Magnolia was amazing, the first thing I love is they insisted that both my husband and I be home for the estimate. Al came to the house and he was so nice and worked with us the best he could. Our roof was in rough shape and even worse when the job started. Chris the owner called me the day after we signed the contract to thank us for our business and to give me his cell # in case I needed anything. This to me was very impressive and I loved that he cared enough to do that. Our roof was done on a Saturday about 2 weeks after we signed the contract and we heard from them at least once a week to update us on what the status was. The morning our roof was to be done the workers showed up a 1/2 hour early to access the area and job. Our house sits behind another house and there are 45+ stair to get to the house. These were some of the hardest workers I had ever seen. My roof ended up being a complete tear off and was way worse than we expected but Magnolia worked with us to help us with our new roof. What was under my old roof was HORRIBLE. I watched workers carry sheets of wood, shingles, supplies and tools all day up and down all those stairs and ladders, it was amazing. They worked all day from 7 am til it got dark, they finished most of that job but had to come back Monday morning to finish. When I got home from work the job was done and my roof looked fantastic. I can't thank them enough for being so awesome during such an overwhelming job. Thank you so much Magnolia and the workers for amazing workmanship and fantastic customer service. You were by far not the cheapest but when it comes to customer service and great work you make it priceless!! Thank you!

Magnolia did a great job replacing our windows and sliding glass doors. There were hiccups from the window supplier that Magnolia managed. After the work was done, they quickly came back to do a few last touch ups that we had noticed. They were always responsive and easy to deal with.

Awesome!!!! All Magnolia personnel were extremely responsive, polite, knowledgeable, punctual, tidy and performed excellent quality work. Price of work was competitive and contractor did exactly what was promised. I would use this contractor again for any other home improvement projects in the future. Could not be more pleased!!

During the job, each and every time I called or e-mailed about a question or concern, Chris always returned my phone call or message promptly and made sure to address any issues I had with the job. The company operates with professionalism and they truly stand behind their products and services. This is a company anybody would want to hire again and again.

Magnolia did an amazing job, they were on time every day and were very neat and care full. Everyday the foreman walked me around my home to be sure that I was pleased with how job was going. I was impressed with the fact that all the workers knew what they were doing and worked very diligently to get the job done. It is very difficult to find a contractor you can trust, I feel very lucky we found Magnolia.

Everyone we dealt with from the owner to the project manager to the foreman and crew was competent, courteous and attentive to our requests. Any call or e-mail was answered immediately. The work was done in a very timely manner. Once completed they returned to tweak one part of the attic ventilation to make certain we were 100% satisfied. This is a company that deserves the excellent reputation they have and we could not be more pleased.

After talking to a few places I settled on Magnolia for our new roof. I spoke with Chris and he was very responsive and extremely straight forward with the pricing. There was no pressure to "sign now" or any hidden costs. Chris even went above and beyond by putting me in touch with a mason for some chimney repointing before work began. (As well as helping me hang up new shutters, which was much appreciated.) The roofers themselves were on-time, very courteous and clean. I haven't found a single scrap of the old roof on the property! I'm already planning to have them do more work on our windows and deck later this year, which should sum up my feelings for working with Magnolia.

I have never seen a contractor show up less prepared to complete a professional estimate; did not even have a tape measure to take measurement. It seemed that without much thought he was able to give me an estimate before leaving my home, a very high estimate. Any other contractor I have dealt with took measurements and needed time (days or weeks) to provide an accurate estimate.

Highly recommended! I live in a crowded neighborhood. Quality contractors do not want to work here mostly because of the parking problem. However the job was no problem for Chris and his team. They quoted me a fair price and even accommodated my schedule to do the job. Everyone was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. They worked nonstop for three days and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. Truthfully the job came out better than I expected. I went from having a 120 year old house to having a brand new one. Thanks guys. When it comes time to do my roof I'm calling you.

