Magnolia Remodeling company did a great job with our extensive kitchen remodel. They provided us with where to go for countertops, flooring, and cabinets. They are professional, fair, and addressed our concerns in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their home.

Like magic, they turned the front of my house more majestious than I imagined it to be. I have received lots of praises and I m just in love with it. The neighbors, all love it. It added so much character and charm to my house and really make us stand out on the block. I already referred a few friends and neighbors and can't wait to start the next project .

Perfect! Everything looks absolutely beautiful. The workers arrived each day shortly after 8am and worked until after 6pm and were very professional and courteous. Finished the job in five days. Chris Fontana kept us updated and answered any questions or concerns we had throughout the project. So glad we chose Magnolia.

We hired Magnolia to completely gut our existing kitchen and attached half-bath. The project was estimated at 8 weeks and that's exactly how long it took. They even started earlier than estimated! The project including ripping out everything down to the studs; rewiring the electrical; removing a window; then installing new plumbing, cabinets, granite countertops, tile floors, windows, and siding. Magnolia's high-level of customer service should be a model for all other contractors. The response time to all questions asked was immediate. All projects have a few bumps along the way but Vic, and his team of professionals, ensured that we were always satisfied with the outcome of any task completed during our project. The demolition area was masked off so that construction dust did not permeate the rest of the house. And every day they made sure that the site was clean and safe. We waited 20 years to get this project done and now we're thinking about what we want to do next! We'll definitely be calling Magnolia!

Victor and his team did an excellent job building our new deck. From demolition of our old deck to the completion of the new one, they were always available and were extremely helpful with securing all of the permits from the city. Thomas and crew arrived as scheduled each day, were always on-time, cleaned up after every visit, and finished the deck when they said they would. The new deck looks terrific!! Vic and team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! We would not hesitate to work with them again.

They did a great job, they were wonderful, amazing price, they explained exactly what they are going to do, they are terrific and they are really easy to work with.

Chris, one of the owners, said 60 days to complete the job...it was completed in 50 including the corrections, adjustments, and cleanup. They held true to the estimate and constantly communicated concerns.

Overall, quite well. The Magnolia crew are the most professional people I've seen in a long time. Frank, the lead carpenter was especially impressive. He worked closely with the cabinet designer from Kitchen Classics, installed the flooring and cabinetry. Most importantly, he kept us in the loop about what would happen next and eased some doubts and anxiety that my sister and I had a couple of times during the project. The only down-side to the whole thing (other than the hit to our bank accounts) was the dust from the demo and the drywall sanding. It all got cleaned up but it was annoying none the less. We're tremendously pleased with Magnolia's work and will definitely use them again. We just have decide if we want to live in while the work is going on. The whole project ran from May 9 to June 21 2019.

Roofing was a big project for us and after shopping around for quotes we decided to go with Magnolia. I am very satisfied with their work, professionalism, and responsiveness to handle issues. The job was done quickly, and needless to say, I would recommend them and use them again.

The project went well. I contacted them and was visited by a sales rep who worked with us to figure out our best solution to replace two badly rotted bay windows. The quoted priced was good but not cheap. I was told it would be several weeks before the windows were ready. I was called several weeks later and a date arranged. The crew showed up promptly and removed the old windows, cleaned and replaced some rot, and then installed the new windows in one day. The clean up was very good, with only some very minor stray materials (a single nail, a small strip of flashing) found over the course of the next week. My interior was pristine. There was one minor problem that the crew tried to fix and couldn't so a replacement was ordered. The replacement part was installed and all is right now. Vic, the project manager, was responsive and kept me apprised of all the steps. I would hire again.

Fantastic! Magnolia is the best company that I have ever worked with. Chris F. (co-owner) was very professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and made the whole process from beginning to end effortless. He always communicated by phone, text or email every step of the way. I had new Alside siding installed on my home and also a new garage door, Pella front door and two Andersen storm doors. The entire crew were the best in their trades. They always showed up on time and were perfectionists on every detail. They also always cleaned up the job site every night before they left for the day. Many thanks also to Chris for also remedying a problem I had with a leaking chimney that no one else could ever resolve before. I would recommend Magnolia very highly and I know that any future work that I will have done on my home will be done by Magnolia. I have had so many compliments on my home from friends, family and neighbors.

Magnolia Home Remodeling Group worked quickly and professionally to a standard of excellence. They are the people who you not only want working on your home, but are a pleasure to have in your home. We had Vic in to give us an estimate on remodeling our house, but then bought another house and Magnolia HRG put a new roof on that house, re-skinned the deck and repaired our weathered chimney. Chris and team were extremely professional and kept us informed every step of the way. He also provided several recommendations on places to go for everything we needed and every single recommendation was fantastic. We really appreciated how smoothly everything went and how clean the team kept the work area and the rest of the house (stairways, etc) after every day, even during demolition. This was our first major home remodeling project and we couldn’t believe how well it went and it was fairly stress free! We really liked that they wanted us to have everything on site before starting the project too. Frank and his team did an excellent job with everything from demo to tile installation to the finishing touches of the hardware. We will definitely use MHRG for future projects.

