did emergency repair due to water leak, alex came to access the problem then his crew came and made minor repairs for 100.00 in cash then when it rain water kept coming in my bedroom. i called Alex back and he came with his crew who then found where the leak was coming from roof and not the valley.anyway they made me make the decision of taking the wood of the roof or just the singles.Not very knowledgeable is my opinion.after the work i asked other contractor and they told if was not necessary to replace the wood.they fixed a roof for bedroom size 8 by 12 ft.

Description of Work: I had ticos send someone to my home to give me a quote on wainscoting and repairing a front landing. Jorge came over and took all the measurements and told me he would get back to me the next week with a quote. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard back. I guess they were too busy for my small job. It's a shame and no way to great customers. Especially ones who referenced they received the contact info from Angie's list. I read a few other reviews and this happens a lot with these guys.

Description of Work: I am a busy person and I needed a company to get the job completed on time, in a professional manner to allow me to continue with my busy schedule. I found Tico's Carpentry on angie's List. Tico's Carpentry salesman was punctual, and we discussed the job I wanted done. He provided me with a reasonable estimate for the job that fit my budget. Tico's Carpentry staff arrived on time as promised. The work was professionally done. They cleaned up and left the area broom cleaned as stated in the contract. I am pleased that I learned of Angie's List. I shall tell my friends, and co-workers to join Angie's List, It pays!

Description of Work: THey did an excellent job replacing my roof. Quick professional. The one problem is that much debris from the old roof fell through the roof frame and lodged on the roof side of the insulation in the attic. I called Tico and they cleaned up the mess and replaced the insulation at cost of the materials. This improved the insulation and I was satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Never had service done by Tico because they did not produce an estimate despite coming to the home (promptly). Tried again when we didn't get the estimate and were told the computer was down and they would call back. No call back. Moved on to another contractor.

The reattached the door and re-enforced the door so thaT THAT THE DOOR WOULD NOT FALL OFF AGAIN. i WAS VERY SATISIFIED WITH THE WORK i WAS REALLY NOT SATISIFIED ON THE PRICE. IT TOOK THEM AROUND 2 HOURS AND CHARGED ME $254.00.
