Fantastic work done by a professional crew. My wife and I met with Chris from Magnolia to get an estimate on vinyl siding. We had recently received an estimate to paint our house, but the quality of our cedar siding required some heavy duty sanding and many replacements. As an alternative to paint, we reached out to Magnolia based on others' reported experiences on Angie's List, plus the photos they've taken of the other projects looked amazing. At the completion of the job, I can safely say that the pics don't lie. I feel like we have a brand new house! I was amazed on how smoothly the entire process went, even when we requested changes be made mid-job. Chris and company provided an top notch experience from the get-go. Other remodeling companies take note, this is how you do it.

Contractorr responded quickly to my voicemail and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on-time and evaluated my garage. He indicated that a repair project was too small for his interests and he would provide a quote for constructing a new garage if I wanted. He also gave me a few pointers on things to keep an eye on if I hired a contractor to do repair work. (I ended up hiring a contractor to do repairs and didn't use him.)

It went GREAT!! The rep that we worked with Vic was outstanding, he was very attentive to our needs and really helped us stay within budget. The crew that worked on the house was also outstanding. They were very professional, answered all of our questions and to top it off, they were very personable. We felt very comfortable leaving the house while work was being done. We were so pleased that we have already booked our next painting job with Magnolia. We also plan to book our kitchen renovation with Magnolia as well.

Magnolia was one of three contractors we reached out to for estimates on vinyl siding for our home. Chris from Magnolia (one of the owners) was our contact from our initial inquiry, through the estimate and contract, and while all the work was being done. He was incredibly responsive, up-front, and interested in getting us the most out of the project while keeping things within our overall budget. Magnolia's price was right in range with the other two estimates, but we felt most comfortable with Chris's communications with us. Work began on the agreed-upon date. Each crew that came to our house -- siding/windows/doors; carpentry; gutter installation; and painting -- was friendly and efficient. Chris at Magnolia also helped us resolve a warranty issue with windows that had been installed years earlier by another company, which was a great piece of additional customer service. We're extremely happy with the work that was done. Our house looks fantastic, and we've gotten numerous compliments from neighbors.

We transformed a 1989 kitchen into a beautiful, professional kitchen that will undoubtedly raise the value of our home by more than the cost of the kitchen. Magnolia handled the design, permits, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, granite and finishing work. They were professional, flexible, neat, punctual and enjoyable to work with. Not having used them before, there was always that fear that they'd be another contractor that shows up when they feel like it and be weeks late and thousands over budget. Instead, they were there when they said, came within budget and never questioned any items with which we were unhappy. The quality of their team was great and each player was equally professional and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them.

Magnolia was by far the easiest company we have worked with. They actually exceeded our expectations. Numerous times we had questions and they were answered immediately. The ease of working with Magnolia was well worth the price.

I recently worked with VJ at Magnolia to replace my roof and was very happy with the quality and responsiveness. So when we were looking to replace our windows I reached out for a quote. They were the most responsive providers in giving me the options I was looking for. VJ worked with us and provided his advice when we weren't sure if we were making the right style choices. They replaced over 28 windows, roughly half with Anderson 400 Woodwright windows and half, with vinyl. They made sure to put plastic on the inside to prevent any potential lead dust from getting in and finished the job in about a day and half. They also came back to do a few minor touch ups that I noticed. No complaints.

Great just way I wanted up to coade

MHRG remodeled our kitchen, fixed a damaged exterior wall, and brought a supporting wall to code. We are very pleased with the final result. They explained the entire process in detail from getting the permits to the final inspection and provided very reasonable estimates. They're very reliable, courteous and respectful. They addressed every single concern to our satisfaction, completed the kitchen ahead of schedule and delivered exactly as they promised. We are really impressed with their quality of work and attention to details. We cannot say enough about MHRG, but if we could use one word to describe them, it would be: professionals. We?d definitively recommend them and would hire them again.

The project went great and I would highly recommend Vic and the team at MHRG for any construction related projects (we have already referred them to our neighbors). They were extremely responsive to every need and request. It was much appreciated. We had a great experience and plan to use them in the future for siding and other projects.

We had an excellent experience with Magnolia (MHRG) and Chris who met with us to plan the work. The work looks great and many neighbors have commented on the improvement and how great the house looks. Magnolia was very easy to work with and explained everything to us in advance. The price was exactly as quoted and the work began as scheduled. The team of workers arrived when scheduled and worked efficiently and quickly to install the siding. It was a pleasure to work with MHRG and Chris was very accommodating, available, and knowledgeable. Suggested a credit union to finance the work at a lower interest rate. I follow the Magnolia Home Remodeling Group on Instagram and see other examples of their recent work and home transformations. I would absolutely work with this provider again and highly recommend them. Their estimate for the job was $9000 less than a previous estimate from NJ Windows & Siding who unfortunately, were very unprofessional and unpleasant when we decided not to hire them for the job.

