They were very professional, but we haven't pulled the trigger on this project yet. That the owner responded quickly and I was delightful but we're not just ready yet to do the deck but I believe that their service would be excellent.

The project turned out great and working with the Magnolia Team was truly a pleasure. They were in good communication throughout the entire project, pricing was fair and, the quality of work is excellent.

Excellent siding job and first class experience working with Chris + team. The consultation was informative and all my questions were answered knowledgeably. The actual project took less than a week and the guys arrived each day ready to go with all the necessary materials they needed. They left the outside cleaned up each day, which was a huge plus. Overall we’re very pleased with the work!

Very smooth, from initial quote through to completion. The owner and his subcontractors were professional, and top notch in terms of skill and quality, but most importantly efficiency. They completed a 2.5 story full siding job with window wraps and underlaying insulation for the most competitive price, and in the 4 day window (one day off for rain). Will use them again no doubt.

After years of wanting to remodel our kitchen, I saw a billboard advertising Magnolia Home Remodeling. After doing some research and reading all their reviews, we decided to give them a call. We met with Chris and explained what we wanted to do. He took the time to listen, we discussed different options, and within days we had a signed contract. Magnolia turned our vision into a reality. Taking a small kitchen, small dining room and an unused formal living room and turned it into our dream open concept kitchen/dining room. From the initial consultation until the final visit, and everything along the way, was truly a positive experience. They take pride in their workmanship and it shows in the end result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. If there is any additional remodeling in our future, we’ll be calling Magnolia!

We hired Magnolia development group to replace our roof, gutters and repair some on the aluminum fascia. The roof and trim look great. The work was done on time and professionally. Sam was great to work with making helpful suggestions and taking the time to answer my questions. The crew worked hard for the 2 days it took to complete the job. Everything was cleaned so I’m not worried about nails in my tires. I would hire them again for a future project.

The project went very well. The finished project is exactly what we had in mind. The company also ensured that the proper repairs were made aside from what they were contracted to do. I really appreciated the honesty and responsiveness in communicating with us about the project.

They were so professional and wonderful to work with. They are not the cheapest but not super over the top expensive either. You can't put a price on peace of mind, especially when kitchens are everything in a home. All I had to do was pick out my cabinets, appliances, backsplash, fixtures etc and they scheduled everything. Completely gutted and replaced everything in my kitchen. We finished the whole project in 5 weeks which I really appreciated because I was 7 months pregnant when they first started. Most of all, my kitchen looks gorgeous and I am so, so happy. I will definitely hire them again!

Magnolia Home Remodeling is a truly professional team. Chris Fontana (Co-owner) personally came out to discuss and quote our project. From the very beginning he was honest and direct with all his information. The team that came out to build our deck was very knowledgeable and trustworthy in their work. All the deadlines that were promised were met and they actually finished up just ahead of schedule. We will definitely call them again for any future household projects.

There are so many contractors out there, I decided to go with a reputable company- Magnolia Home Remodeling. My initial visit was with Scott, who was very informative, not pushy at all. In 2 weeks my windows would be installed, awesome, right before the heart of winter. Miranda was the mechanic who did the initial measurement, and install. I was very impressed with his work ethic, and attention to detail. Once the old windows were removed ( not installed correctly, by the way) there was some old framing from metal windows that were never removed previously! This had to be cut out, so the new windows could be installed correctly. This added some time to the job, but Miranda doesn't cut corners. One more thing which I have to add- Miranda took the extra time to re-frame the windows with new molding. In his eyes, if you are going to do a job, do it correctly the first time. This really impressed me, and am considering Magnolia for future projects. One of my best experiences to date as a homeowner, my upstairs bedrooms are so much warmer, thanks!

Great! Workers were friendly but professional. Asked questions when clarification was needed. They came on time, every day, and worked the whole day. Also worked a few Saturdays to make up time lost due to the holidays. Always left the area clean when they finished for the day. And the work done was absolutely beautiful! I am very pleased with the results and will gladly work with them again.

A very professional company with high level of commitment towards Customer Satisfaction. After screening many contractors for my roofing and exterior trim and gutter project , decided to go with Magnolia. We are glad we did that. Felt very comfortable communicating with Bill and Vic right from start to finish. Their crew was also very courteous and professional throughout the project. They kept their word on timelines and did a quality job. We are extremely happy with the “new look” our house has. Every detail and concerns were addressed with great professionalism. It gives us peace of mind and I am sure Magnolia will stay committed to guarantee their work for many many years!

We hired Magnolia Home Remodeling for a full siding replacement project. Al walked us through the estimate, answering our questions quickly and accurately. Before the work started Chris, one of the co-owners, introduced himself and made sure we had a direct line of communication for any questions or concerns. Throughout the project he was always available to address anything we raised. Luckily most of our concerns were minor - the crew that was sent were experienced and knew what they were doing. They treated our property with care and we felt they paid attention to detail and did quality work. Before leaving they cleaned up everything and left no trace of the having ever been there. I would not hesitate to work with Magnolia again.

An "A" rating is actually an understatement. Everything went better that I expected, from planning, the material used, the demo, and the installation. The material is a vinyl siding with the foam insulation built into it called Prodigy and it is amazing. The demo was done with care and any mess was cleaned up at the end of each day. The installation of the new siding went very smoothly with no problems. Every window & door was re-done and re-sealed. Any small obstacles such as vents, pipes, lights or wires were discussed before proceeding. At the end of the project, new lights, house number, mailbox and even flagpole holder were all installed. Siding our chimney was something I was concerned about due to the difficulty of the project, but Magnolia handled it expertly. Our house looks beautiful. Many thanks to Chris and his crew for a prefect job.

Chris and his team made our kitchen renovation a pleasant experience. They worked deligently to make our vision a reality. Our ideas and concerns were dealt with the utmost professionalism. We would recommend and use Magnolia on any of our future projects.

The gentlemen was prompted, knowledgable and kind. -- The quoted price was just too much. A good 30k over the mark of what others have quoted me.

We were very pleased with the entire process and enjoyed working with Magnolia Remodeling. The whole process from estimate to install reflected professionalism, great customer service, and attention to detail. Starting with Scott who came out initially to discuss the project and give us an estimate to Chris who stayed in constant contact with us during the project, we felt that every person we dealt with was easy to work with, heard our vision, and helped make it come to life. Overall very well done and managed. Although there were some slight delays and miscommunication, Chris is dedicated to make things right. There were no surprises (i.e.: no hidden agendas or fees), expectations was set up front as much as possible. Would highly recommend.
