Quality work, used good hardware and parts, worked fast, obviously knew what they were doing, very professional.

We were in desperate need of a 2nd bathroom. Decided on Magnolia Home Remodeling Group after meeting with Chris and hearing about the finance opportunity and just hearing his vision for our tiny space. He made us feel comfortable with everything that had to be done. First up was the demolition of the old room which was quick and complete. They did everything to keep the rest of the basement clean from the dust and dirt from the old bathroom. They removed all the debris which was great. Work began basically the same day with framing out the room. Again workers came early and stayed late making sure everything was done and area was cleaned up at end of the day. Plumbing came next. They had found a few small leaks that we didn't even know of and a problem in the laundry area that was not up to code. In one day all our plumbing needs were completed. The plumber stayed soooo late to make sure very thing was working. He did his best to make that we had water for most of the day. Electricians came and did the wiring and were done so quickly I couldn't believe it. Pass rough inspection with flying colors Then came picking out the fantastic fixtures and tiles. So fast and so modern and beautiful. The paint was on and floor was gorgeous. The shower stall is a dream. Never dreamt we could have a shower big enough for a stool and the double head shower is a dream come true. The vanity is big and the light is bright with a 3 pane mirror which is very modern. A new sliding window to let in light and keep the warmth in just added to the luxurious feeling of the room. Within 3 week of beginning and finishing the work we had our dream bathroom. Will definitely be calling again in future to have main bathroom done

Chris was very understanding of our needs. The house was old and needed a lot of repairs. They removed the old slate roof, repaired any rotten wood and fascia boards and installed a new Timberline roof as well as all new windows upstairs and siding trim on most of the house. They also installed 5"gutters with screens around the entire house. There was a lot of water damage to one of the windows from an old air conditioner and they rebuilt the wall and frame around the window before installing a new one. They installed a new Front and kitchen door. The Front door need all new framing which they removed and rebuilt as well as trimmed in aluminum. We also needed to have the frames for the garage doors replaced as well as some brick repaired above one of the doors. All the work was completed in a timely manner if any issues arose Chris was quick to address them and make sure we were happy with the results in the end. Chris is very professional, responsive, accommodating and fair. I am very happy with the results the house looks great and they got a lot of work completed in a short period of time.

The client service that we received was excellent. There was very good communication and responsiveness throughout the whole project. In addition, the company was very receptive to our needs and they completed the project accordingly to our special preferences.

My husband and I felt very comfortable about the project from the beginning. VJ was professional, and answered all of our questions patiently and knowledgeably. We received the supplies exactly when he said we would and they began work the day after. The work the crew did looks beautiful. Additionally, when we spoke with another roofer about what Magnolia was charging, he was very impressed with the price. So in short, we couldn't be happier with the work, and will definitely use them again!

Wow. I'm so happy I caught Magnolia's Deal for replacement windows on AngiesList. Last winter one of the thermopane windows in my house cracked. Once I met Chris I felt comfortable having Magnolia add a new exterior door in my kitchen. Its a job that's been on my to do list for too long. After going through several options, we ordered a door. Once it arrived, the replacement window and demolition and install of new door were finished on the first day. A few hours of trim and paint the next day and the job was finished. They matched the cedar planking on the outside of the house and repainted the whole wall so it was all uniform. They were clean, fast and did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier. I'm already planning the next few jobs.

Crews arrived on time and completed door installation in one day and entire window installation another day. All workers extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Both crews cleaned up and took away all garbage, old doors and old windows.

Outstanding job unparalleled! I will use them exclusively for any other jobs or projects that I need for my home.

The gentleman who came to provide estimate was very nice and friendly but the estimate provided was three times over what my budget was. They said they use only high quality top of the line material so maybe thats the reason their estimate is high but anyway, maybe if you have that kind of money to splurge, needless to say I did not go with them and told them upfront that it was way over my budget.

Contact with Magnolia Home has been professional and to-the-point from the moment when one of their people came over for a quote until when we paid the final installment of the bill. We recently purchased a home in which all of the windows except for the bathroom windows had been replaced in the past. Magnolia was happy to come and replace just that one bathroom window. They worked fast and efficient, the window looks great and the new trim perfectly fits in with the existing siding.

