When I scheduled the work with Franklin, he told me that I am in good hands. And it turns out the guys he sent, Hugo and R* are very professional and their work exceeded my expectation. They arrived the punctual, and started to work immediately. In the afternoon, Hugo suggested that he can also paint the baseboard as there will be time left, and he did a very nice work with it. The guys are very responsible for the work. After they painted the door, they carefully check whether the paint is even, if there are minor problems, they'll do the second coat to fix. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased. The work looks impeccable and the house is as clean as it was when they arrived. I especially appreciated the fact that they always arrived at the expected time.

They were fine. There was no extra cost to the $499 Big Deal. They did not get much done as I would have liked, but that was just what things are. They did a good job. They had to cancel on us one day and they did not let us know. Their punctuality was fine. The people who came were actually very good at what they do. So, that was good and refreshing just that other parts of it were not the greatest.

the contractor refused to sign any paperwork that's required by the state so they can validate him , and asked me to get someone else !!!

It was okay. The mistake that I made was to allow them to use my utility sink in the basement to clean up. They poured a bunch of paint on it and they clogged it. The painting was fine. The only problem was they clogged up my sink. They were good. They were polite. They showed up on time. They didn't have any materials which I thought it was a little bit strange. I think they advertised something a lot cheaper the next week. I didn't give them the opportunity to deal with the clog issue. I should have called them and complained but I didn't.

I was extremely pleased with Franklin Painting's service from door to door. The owner, Franklin, came himself to provide the estimate and took his time studying the job and looking for any potential caveats before generating an estimate. The job was completed in a timely manner and the work was excellent. Franklin's staff are also very personable and professional. Great job all around and I have used their services twice already and plan to use them a for a third time soon.

I was concerned that getting a service by the hour rather than a defined scope would be less effective. However the work went very well with quality and good scope of work completed. Also retained them for further work in the house.

They were very neat and clean, they did everything we talked about in the estimate , Left me left over paint all labeled so i know where to use it for touch ups if needed. Would use them again.no question. I Have interior paint job I already contracted to another painter that has cancelled his start date twice if he cancels again I'm calling Franklin Painting.

It took longer than expected because of the poor condition of the one wall and the textured ceiling. One worker had to quickly go out to buy the sand mixture for the ceiling. He returned promptly. Both men worked continuously and did a very fine job.

A Plus! We can't say enough in praise of the two young men who came to our house to paint. They worked hard,10 hours per day, for two days, to fulfill the deal I purchased, "Painter for a week $1400.00" They were professional, quiet but personable, and they cleaned up the work area when they were done. The quality of the work is excellent. We are very pleased and plan to hire them again soon to do more work for us. They're worth every penny and much more.

They were perfectionists! The work went pretty fast (we only thought they'd do 3 rooms) so we asked them to paint the hallway and touch up the kitchen as well. It was SO MUCH BETTER than doing it ourselves...and it looks great! Share on Band of Neighbors: Yes

They were supposed to send 3 painters, but they only sent 2. Overall, they were pretty good but not great.

I hired this company to paint the outside of my house. They spent 3/4 of their time doing the prep work the correct way allowing for the job to last. I have used this company in the past for painting and minor carpentry work. I have had a great experience with them and would definitely use them again in the future. High quality work for reasonable price

They were really great. They took care of everything we needed them to do. They made the rooms, that they worked in, look brand new.

The two guys showed up promptly at 9am (said between 8-9am) and started working immediately. They continued to work the whole day for the given amount of hours (10) per day of a total of (20) hours and only took 30 minutes to eat lunch. The painting was well done and I did make sure to have all the plates, fixtures and grills to be as cost effective as possible. They were very courteous and professional. The place now looks like a whole new apartment. We did have to pay for an additional hour to complete the work but were only charge $90 extra. I would recommend Franklin Painting to anyone looking on this site to use.

I did not use the company to paint my home because of the inflated estimated.