Overall they were very professional. The sales rep was helpful and informative. The price was not cheap but seemed reasonable for the work that was done. All the financial arrangements were straightforward. They gave an estimate and stuck to it--no last minutes changes or extra charges. There were a few minor issues with the actual work. It would have been nice if everything was perfect first time around, but the problems were addressed and we ended up satisfied.

The never tried to contact me by phone, only on Angie List messages. I got a very strong impression they were not interested in rebuilding my house since it seemed I had to pursue them.

Everything went well, mostly clean, responsive. Was not the cheapest but I trusted them more. Will definitely look to them again for other work.

Was extremely pleased with both projects. From the beginning to the completion. all the subcontractors were professional and pleasant. Whenever I had a question, Chris was responsive. Will definitely recommend with no hesitation.

this was the first time I used there service and was pleased. The siding went up quickly and the job was completed in 3 1/5 days. We had new siding and new soffiits.The workers were clean and professionals when they worked. . I would definitely use Magnolia's services again in the future. Job well Done! Thank- You!

these people are one of the most professional organizations. I called and left a message and the return call came with 2 hours. Al came to my house to give us an estimate for remodeling a bathroom and although it was out of our budget it was a pleasure dealing with someone so professional. I would highly recommend these people to anyone looking to have work done.

Chris Fontana and his crew (Celso B & group) were excellent. Mother nature was on my side and the job started/completed as scheduled. Chris is responsive and made follow-up calls to ensure that everything was in order. The interest-free financing process is a breeze. I will be calling Chris for my next home improvement project once I am done paying my current siding bill.

I gave Vic a clear picture of what I needed, and his entire team took care of my project request. Their workers were professional and courteous throughout the entire project. They came on time, kept me informed, asked me questions, cleaned up as they went, and always wanted to ensure my satisfaction with their work. During the course of the project Vic always kept an open line of communication and he genuinely seemed to care about my needs and satisfaction. They did a wonderful job on my home siding and gutters, and they were very prompt. I felt as if the value of the job done far exceeds the price of the job itself. Chris arrived on time and had samples to show us. He detailed the required work and how long it would take. He drew up the contract immediately. The staff arrived when expected and were diligent about keeping the area clean and tidy. They were respectful of plants around the house. They cleaned up daily before leaving.

Work went very smoothly, workers were on time, very knowledgeable, efficient and the outcome was excellent. I've received several compliments from neighbors and comments from passersby. I dealt mainly with "Chris" who was very responsive and went over everything in detail before work began and upon completion. Any questions I had were answered directly and no effort was spared to make sure I was pleased with the work done!

I had a deck in very bad condition and they came in and quickly tore it down and built it up within a week after approvals from the township. They were very nice to work with, made sure I understood the process throughout and really went out of their way to give me a new deck by my son's birthday party. The quality is a 100 times better than what it was before and now I can feel safe and proud of what I have today. Looking forward to working with them next year to either expand the deck or renew the patio. They are experts and really take the time to present all options and the best options for you based on your budget and requirements. Thank you Chris and team for the great work done!

Magnolia was great from how quickly my phone call was returned to how soon Chris came to my home, explained what the job would cost and what the repair would entail, to how efficiently and professionally the complete job was done. The crew arrived early in the morning each day and worked until dinner time. They did the tear down and repair in three days and cleaned up each day after the work was done. They also tore up and replaced two concrete side walk slabs. As they left each day, the workers made sure that the work area was safely cordoned off with yellow tape and orange cones. A few days later the railings for the stairs were re-installed. I'm very pleased with the job Magnolia did. The stairs are like brand new and because of the way the sidewalk slabs were done, water no longer pools right in front of the stairs when it rains! Chris (from Magnolia) was great. He kept in touch at each step of the repair and returned all my phone calls immediately. He started to feel like family !!!!! I would certainly use Magnolia again !!