Magnolia Home Remodeling replaced my roof, gutters and flashing. I received 4 different bids, and I was very impressed with how the owner represented the company. He answered all my questions and was very upfront about how he does business. He recommended certain products, but was not pushy about it at all. Price-wise, they were definitely competitive. He gave me a competitive price and even financed the entire job. I can't say enough good things about the crew. They were hardworking and they treated my wife and I with respect. They job was great and the owner even came by at the end to inspect all the work and make sure I was satisfied (I am). Magnolia Home Remodeling was a pleasure to work with.

The job went really well and looks great! I work in the construction/design trade so I'm very aware how bad a job can go and look. Of course there were slight issues; no job will ever go completely problem free. However what separates a good contractor from a bad one is how they deal with the issues or complications when they come up. Each time something came up on the site that I felt needed to be dealt with I would send a text and Vic would deal with the issue promptly. They were very good at taking responsibility for their scope of work . They continued to keep us aware of when something would become an extra cost and how to avoid that. It was definetly a pleasure and I plan on using them again for the crazy amount of work my money pit requires. I have a tip to future window buyers, regardless of who you buy them from. If you have white stopgaps just bite the bullet and cut to size all new ones. It's better to have them all match and its just a nicer look when they are new and match your new windows. I had 33 windows get all new wood stop gaps; the material cost $400 + 8 hours of my time cutting and coping. (most of the time was running up and down stairs since I couldn't use the saw in the house) Yes the contractors can salvage most of the stop gaps you currently have in-place but some(most) will break if they are old. It's just inevitable no matter how delicate they the contractors are. It's better to plan ahead to either include the cost of having Magnolia provide this service or plan for a day before the window installation and cut them yourself. The alternate way would be to wait to to see what breaks and how many you need to cut. I did this and let me tell you it screws with everyone's schedule, yours and theirs. Just do yourself a favor and handle this before installation. This will only decrease the amount of stress you have to deal with because everything is ready to go for them. They aren't waiting on you, you don't need to be there to tell them which window is done and which still needs to be finished. It just a win win situation. Also just to be clear during this whole schedule change fiasco, Magnolia was wonderful about adjusting their schedule to mine. I just felt bad because they had tried to tell be beforehand, multiple times, that there would be a lot that would break because of how much caulking and paint was on them. They never once said " I told you so" which was nice of them.

None Better. From Day One the guys were here to work as long as it took. Extremely focused and team-oriented. Worked safe. Trimmed around doors and windows on three levels, matched 4 sides to each other and checked each others work constantly. Chalk lines reassured they matched at the end. NO SHORTCUTS. No over runs. No shortage of stock. Replaced bells, lights, vents, meters, exterior wires better than before. Removed excess accumulated wires (house built 1929). Preserved landscape meticulously. You should use Magnolia!

Chris and crew were very responsive, punctual and the workers were unbelievably hardworking. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the siding and deck. I must say that Chris under promised and over delivered. He was such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Magnolia.

Went to some extent as to identify the source of trouble like leaks or fixtures that needs some repairs that may be a problem sooner than later. Carpentry is excellent. Painting was done professionally. Cleanup done. Overall, as promised they delivered.

Went great. The owner is a personable, direct and transparent guy. Very responsive, scheduled the install right away. He personally came to the measure session, as well as his head installer (also a very nice guy). Windows came as scheduled, install started as scheduled. We opted to have grids put int the windows, and the add-on prices were fair. No hard sell, no nonsense. Very reasonable cost for additional repair and wood work that needed to be done. We opted not to cap the exterior, but the quote on that was also very fair. We're happy.

magnolia remodeling did a good job on our roof and gutter. vic and his crew were very punctual they told me that they will start at 8:45 am and the crew was their on time. vic was also very helpful in answering all my question regarding the materials that they will use and the warranties and guaranties. He also promised that the job will be done in 2 days but it was done in one. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after the job was done. The roof looks good and the new gutter.

