They sent in a team for the first cleaing (like a spring cleaning), and then future cleanings were more basic for upkeep. The team did an excellent job. They were very efficient and detail-oriented. House looked great! They took care, also, with my skiddish dog, which had me concerned, while shopping around, as an un-knowing consumer. They kept me in the loop of how he behaved, and things went well. The company, administratively, is very professional yet personal. They request feedback and do follow-up. Easy to work with. I'm continuing with their services.

We used Angie's List to find a replacement for the service provider we had previously. I won't get into details here on why the change was needed, but I will describe how Dial-A-Mop has exceeded every expectation we have had so far. The reviews I read here all steered me to Dial-A-Mop, and they couldn't have been more right. From our initial consultation with the owner, Rita, we were very impressed. She walked through our home with us and described everything the staff would do. She answered every question we had and understood different aspects which were important to us, such as scheduling and timing. With an 18 month-old on a decent nap schedule, this was a huge positive for us! It took a few weeks before she was able to integrate our services into Dial-A-Mop's scheduling, but she kept in constant contact over that time. To us, this was very professional, and it also showed how dedicated Rita and her staff are in keeping everything organized and sustainable. It was SO worth the wait! Our first service date was a "deep-cleaning" and a tad more expensive than the normal bi-weekly cleanings, but it was beyond worth it. Three members of Rita's staff arrived right at the scheduled time (again, so important for us), and they all introduced and carried themselves in a very professional and friendly manner. After asking if anything extra was needed that day, they went right to work. As impressed as we were at this point, we were pleasantly surprised to see Rita herself arrive at our home about 10 minutes later. She wanted to make sure the staff was okay and understood what their duties were as well as ensure we were comfortable thus far. Her visit spoke volumes about this company, and I will never forget it. The three women cleaned 2 floors of our townhome for about 3 hours, soup-to-nuts. Furniture was dusted and polished, rugs were vacuumed, hardwood floors were cleaned and mopped, walls were freed of any dust or cobwebs, and our bathrooms were sterilized! We couldn't get over the attention to detail and the care involved with cleaning our shower, tub, sinks, and vanity. Downstairs, the same great attention was given to the kitchen, where the outside of all of our appliances were cleaned (and the inside of the microwave). The counters and sink were sterilized, and all of our cabinets received a wipe down for any dust. The table and chairs were cleaned, and the floor was mopped. When they moved to the living room, the furniture was again dusted and polished, and the couch was vacuumed along with the rug. We also have a 7 year-old yellow lab running through the house, so for anyone who can relate to the dog hair that finds its way everywhere imaginable, we couldn't find a trace of it by the time the girls finished that day. They also cleaned all of the windows and doors in the house, and all of this was done with a smile and friendly attitude. When they were done that day, we knew we made the right choice. We have had 2 bi-weekly cleanings since then, and we are just as impressed as we were in the beginning. One staff member comes every 2 weeks, and while it's not 3 people, Traci makes sure that it looks that way by the time she is done. She spends almost 3 hours in our home making sure everything is completed. Her attention to detail is fantastic! Again, always professional and always friendly. She is always right on time, and we couldn't be happier that she is assigned to our home. Traci, Rita, and the rest of the staff at Dial-A-Mop have been a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to a wonderful future together! If you are considering a cleaning service, consider Dial-A-Mop. Meet with Rita, and you will be convinced that this is the company to hire. The owner, Rita Towner, came to see our space and give us a quote. After the initial meeting we set up a "deep clean" so that Dial A Mop would have a clean slate to start from. After the deep clean, which took 2-3 people several hours, we started our biweekly regular cleaning service. Every other week we know to expect the same employee from Dial A Mop to arrive in a 2 hour window. She arrives and works her way through the house. The house always looks great after Dial A Mop has been through. I also really appreciate the email reminders of our upcoming appointments.

It is so nice to come home every other week and have a clean house. The check-list and feedback forms are great, so that you can see exactly what was cleaned that week and provide any comments that you may have.

It was fantastic, Our maid was exceptional and rita was great. the job completed was awesome. The only reason I stopped the service is my mother is on hospice and had to get private help also and they have taken over the cleaning. I would recommend Dial a mop to anyone needing a cleaning service.

They do everything. They sweep and mop the floors, vacuum, dust, spot clean and they vacuum our couch. They change the sheets on our bed. We have one woman who comes out and she is here for three hours.

