Even when small hiccups occurred, they were on it immediately, and ensured I had a seamless experience. They check in regularly, and the owners even came out several times to check on the progress and to make sure that I was happy. The project manager, Chris, was top notch. I recently contracted Magnolia Home Remodeling Group to install vinyl siding on my home and OMG the final product/result is beautiful. It’s as if I have a completely new home and I love it 🙌🏾 The entire team from sales to project manager to workers were exemplary and treated my home as if theirs throughout entire process. When the job was done I could not tell they had been here except for the proof in the new vinyl—the grounds were immaculate. I highly recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs. We just finished our kitchen renovation with magnolia. It was a long 2 months but in the end it was well worth it. Magnolia did a really good job for us from beginning to the end. They were very meticulous with every details of the kitchen. Their employees were very professional, I would like to commend Casey our project manager who made sure that the project schedule flow smoothly and timely. Anthony the cabinets designer was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Frank and his crew did a very good job from demolition to the end. Ray and Jim did a really nice job installing our cabinets. Thanks also to Alexis and Nichole our project coordinators for helping us with vendors and suggestions, also Karen called us every week to make sure we were happy with everything. Although magnolia is expensive but it is all worth it. We will definitely use them again. Thanks You for everything magnolia team.

Jesse was the first team member we met. He came to the house to discuss the work we wanted done. We received the quote within a day. An entire team came to the house to discuss our vision of what we wanted, take measurements and choose material. Once the permits were approved the worked started pretty quickly. We had the front walkway, retaining wall, porch and doors replaced. It took the team about a week to finish. We are very happy with the finished product. I love entering my home every day. I love looking at the house and am looking forward to sitting on the porch when it gets a bit warmer. Magnolia Home Remodeling did a fantastic job with the entire project. We hired Magnolia to renovate our very outdated kitchen. After our experience with them, I can happily say you get what you pay for. They will not be the cheapest quote you get, but it is worth every penny to get high quality work, great communication throughout the project, and hitting the deadlines even through unexpected delays. We had James as our project manager and he and Vic were always checking in, keeping us up to speed, and making sure we knew the next steps. They were always reachable and quick to respond. We are extremely happy with how our kitchen turned out and our experience with Magnolia was top notch.

Magnolia was the perfect choice. The estimates and project schedule were on target (Thank you RJ). The Project Manager was responsive, patient and professional(Thanks Bill). He took the times to address all my concerns and (text or calls). The crew were respectful, thorough and also professional (Thanks to Thomas and crew). Every contracting crew that came in was thorough with their respective tasks. They provided status updates at end of the day and respected our minimal noise request while our autistic child was home. The project had minor surprises (expected with an old house), but they were all manageable. All the vendors provided by Magnolia, delivered on their promises and help us obtain the kitchen of our expectations. We are very delighted with the final product and will contact Magnolia on our next project. We recommend their services to anybody looking for an outstanding final product. They were professional , courteous and everything was done on time. Their customer service was excellent, and they were always asking for feedback on how the job was going. Can recommend them highly. The only proviso is that try to cover all possible work on the original contract, as any extra work will carry an additional charge .

To be honest, I was completely terrified at the thought of remodeling our kitchen but the whole team really made it the best experience it could be. While there were a few bumps in the road along the way, nothing was insurmountable and the team was always clear in the options and additional costs that would be incurred where applicable. Most of the issues that came up could only be identified upon demolition, but Magnolia did make it a point to notify us up front that these types of things might come up once the team was able to fully assess the layout after demolition. One of the standout qualities of Magnolia was their meticulous planning and design phase. The team took the time to understand my vision for the kitchen and offered valuable insights to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics. Their expertise and creativity were evident as they presented a well-thought-out plan that perfectly captured my preferences. Once the project was underway, the efficiency and craftsmanship displayed by Magnolia were truly impressive. Magnolia was extremely professional and detail oriented throughout the entire process of the project. We had a second floor addition completed which increased the size of a bedroom. They were very communicative throughout and even made sure to clean up afterwards before leaving every day. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely use them again for future projects!

Magnolia has transformed our home over two major projects. Two years ago they completed replacing our roof, new siding, front door, new windows, stone walkway, and new driveway; a project that transformed our exterior. This past year in 2023 Magnolia completed a major kitchen remodel transforming our old secluded kitchen into an open and spacious center of our home. The remodel included a complete gut of the old kitchen, removal of walls, new duct work, windows, lighting, and flooring. From the very beginning we worked closely with Chris Fontana (owner) and Bill our Project Manager. Chris and Bill care about your property, the job, doing a great job, while also being realistic and considerate that we were living in the house while the renovation was taking place. Bill was on site, always available, and is nice person. These are great traits when you working and living in your house every day. They were clear in direction and guided the operations smoothly from design, plans, permits, demolition, reconstruction, installation, to the final walk though. The renovation included removal of a massive wall and installation of a new wood and steel header across the length of the house. They crews were all friendly and did a great job. They were also very respectful of our family and cleaned up each day the best they could. I appreciate their work and amazing personalities. To add to it, near the end of the project a tree fell on our house causing damage to the roof, siding, and interior (luckily not the kitchen). Chris had the crew at our house the next day immediately following the tree removal securing the roof and property. Once I gave him the green light the roof and exterior was fixed the very next day like it never happened. It was a major relief knowing Magnolia was on it immediately and took care of the house and our family. When we were deciding to renovate the kitchen we didn’t hesitate to hire Magnolia because we already knew the excellent work and customer service they provided. The final kitchen and space speaks for itself. It’s a completely new house (see photos)! We truly appreciate working with Chris, Bill, and all of the Magnolia team. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for renovation projects. We know who we are calling when the it’s time for our next project.

We did a three pet project with Magnolia…deck, front porch/walk and siding/gutters. Everything from beginning to end was very smooth. The communication was spot on. Never had a problem getting my questions answered in a very timely manner. I would like to thank James and Bob for creating and completing a beautiful project. We’ve received many compliments.

Magnolia's work was outstanding. They kept to their schedule, which we received weekly, and finished in record time. We were called weekly by the office, checking on the job and making sure we had no problems. Special shout out for Elizer who handled the general construction. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Also, a thank you to Chris, our project manager, who was very responsive to all our calls and queries.

I have worked with Magnolia a number of times over the past 8 years. We hired them in 2016 to remodel our kitchen, and again in 2017 to remodel a bathroom. We engaged them last year to fix a large basement and master suite renovation after a different contractor stole a bunch of money from us. Magnolia is the real deal - every time I've worked with them, they're a better firm than the previous time we've hired them. Their principals, project managers, trades teams, and foremen were all a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about their communication and ability to make me feel like I could trust them - something I had a lot of trouble doing after what the other contractor did to us! All renovation projects have their hiccups, but Magnolia will work with you to make things right, and they stand behind their work. I would (and very likely will) hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had our basement finished by Magnolia and are very pleased with the final product. Chris (Owner) was with us the whole way and made himself available for my calls and to discuss the unexpected and unavoidable little surprises which are bound to come up with a big project such as this. When we were evaluating Contractors and taking bids I heard, "There's Magnolia and then there's everyone else." I'd say that is likely to be true. The thing that sets Magnolia apart for me is the quality of workmanship. Our basement looks fantastic and regularly receives compliments from family and friends who come over. Was Magnolia the cheapest proposal for my project? No, but I am willing to pay a little more for what I see as top-notch quality Chris and his Team will deliver. I plan to hire them again for future projects at my home.

I love my basement remodel. My living space is beautiful and I am very satisfied with the work I contracted for because it totally exceeded my expectations.
