I had ceiling repaired from water damage and room painted. Everything was done in a timely manner, clean up, and pictures placed back on walls. I am very satisfied with work and will definitely hire them again.

It went fine, they did the job to our full satisfaction. Job was very complicated but they took care of all very well.

After not hearing from Mr Franklin for 2 days after he responded to my initial inquiry, I called the company directly, and Hernand his son answered. I spoke with him, and he wasn't aware of my inquiry, nor of Mr Franklin's response [or lack thereof]. Nonetheless, I sent pictures to Hernand of the work needed. For 3 days, I followed up daily with Hernand, and heard nothing back from him. Not even a response to my texts. No follow-up; No quote; No response;

They really went out of their way fixing a hole in the ceiling. They patched the hole perfectly and painted, but the paint didn't match. So for only $30 extra they took a sample to the store, matched the paint, bought some paint, and re-did the painting! They are very fair and honest and did a great job for us. For sure will re hire.

Mr. Franklin and his team performed a great job in fixing dry wall and painting the entire house. Paint looks spectacular and flawless. He is very professional and gave good recommendations on the selection of colors and styles. I will rehire them again.

We met with 6 contractors and decided on Hernan as he presented himself professionally. He quoted us $2500 to complete three walls in a basement storage/ pantry area and to finish a wall in our downstairs bedroom which had to be cut due to a waterproofing job. Hernan came on time the first day but left his worker alone on/ off throughout the day. He returned the bext day with his wide and child and my husband found him on the phone arranging other jobs instead of attending 100% to our job. He did not keep a consistent schedule and did not finish the job in a timely manner. When asked if he brought his wife and child to other job sites his response was" we are a family owned business." I have worked with other contractors and have never had their spouse and child brought with them. The job was done acceptably and due to his lack of respect for our home and his lack of professionalism I will not be using Franklin LLC again.

I used them for ceiling repair and for ceiling and wall painting. They were responsive and gave a good quote. They offered me choices ("Do all this or just that?") and worked with me on timing. They arrived when they said they would, and got the job done efficiently. It looks great, I'm so very pleased! They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I'd use Franklin again and comfortably recommend him to my friends.

I had a small problem with one area of my ceiling that Franklin Painting had done in the past. I had difficulty getting in touch with them as they had changed their phone number and email address. When I did have contact with them Hernan came out and saw the problem. He made an appointment with me and his brother Hugo came out to repair the problem. Was done efficiently, neatly and professionally. Thank you. I would use them again as they do excellent work and live up to their guarantee.

I had a remarkable experience with this company. Hernan came over and gave me a quote to refinish my deck, which was much better then all the other ones I got. After I approved the job, he started right away. He came over that night with paint samples. No need to go looking around, as he had every color imaginable. He then came over the following day with 3 of our favorite samples in which we had the luxury of seeing what it actually looked like on the deck before picking our final color. Next thing you know, he started the job. The amount of love that was put into my deck, was as if I were doing the job myself. He made my 23 year old deck look new. I was in shock with how well he did it. From repurposing, sanding, power washing to painting, everything came out to our perfection without having to point stuff out, as he legit went beyond our expectations. Especially with the uprise in prices of Lumber, I am very happy I went with this company. I would use this company again for future needs, and highly recommend this company if you want a quality job done by a professional with great prices and no stress.

Excellent. Price was competitive and they were able to accommodate me as I was juggling other contractors at the same time. Cleaned up nicely.

Great. Franklin, Palestino and Hugo were terrific workers and went above and beyond to get our home ready for sale. They worked fast without compromising the integrity of their work. There were a lot of added details we asked them to do and they got right on it. We highly recommend them.

Two words that describe this company best would be unreliable and unprofessional. After visiting my home, providing me with a quote I decided to move forward and hire Frank’s Painting. About a week later I receive an email with a contract with everything included after agreeing with the contract Eduardo told me he can start the project in two weeks on a Thursday and will confirm Monday. When that Monday arrives I didn’t receive a call, nor an email so I decided to give Eduardo a call around 7pm where he stated he was no longer in the office and will give me a call the next day (Tuesday) to give me all the details. Tuesday comes and what do you know? No calls or messages from Eduardo!! It’s very upsetting because I have other people working in on my home that I had to put on a hold on just to get this done. He wasted three weeks of my time when I could of hired someone else and had the job completed by now. My advice to anyone looking at this company, keep looking because I wouldn’t recommend Frank’s Paint.

Franklin Painting crew, Luis, David and Jose were professional and courteous. They moved the heavy furniture to the middle of the room and covered everything with plastic and tarps. I hired them to replace my popcorn ceiling in the bedroom with a plain ceiling. This is a very messy job but they cleaned up so well, I just had to dust my furniture lightly. The room looks great and I will use them again. I especially appreciate that they came back the next day for light touch ups. Thank you to Eduardo and Franklin for picking this group.