I obtained the services of Dial-A-Mop from Angie's List. I contacted Dial-A-Mop for an estimate. Rita Towner, the owner, came out and provided an overview of her company, the services provided, and a quote for my requested services. A team of two throughly cleaned each designated room. The team's arrival was prompt and they brought all the equipment and supplies. In addition, the team was very polite, professional, and came with a plan to complete their assigned tasks within a specified time. Once completed, I was provided with a Residential Cleaning Check Sheet for my review. This is subsequently followed up with a survey to ensure quality service. I would highly recommend using Dial-A-Mop for home cleaning services.

I initially called Dial-A-Mop for a post construction/pre move-in cleaning. I spoke with Rita, the owner, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to give me a quote over the phone. We scheduled the date, which needed to be rescheduled a couple of times at my request. Rita was very accommodating and she and her crew arrived on time and ready to work for the appointment we set. The team did an amazing job and cleaned every last speck of dust from the construction crew. I was so impressed I asked to be put on a biweekly cleaning schedule. I could not be happier with the services provided and highly recommend using Dial-A-Mop. They work quickly and are extremely thorough. The cleaners are very professional, always polite and I appreciate their attention to detail.

Everything went very well. I booked the cleaning ahead of time and they arrived right on time on the day they said they would be there. They stuck with their price estimate and did a very thorough job.

As the owner described my experience in her own words... Frustrating best fits an example of trying to schedule a housecleaning with this company. Despite their service area being described as "Gloucester County" (as well as some of Camden and Salem counties!) the reality is that they do not service Gloucester County. I know because I live in Gloucester County and was told they cannot service my address. Apparently, I live alongside some magic line that separates me from the rest of the Gloucester County that they do service. I suggest saving yourself some time and frustration by finding a company that more accurately depicts their service area.

The team of 3 came in and started their work. Each of the team took a rom and cleaned it top to bottom. If they needed assistance, the others would help. The work was completed within the given approximate time offerred initially. THe cleaning supplies were picked up, nothing left behind for me to have to clean up. Dial-A-Mop House Cleaning Service is very professional and thorough. She explained what I could expect each time the company came out to clean and she assured me that all her staff goes through a screen process before we hire them. I have decided to go forward with this company for my work.

She came out the next day and spent an hour with us. I was not able to use her because of the short time frame I needed the work to be done it. I probably will use her for routine cleaning in the future.

We could not possibly be happier with Dial-a-Mop's services!! We are extremely impressed with how professional they are. Our previous experiences with cleaning services have been that someone comes in and cleans and you don't know exactly what they did. They also tend to get into a routine, doing essentially the same basic things every time (vacuuming, wiping down counters, etc) and never really getting to a "deep clean" anywhere. Dial-a-Mop sends a team of 4 people to our house with one person in a supervisory role and responsible for a 36-point quality assurance check! They leave a detailed checklist behind showing exactly what they did in every room of the house, plus which "rotational services" were provided this particular week and which room received "extra attention" for a deeper cleaning. And they seem to work their butts off every single time! We've been home or had family members here on several occasions while they've been here, and they literally have four people working very hard for a couple of hours. When they check off that they've cleaned the tops of the crown molding above the doorways, you can run your finger up there and there is no dust. They really do a spectacular job. And while a couple of other reviewers have suggested their rates are a little on the high side, we actually think they are very reasonable for the quality of the service that is provided. When we lived in Center City Philadelphia, we paid nearly as much for lesser service on a house that was 1/3 the size. We are extremely satisfied with Dial-a-Mop and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. We love coming home from work on the days that they've been here, and our only regret is that we can't afford to have them come every day!

They did a very thorough cleaning, the first time out. The owner was very nice and walked through the house with me to see everything that I wanted to have done. They did a really good job. We were impressed with the service. They did everything but the windows.

They do a really nice job. They are professional. They are fast. I have no complaints so far. They are expensive but I think everybody who offers such service charges that amount.

Overall experience was very good! I was very impressed with the owners presentation. Very pleased with the quality of the work done. I found the staff easy to communicate with and cleaning crew to be very efficient. Price was more than fair. I have decided to continue bi-weekly service. I did a lot of research before making a selection. Although I didn't see any reviews for Dial-A-Mop House Cleaning in Angie's List I did find them widely available on the internet. After having interviewed a number of services I decided Dial-A-Mop would be the best fit for us. I especially like doing business with companies that support their communities. I confirmed that Dial-A-Mop does this through their participation with the Luekemia Lymphoma Society and the Cleaning for a Reason Foundation.
