We were stunned by how this Vinyl Siding project gave our home a vivid appearance. Especially after the shutters were added. We are really pleased with the outcome of the project. Chris and his team are first rate! From blocking off the area to keep dust to a minimum to being on time daily to friendly expert workmanship Magnolia is the best. I would rehire them again without a second thought

From beginning to end the process was smooth and painless. Magnolia did an absolutely beautiful job, they use only the best craftsmen for the job and through the quality shows. Their prices were reasonable and commuication was great. We had one minor mishap and was taken care of instantly without question. Which for us was great. Right there we knew we had chosen the right contractor for the job. We are in the process of now remodeling our main bath and kitchen with them as well. True professionals

Great experience.... Firstly, Magnolia Home Remodeling Group exceeded all of my expectations. On day one, when my family and I started looking for remodeling companies, MHRG answered all of our one million questions and concerns, during multiple consultations. They provided a scope of the entire project with great detail and provided very competitive proposal for the project price. Secondly, once the project began, MHRG on-site crew worked quickly with great attention to detail. The owner and project manager were always available (even accommodating my schedule when needed) to answer any questions or concerns we had. During the project we had many adjustments and MHRG diligently worked with me to get the specifications the exact way we wanted them. They answered all questions and also provided great ideas during the entire remodel process. Upon completion, MHRG made sure everything was completed to our exact specifications and cleaned as well. MHRG was also very prompt with making a few minor things after the project was completed. I would rate them A+ if possible. I look forward to working with MHRG again in the future.

Receptionist who answered was very polite and courteous. She indicate that they will not perform work in condos/non-single family homes in Hoboken, NJ. I leave this review only to inform others who may be seeking service in the city.

We had worked with MHRG less than 2 years ago and knew that we would only trust them for such a large project. They are responsive, professional and go above & beyond on every aspect of the project. They have integrity and work within the time frame discussed. It’s rare to find such a combination in a contractor group and I highly recommend them. They will always be my go to for any home improvement projects.

Chris came personally and stayed as long as needed to review all questions and price packages. He always emailed promptly (even when he was on vacation!). He was personable, reasonable, professional, and human (yes, human - it's not always common). His crew reflected the same values. Everything happened quickly as promised and smoothly. Guys did the job on a cold winter day and got it all done before a big rainstorm. He stayed attentive even when the job was done when we had a few questions. I'm a realtor and will definitely be using him in the future as a referral for my clients.

Hired Magnolia for bathroom remodel, that turned into a larger project to support the sagging main floor with steel beams (old house). Chris was quick to provide name of architect that was knowledgable and reasonable and arranged to pull guys to work on the unexpected additional framing, etc. needed to complete structural repairs. Pros: the team was always prompt to arrive in the morning, the tiling , repair of my old plaster walls and trim work was done beautifully. Cons: At my first meeting with Chris I told him that one of the reasons I selected Magnolia was all the glowing reviews of Magnolia care in the home. Unfortunately, I did not find this to be the case. Insufficient care was taken a couple times thru the job to perform basic protection of my floors/area my pets were segregated. This was my first time working with contractor and overall I would recommend Magnolia because the end product came out nice.

The Magnolia team was wonderful. Everything went smoothly - from the estimate, to picking out the shingles & color, to the actual roofing work and gutter installation. The roofers did a meticulous job replacing plywood and fixing a previous builder’s poor quality work. The gutter team did an excellent job installing the new gutters and downspouts and provided the correct pitch so the water would flow properly. All the while, the workers were prompt, courteous, professional, and they thoroughly cleaned the area each day. We waited months before writing a review because we wanted to see how the work held up over the winter snow, spring wind & rain, and summer heat. The results are in and the grade is....A+!

While having NO luck in the past hiring numerous contractors I finally lucked out with Magnolia Construction located in Vaxhall NJ phone number 1 -855-624-6655. This company has old fashion values with care & understanding and their prices R very competitive with financing available!! When the owner of the Magnolia roofing company Chris came 2 the house he presented himself as a professional, very knowledgeable, honest and not pushing 4 a quick sale! Chris discussed in great deal what my options would be 4 my new roof. He provided me with many options that suit my finianal needs. When we agreed on what products would B used we scheduled a date 4 the work. When the crew arrived they were very professional, knowledge, helpful, friendly & on time. They placed several heavy duty tarps around the property 2 protect it + removed all fragile items such as flowers pots, grill + etc and placed them in a safe place. The crew worked diligently taking their time while cutting "NO Conners" When I had a question they answered it + they provided me with additional services, rearranging cable wires, painted & sealed windows at NO extra cost!! I was impressed with the additional extras! When the crew completed the roof they did an excellent job cleaning up the property with care & respect! I am truly satisfied with Chris & his staff. I would not hesitate hiring Magnolia 4 any work in the future. I have informed my family members, that need new roofs to call Magnolia 4 and estimate. This company is an honest company. I would rate them an A+ company! Yes, they due care about their customer and honestly do a "GREAT JOB! Chris was very professional and super responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with a contractor who understands good customer service. The installers were great and did a fantastic job. They were professional and left the job site in great shape each day. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.

The deck and patio are beautiful and we’re pleased with the work that was done. The front steps and railings look great and make a much nicer entrance to our home! Any and all questions that we raised were addressed in a timely manner. Vic was very nice and very professional, and we appreciate that he was always there for us.

Chris was great with the process from start to finish. Old roof was removed and my new roof was put on in one day. Also had a few sheets of decking that needed to be replaced. Great and through job.

Magnolia was the only company out of the four I contacted that came out the same day I called to explain the work needed and provide a price quote. They came back the next morning to patch the leak. The roof was replaced on schedule the following week during a break in the rainy week. I was away during the work so they sent pictures and updates. They promptly responded to my questions and exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely hire them again.

Excellent. Our bathroom was original to the home so quite old and in need of total demolition and rebuild. Magnolia's Team turned our bathroom into a 5 star hotel! We could not be happier and will hire them for future work at our home.

Very happy with the work Magnolia preformed. Imperessed by how when they cleaned up after the job. Super fast, just 2 1/2 days from start to finish. I highly recommend them and would unquestionably use them again.

Everything went very well! All of the material was delivered on time and waiting for the crew to show up. The entire job took 2 days due to some showers and the hot weather but otherwise the crew was on site by 8am and worked all day until 5:30 or 6pm. We had the old roof ripped off and you know how messy that can get! The crew did the job quickly and as clean as possible. No flowers or shrubs were damaged in the process! After the clean up at completion, you would never know they were here. We are very satisfied with the job!