Called Magnolia to get a quote on repairing a sunroom and was told they do not do repairs and only do full renovations and then proceeded to advise me to first get quotes from other contractors who can do repairs. Basically she assumed that I haven’t done that already. After I said I would still like a quote then for a full renovation, the rep then proceeded to explain to me what a renovation entails (again, assuming she doesn’t know that her potential customer actually knows what “renovation” means). At this point, it seemed as if she didn’t want to send someone to give me a quote for whatever reason. She explained that a renovation will be extensively more expensive which I didn’t understand why she would emphasize that. Again, maybe assuming I’m cheap? I own several rental properties throughout NJ. Pulling teeth to just get a quote. Do people not get quotes nowadays? Overall, bad experience. Would never consider them for any job. Beautiful company name, terrible customer service.

I cannot say enough positive things about Magnolia. This company replaced my siding and were professional all the way! Both Al and Victor were extremely easy to work with. Their crew was prompt, polite, and just as professional. Their attention to detail and workmanship was fabulous. And I've NEVER seen a harder working group of men. Cleaning up the property at the end of the day was routine for them, and I much appreciated that. They are very competitively priced, and their customer relations unsurpassed. Overall the guys did a great job. Chris, the owner was very responsive to any issues I had with the project along the way. He was available to me even after hours, which I found quite impressive. He truly cares about making his clients happy. I would definitely consider using them again.

Vic from Magnolia quoted our siding project. His quote was reasonable. A month has past now since the completion of the vinyl siding project. Well, happy to say that everything looks good and I have decided it is time to provide my evaluation of the work. His team over delivered, completed the job before the projected timeline. From start to finish I am very pleased. We had help with the planning and the job was scheduled and done quick and beautifully. The end result is an amazing porch I love. I highly recommend!

Chris F. (co-owner) came out to review the work to be performed. He was very professional and personable. He showed me different siding materials (insulated siding), roofing, pictures of front porch and walkway work, and explained what they would do. A couple of days later he provided a written proposal, along with the companies certifications, and pictures of other work they had done. He would follow up, but not be pushy. It was a tough decision, but I did not use their service. For my situation, I was able to find a couple of other contractors that were closer to home and less expensive. I would recommend keeping Magnolia on a list of contractors.

I highly recommend Magnolia. From start to finish they were fantastic. Every call and text was answered immediately during the entire process, and the project was managed exceptionally throughout. Our project was quite large and involved removing walls, moving major plumbing, structural reinforcement, HVAC, and electrical work. None of their guys took shortcuts, or cut corners on any of the work. They installed all finishing touches with care, throughout the entire process I never felt I had to watch over any of the guys to make sure they were doing things correctly. I could tell they were putting the same care into the work as they would if they were working at their own homes. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with their work and will be using them for all the future work we do on our home. We added a bunch of work throughout the project we didn’t originally spec, and Vic was more than fair with pricing the additional work. Vic and his team helped us plan layouts, and added design features we never thought of, but wound up being both beautiful aesthetically and functionally. The project was completed in a much shorter window than we expected, they planned the work efficiently. If you’re looking for a good contractor, do not hesitate to contact Magnolia.

Everything turned out better than expected, no complaints whatsoever. Magnolia staff was always on time and cleaned up very well each and every day. They offered cost savings where they could. They kept you informed step by step and they actually finished ahead of schedule. The electricians were artists, I have never seen such a clean professional installation of electrical systems, OUTSTANDING job!! The accent wall turned out so much better than anticipated. We’ve received rave reviews on the accent wall, the steps and the flooring. We are extremely happy with the attention to detail and craftsmenship, top notch guys!!

The job came out great! The new siding and porticoes make the house almost unrecognizable. All of the the different elements of the project (masonry, carpentry, siding, gutters, electrical) were all handled professionally, and with great skill and efficiency. The owner, Chris, and his staff were great through the entire process, start to finish. Magnolia also offers a number of financing options, which is a big part of what drew us to them in the first place. The house looks great, and any/all issues that arose were handled quickly and painlessly. We would definitely use Magnolia again. Great job guys!

A few months ago I asked Magnolia to come out for a quote on some work I needed on my home. They showed up on time, were respectful and polite, and offered a fair estimate for the work. I let them know I couldn’t do it all at once and that I would have to break it out. They understood and worked w me. I met w Chris Fontana and immediately felt like I was dealing w a quality contractor. Magnolia has exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. Chris always responds to my emails, texts and calls. They have dedicated crews for each aspect of my renovation. The window guys did a great job. The roofing crew did an amazing job. But what really blew me away was the siding that just wrapped up my renovation. They went out of their way to not only meet expectations but exceed them. They consulted w me and offered advice for things I hadn’t even considered. They put all my nest cameras back neatly, installed my new lighting fixtures, and crossed Ts and dotted Is. Every night they cleaned up after themselves and made sure the property was left clean. Our home renovation is now complete and my wife and I are so happy w the results.