Victor and his team did an exceptional job!!! Before starting the work, Victor made a number of visits to our home to show us various products that might work on our house. We had concerns that the lower part of the home is covered in brick and we did not know how this would work. Once we decided on the Certainteed, he gave us a list of houses in the neighborhood so that we could see what the finished product might look like. Victor showed a tremendous amount of patience while we decided on material, contractor and color. He was never pushy or agitated with us. I appreciated that as much as the work that was done. In terms of the work, the team cleaned as they went along, so there was minimal disruption around the property. Once the got the aluminum siding off the home, they did a thorough inspection for rotted wood. They replaced all the facia boards as well as some plywood before they installed new material. The house looks amazing!!! I cannot thank the team enough for the work that they did. I would absolutely recommend Magnolia to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

The work was started on the date stated and continued daily until completion. The company was thoroughly professional, available by cellphone for any questions. A few concerns were immediately dealt with to our satisfaction. For example, when delivering the materials, the fork lift driver drove over our slate sidewalk and broke it into pieces. I called Vic and he was immediately on it to repair it. It was repaired to our satisfaction. The work was very dirty as we had two roofs as well as a cedar roof to be removed. The workers were responsive to our needs and very friendly. They cleaned the mess daily when they were finished and on the completion of the job, did a thorough cleaning around the property. This company was not the cheapest estimate we received; actually were one of the higher priced ones; yet we immediately felt comfortable with Vic as he mentioned some things in the interview that he would recommend that the others missed. We have a very old house and know that it is important that any work done on it be complete, as there are many details and possible problems, that newer houses may not encounter. We have learned from experience that it is better to pay more and get the job done right the first time. The roof is beautiful and we will definitely consider using them in the future for other jobs.

The entire process ran very smoothly from the initial consultation to the last day of work. Vic was amazing to work with and made my ideas about what the new patio should look like come to life in addition he was very knowledgeable about the vinyl siding and walked us through the process of selecting the right materials and assisting us with determining the proper color to mesh perfectly with the gutters, garage and screen door. The crew that worked on the house were the epitome of professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done within the agreed upon time frame. They offered some suggestions of other things we could have done to compliment the agreed upon work. Of course we decided to go with those things (changing a window and updating the roof over top of the French doors) as well, to our satisfaction the cost was minimal. Aside from weather being a detrimental factor they were always on time and worked usually stayed later then they had to to make sure everything was completed expediently. We are more then happy with the renovations and customer service we received from Magnolia and with out question would used them again in the future.

Magnolia is a very reputable company. They stand by their prices and the quality of the work. If something is wrong, they will fix it. We were not happy with the experience level of some of the crew members. We brought this up and it was immediately addressed. The next morning, an entire new crew was on the job. The work performed by this crew was outstanding. They went above and beyond to do what was correct -- not just what was quoted. Our house looks fabulous!

VJ was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The team stuck to the original timeline of 3 weeks and wrapped up on time. I was satisfied with their work and plan to use the team again for our next project.

As far as the initial consult, Chris was spectacular. His enthusiasm and input was very well appreciated. The overall price was right in between all the other estimates we were getting. Chris encouraged us to take our time, he never pushed the sale and he was responsive to our needs every step of the way. As far as the job itself, we had some minor issues but Chris was right there along side of us making sure everything was being done to make it right. Not only did one of the owners spend as much time as needed to discuss what would be done, he was always available whenever I had questions during the time it was being done. I could call him on the phone or send him an email and he would answer immediately each time. All of the workmen were exceptional! They were polite, very hard working, considerate of my property, cleaned up at the end of each day, accommodating and very worthy of my high praise! I have nothing but raves about reach and every one I had contact with and would highly recommend them to everyone who requires work done on their house. The owner made promises and kept every single one of them. I was even given "before and after" pictures to remind me of all the work I had done by them, If I decide to maker any more improvements to my house, you can be sure that they will be my first and only choice to do the job.

A pleasure to deal with even though we won't be working together.

I had used Magnolia for replacement window installation and was extremely happy with the results. They had forwarded an offer for an early spring remodel. I had mulled over replacing the countertops and backsplash for several years and asked him to give me a price quote. We agreed I would acquire the tile, sink and faucet and he would provide the countertops and all installation. VJ is extremely responsive via email and answered all of my questions promptly and completely. At every single appointment he showed up on time and prepared. Because we were going with Quartz he brought over slabs for me to review and let me hold them for several days while we made our decisions. His quote was thorough, complete and well-priced. We had small hiccup which he graciously assisted with. We had gone to a shop to look at a full slab of a quartz we liked. Unfortunately the assistant there gave us the wrong name and we placed the order for the wrong quartz. I realized the problem but VJ helped us change it without problems as it hadn't been cut. He did this promptly as if there had been any delay the pieces would have been cut on the wrong slab. So we were incredibly grateful of his quick handling of our error. The team completed the entire job in about four days. Each team arrived on-time, were prepared, were polite (if a little taciturn, but that's okay, they weren't there to chat) and left the place as clean as when they started. I was delighted with the results in every way, from the fitting of the countertops to the quality of the tile work in the backsplash to the functioning of the sink after installation. He worked with the purchases I made for tile and plumbing and there were no problems. Three months hence and I am still delighted with the result. As a side note, if you have oak cabinets and think they are outdated, consider replacing your countertops with Cambria Ellesmere. It made what we thought were outdated old oak cabinets look contemporary and new and we couldn't be more delighted with the updated look.

Chris Fontana came to my home to give me a repair or replacement estimate for the porch and roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable with ideas on how to approach my massive construction dilemma. And despite my not having made up my mind yet as to what I will do, I am strongly considering some of his recommendations. Vic and Silva's crew were very professional and prompt. They did what was stated in the job. Loving the patio now with my wife. Hoping to use it as much as possible!

The owner came to my home, showed us books with the different types of siding and windows they had to offer. As for the bathroom, he showed us pictures of different types and designs they had done to give us ideas on what we wanted. He informed us of home improvement loans we could apply for and worked with us to fit our budget. He was courteous and patient, didn't rush us or try to push the sale. On both jobs, the men showed up on time, everyday and immediately started working. They cleaned up at the end of each day they were here as best as possible. During the two times they here, there were a few issues but they were easily resolved with a phone call. Even afterwards, when we noticed some things were missed or not fully completed, the owner sent the men back within a timely manner to resolve all issues. We would highly recommend this company.
