We are extremely pleased with our "Magnolia" experience,from our first Zoom meeting with Will to discuss our project to the completion of the home project. We had 7 windows installed,siding,new front door installation and new gutters. Just beautiful job! Have received many compliments. Siding job was completed a day earlier than promised. Work crew was outstanding and they cleaned up property each day when finished. Owners Chris and Vic were "hands on" and came for initial meeting and also visited several times. 5 star rating - will definitely use them again.

Magnolia are true experts and professionals. I am so glad i went with them after researching multiple companies. They completed everything quickly and were meticulous with everything they did. They also to care of all the permits needed making the whole process and inspections a breeze. I have been getting so many compliments for the work they did on my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for siding/roofing and deck building work.

Our job was to replace 3 custom windows with transom windows. All options available were discussed and great care was taken to make sure that we would be happy with the final product. Chris at Magnolia was very responsive whenever we needed to contact him with all calls being answered directly or we received a call back very quickly. This was very important to us. Once the windows arrived installation was completed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Even though our job was small we felt that we were being taken care of and are extremely happy with the outcome. I look forward to doing business with Magnolia Home Remodeling in the future.

Surprisingly most work was completed in a short amount of time with a balanced knowledgeable crew.

We worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.

We have used Magnolia Home Remodeling Group foe two separate projects over the years (new siding and renovating entryway / portico). Both projects have been fantastic experiences to work with them. From initial meeting for estimates and talking through options, through the completion of work, they are truly a fantastic team. They take the time to listen to what you’re looking to achieve and walk you through the entire process without any pressure. The work and craftsmanship is fantastic and the crews are always timely and professional. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our remodeling needs.

A nice experience overall working with Vic and his team. The team was punctual and professional throughout the project. We had our front steps rebuilt from brick to stone and new railings were installed. A few adjustments were needed but the response was quick and things were addressed adequately. Vic's accessibility and responsiveness was a big plus as well. He and his team gladly offered suggestions and solutions during discussions. We are pleased with our new steps and railings. We would definitely consider and use Magnolia again for future home projects and would recommend them to others!

Stellar experience with Magnolia. This is the second time we’ve used Magnolia for a big project at our house, and just like the first time, the work was outstanding. Magnolia completed a major kitchen/family room renovation for us 2 years ago. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, communication, and customer service was so good that when it came time to do our siding, roof, and windows, the choice was a no brainer. I highly recommend Magnolia for anyone looking for quality work, competitive pricing, and a contractor that puts the customer first.

Excellent job. Very professional from initial inquiry to final payment. Love my new windows I could immediately feel the difference they made. Can’t wait to do other windows and will use them again.

We had a three “room” project completed in November 2020: Framing - Removed back wall of house and part of the roof, rebuilt ceiling, installed beam, and rear wall Kitchen/Dining Room - Full gut job….new electrical, insulation, walls, floors, backsplash, appliances, paint, fixtures, etc. Deck - New from scratch. 17x17 with a pressure treated frame and timbertech composite decking, rails, balusters, steps, etc. ...since they were going to be replacing the roof where the new section was built, they also replaced our entire roof. The cost was reasonable relative to what it would’ve been to replace just the smaller portionn of the rebuilt roof. The subcontractors were all very professional and quality was high across the board. Here are the important points: -Communication - Stellar for the entire duration of the project (negotiating, permits, selections, day-to-day, inspections, etc.). Vic was our point person but had another person help when needed (permits, payments, etc.). When I needed something, it was Vic I worked with. We worked almost exclusively by text but got on phone calls when the situation called for it. -Schedule - Before we started the project, Magnolia claimed the project would take 4 months. I believe this would’ve been projected to be 3 months if we weren’t operating in a pandemic but the materials were a concern based on the initial plans the architect drew up. The entire project ended up taking 9 weeks from demo day 1 to the final inspection. Very impressive. -Pricing - Magnolia is not cheap but you’re paying for a contractor that’s experienced and proven in certain areas (e.g. kitchens, roofs, etc.) and has established relationships with the subcontractors they use. -Subcontractors and quality - Kitchen designer was flexible with what we were looking for but we had another kitchen that we used as a near mirror-image of what we wanted. The one thing that may be a concern here is that if you don’t know what you want, there might be a lot of back-and-forth to arrive at a final design. Roofers, tile/paint crew, etc. were all top notch. Overall a great experience. This was a high anxiety experience going in and Vic was professional and kept things moving very quickly and well ahead of schedule.

We had siding by Alside Ascend Composite Cladding installed and are very happy with the product and the installation by a very professional and caring crew that took pride in their work. Franklin and his took extra pride and we appreciate them for all their hard work. Also Vic the project manager was always in touch with us if there was any questions or problems. Magnolia (and Chris) was a pleasure to work with. They were professional through all aspects of the project and the workmanship was excellent. From the initial contract to the final details they were responsive and easy to deal with. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly and throughly. I have had them back on several occasions to address some damage to the trim and it was seamless. Would use them again for any type of work.

This was replacement siding to replace manufacturer defects in the original siding. This was the 2nd time we’ve used Magnolia and continue to find their work to be superb as is their willingness to quickly respond to our requests. I’m this case Magnolia supported our escalation of issues with the manufacturer, which helped get them to resolve the issue after the manufacturer took many months responding to our complaints. I would certainly use Magnolia again for my next home improvement project due to their quality, reliability and superior service approach.

The kitchen was a really good experience which is why we used Magnolia again when we needed to redo our bathroom.