I can't stress enough how professional and articulate their work is. We were extremely pleased with the quality and price. Everything was inclusive, no cutting cornors and no surprises. My father had a heart attack and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and needed quadruple bypass. I hopped on a plane from San Francisco with my 2 kids and arrived at my parents house in NJ and I really couldn't get over the state of the house when I arrived. Clearly my father has been sick for quite some time and allowed the house to deteriorate. There was flooding water sitting on the foundation of the back of house due to lack of gutters, paint peeling off everywhere, and the front steps were missing bricks and a hazard to all that would walk up them. I did a quick google search and found Magnolia Home Remodeling and Vic came out the next day for a quote. Vic could not have been a more compassionate, accommodating, wonderful guy! He was so understanding and told me he would have the job done in 5 days and was true to his word. As soon as I gave him the green light and picked the color, the crew came in and completed the job before my dad got home from the hospital as promised. They did beautiful work and my mom, dad, and myself could not be more pleased with the outcome. Vic was superb to work with--I texted him all kind of questions and he got back to me in an instant and would pick up the phone every time I called. I highly recommend using Magnolia and we are actually going to get a few more things done to the house (windows. some cement patio/sidewalks and driveway) in a few months when things settle down with my dad and we look forward to seeing Vic and his great crew again.

The process was pretty smooth. Vic came by and did a walkthrough, and then provided us with several numbers to look at within a week. One of the reasons I went with Magnolia is because of their highly flexible financing options. I was able to start the project after opening a finance account and had the work started within 3 weeks of signing off on an estimate. The installation only took a few days. They did have to replace the woodwork around my windows, which was additional to my estimated cost after they had started replacement, however the new woodwork looks excellent. Vic was able to work with me on the cost of these new installs. Overall I'm qutie pleased with my new windows, and they look great. Communication overall was very good to and from Vic. It helps that he's able to send text updates back and forth, since you know, we all work during the day too!

I hear so many compaints about so many contractors that I had no idea where to go when we I decided to move forward with my kitchen renovation. As I was searching online, I saw Magnolia home improvements. I decided to go with them because of their financing option and just hoped for the best there after. Magnolia Home Improvement really outdid themselves in everything. I am SOOOO happy with my new kitchen! They did my kitchen in 3 1/2 weeks and they did an outstanding job. The detail and workmanship was more than I expected. I personally worked with Vic and he ALWAYS made himself available at whatever time of day or night if I had any questions. He was very professional and also personable. Both my husband and I work days and we weren't able to stay in the home while the contractors worked so we left them working in our home with no concerns what?s so ever. They are very trust worthy, organized and kept the area as clean as possible at all times (considering the work). I even got a lesson on the polish language from one of the workers.. even though I don't remember what he taught me! But point is, they were all very friendly! They all had a great sense of humor and made us feel very comfortable about trusting them with our home. I can?t lie when I say that I hated the entire process because I just wanted it to be done. But as time went on and I started seeing everything put together I started to get excited. Not to mention that Vic was very encouraging through it all ?It will all be worth it when it?s done? he would say. I have many more projects to do in my home and I am definitely working with Magnolia Home Improvements again! Can't wait! They did not make me feel like this was just a business partnership. They made us feel like family.

We are very happy with the job competed by Magnolia Home Remodeling Group. Expert carpentry repairs to frame and roof. Siding, trim, and gutters were replaced and look like new. They did a great job cleaning up. We would recommend and use them again.

After some not so pleasant experiences with contractors over the years, I was referred to Magnolia Home Remodeling by a close friend. I had been interviewing remodeling companies and meeting contractors for a large project but I was having no luck. After a couple of very informative meetings with one of the owners, I took a chance and went with Magnolia. Naturally I was nervous I was going to wind up in the same position as before, but I was wrong. The crew and the owners were very attentive to all of my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer. When the work was all completed, they insisted on a walk through to make sure I was completely satisfied. Wow!! None of the other guys had ever asked me to do one of those. I have already recommended them to several neighbors and friends. Thanks again guys!
