The work was excellent my home looks like brand new. Everything they stated they would do they did and some extra stuff as well. They took their time, about a week to paint the house but it was because they took the time to prep the house, power wash it, sand the woods down and then get to the actual paining. The owner kept in contact with me as to the time they would be working and if there were any delays. Everything was great. I would definetly recommend them and will be using their services agin.

This was a painful process. Eduardo who came to my property to provide an estimate. He was extremely late. We received the estimate soon thereafter. The price was fair. I called back Eduardo to inquire about adding another room to the job, and he stated that he would get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone. For the last week, I have called Eduardo to schedule the job, only to receive no call back. Terrible.

Franklin showed up on time to do the estimate and suggested some additional work (putting exposed electrical conduit in the walls) and the very reasonable estimate showed up in 2 days. The crew showed up on time and were very courteous and cleaned up well after each work day. They finished the job in a week and they also did an additional room at my request. The work is gorgeous! Really pleased with the skim coating and plaster repair. So glad I found them on Angie's List.

We had Franklin and Eduardo come out and provide estimates. They were fairly quick with the estimates and sent several emails following up, the pricing seemed fair. Sounds great right? Unfortunately when we decide to use them for the project we had difficulty getting in touch with them, emailed, called and left messages. Finally we received a call back and they said they would come back out to finalize everything and add us to the schedule, that they were busy but the work would be done this summer. After they neglected to call or come by, we called again and then we were told the work would not be started till April 2018. We tried to call several more times and never heard back. It's unfortunate because they had great reviews. The lack of responsiveness and honesty is very upsetting.

They are very skilled, and they came on time, they did everything said they would do. They were on time for their appointment.

These guys are great. Very punctual, courteous and professional. They always tried to be as neat and clean as possible. Upon removing of the tub surround, they discovered some water damaged cement board and they quickly removed and rushed to the store and purchase replacement to ensure they stick with the timeline to have the bathroom done. They were about to replace the bathroom vent fan and noticed that it was just dirty and suggested to just clean in and leave it to save me money. Overall, I think I found my go to painters (with other services).

Rudolfo did an excellent job. He worked very hard with his assistants and fulfilled all of my requests 100%. He also cleaned up very carefully afterwards.

Provided a prompt estimate and were able to start quickly. Franklin was extremely professional and courteous. His crew of between 4 and 6 people worked diligently and did outstanding work. They accommodated extra work for a very reasonable fee and worked straight through the days until the work was completed. I would use them again without hesitation. I couldn't be more pleased with the work or the price.

Fair price for exterior of house painting and work completed on schedule. There was some miscommunication about the interior painting quote and the painters did not paint parts of the house I thought were included in the price. I'm still cleaning up some paint from my wood floors and think that parts of the job were rushed because they had to work on other jobs. It was not a horrible experience but I'm not sure I would hire them again.

Painters discovered water damage to poorly installed roof. The beams holding up the back of the house had rotted. They installed additional beams and saved the house. The house looked beautiful from the outside when they were done. The water damage had warped the inside walls. They took care of that too and the rooms look as good as new. We had an old plaster ceiling that was cracking and bending in the living room. They fixed that up as well.

I would highly recommend Franklin Painting. I am very pleased with the entire job. They are the consummate professionals. They were prompt, courteous and very skilled. Any questions I had were promptly answered. If you needed to contact them, they were either there or called back promptly. The crew cleaned up every day before leaving. My house looks great; I get a lot of compliments.

Great! Meticulously crafted job by Ronnie. We couldn't believe he got the shower looking so nice, despite the odd angles and uneven surfaces he had to work with. Ron was extremely nice and conscientious. He carefully cleaned his work area every evening during this 3-day job. I would hire these guys again in a flash. Great price, also.

It was wonderful! The two representatives were polite, professional, immaculate, and hard-working. We were very impressed!

I communicated with Eduardo who set up the scheduled date for the project. He was very pleasant and gave recommendations when asked which made it easier on me. I purchased a deal on Angie's list for 3 men for 8 hours to paint. I was more than happy with what was accomplished in those eight hours of painting the exterior of my 2-family house. I only needed the front of house painted as the sides and back have aluminum sliding. The house was in bad need of a paint job. Now it looks great, and right in time before winter. I would definitely hire them again in a second.

All that was promised was delivered and more at a reasonable price. Eduardo at Franklin Painting runs an efficient and responsive front office, and German (pronounced like "Hermonn") with quiet professional pride ran a hard working crew that did more than we asked; and were always pleasant and considerate. Victor's artistic carpentry revived our entry door cornice--by recreating it, using the 85 year old original as a template. Our cornice had vexed other home improvement companies from whom we requested quotes to fix it. Extra power washing was thrown in; rear door natural wood steps and landing were repaired, sanded and sealed (without having been included in the work requested). The house and garage surfaces were well prepped before receiving a full coat of Zinnser tinted oil based primer and 2 coats Benjamin Moore paint. The painted chimney was a challenge and German and his crew did well in prepping and painting it. The carpentry, including the major cornice repair, replacement of about 100 cedar shakes, and window frame replacement cost $2,200, while prep otherwise and all painting cost $6,300.

We were specifically looking for an EPA-certified, lead-safe contractor to remove old lead paint from our house and repaint it. We asked for Franklin Painting's lead certification at the start of the job, which they emailed to us. The workers, however, left paint chips around our house and throughout our yard. They were not working in a way you would expect lead certified contractors to work, especially with clean-up at the end of each day. On the last day, as we were paying for the work, the painter gave us his business card and it was for another painting company. Franklin Painting subbed the job out without us knowing. When we followed up by email to ask them about it, they did not respond. We requested to see the lead certification for the company that actually painted our house and, of course, they did not respond. We tried to do this the right way and ended up with a lead hazard, feeling duped by a deceptive company. I would recommend staying away from them. It's frustrating how few contractors take lead issues seriously. We're looking at how we can report them to the EPA.

My experience with Franklin Painting was a very positive one and I was extremely pleased with their work. They arrived on time ,did outstanding work, and were very neat and careful. The two painters that Franklin sent, Hugo and Luis were extremely professional and I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. I would recommend Franklin Painters to anyone who wants a positive painting experience.

Very well, They were on time. Painted diligently and cleaned up very well when they were done.

While the two painters worked efficiently, they weren't able to paint all of my 650 ft apartment in the time allotted. They did however do a great job painting the kitchen, living room, hallway and bathroom walls (no ceiling or trim). I provided the paint and they brought everything else. They cleaned up afterwards and I'm satisfied with their work.