Great. Although I got 2 other excellent proposals (also Angie's List providers), Magnolia's best suited my requirements for the work and the cost. Vic met with me for over an hour the first time, and he was entirely realistic all along the way about the schedule and costs. He was extremely responsive, keeping touch by phone and email several times a week. His foreman and carpenter, Mike and Joe, were skilled and attentive during the entire 8-week schedule. Vic accommodated several small changes without impacting the price at all. There were 2 change orders to the job that did impact cost -- one was a new steam low profile radiator necessitated by cabinet door swing, the other was a wall with doorway in the basement which I added to the project to segregate the basement mechanical/service area from the living space. The kitchen was gutted to the studs, insulated, with expanded floor area, a new ceiling support beam, new sheetrock, new floors, plumbing, lighting, cabinets, crown molding, granite counter-tops, and appliances. The basement bathroom was created from scratch in a former storage area and features a tiled, semi-frameless shower. Although the floor plate is fairly small, it doesn't really seem so. We are extremely pleased with the result and with the integrity and effort put in by Vic and his crew.

Dealing with the company, was great, very quick response and very professional. I have no complaints what so ever about that. Once the work started, it appeared to be sub contractors who completed the job, which I expected to some extent with a busy contractor. Some of the workers were even wearing clothing labeled from other contractor companies. The tear down of the old exterior went great, the crew cleaned up at the end of the day and did a decent job. The installation of house wrap and insulation was a bit sloppy. The crew did not nail down all the house wrap first, instead they nailed a few trim pieces and installed the insulation directly over the unsecured wrap. I understand the nails go through the insulation and into the wrap and I can see how this method would save some time but I felt it was not the best way when considering quality. I asked a worker and he said it was fine, there was not manager/foreman at the time, however, he did stop by during points during the day. The siding and soffits went up quickly and looked great. The gutter crew who showed up were very good, they included me in all decisions and were very knowledgeable. The crew worked quickly on the gutters and they came out extremely nice. The last step was the stone, the stone I picture isn't truly how it came out but it does still look nice. It's the same stone in the picture of the magazine but it was installed differently. I had the idea of a tighter pattern, it was installed with a bit more spacing. It still does look nice and overall I am happy with it. I had a piece of siding that was not properly installed and hanging off, I contacted the contractor and it was corrected within a day. Overall, everything came out great. It was my first project like this, I learned some lessons and am happy. I have some projects coming up in the future, I will shop around as I always do but I will surely consider Magnolia again, thanks.

I worked with Vic, who is one of the owners. Our first meeting took well over 1 hour, during which I explained that I wanted to completely transform the curb-appeal of my house. By the end of our meeting he had crunched all the numbers and provided me a detailed quote (printed and emailed) right at my dining room table. No other contractor I had dealt with worked this way, instead requiring me to wait days or weeks for a quote. Vic was one of the friendliest and most patient people I have ever met. Magnolia’s price was consistent with quotes I had received from other contractors. The benefit of Magnolia was that they could handle the whole job, which included extensive framing and carpentry, whereas the other contractors only dealt with roofing/siding and would require me to get a 2nd contractor to handle the other work. It was an easy decision for me to go with Magnolia. I also used the financing they had available, which was through Wells Fargo. During the subsequent 6 weeks I spent a lot of time finalizing my decisions regarding the type of siding, color, molding, roof design, etc. I emailed Vic questions almost every day, and changed my mind several times on many details. I was a major pain, but Vic was always friendly and accommodating and carefully kept track of all the details, of which there were many. Magnolia used various subcontractors, all of whom were very loyal and seemed like they were Magnolia employees. Vic stopped by on most days, and if I had any questions or issues I would text or email and always received a quick reply. The attached pictures show the before/after comparisons. The soffit light fixtures are from a company called DelphiTec. I did extensive research on the lights and recommend them highly. They are amazing technology and should last as long as the siding, or longer. Magnolia ran the low-voltage wires behind the siding and I had a handyman mount the fixtures after the job was done.
