The first service had five people doing a complete top to bottom cleaning. We have been using the weekly service since then and the service is awesome. Above and beyond what I expected!

They consistently do a great job and my house looks and feels very clean. The ladies who come to the house are very friendly and follow instructions well. After a visit or two, they just know what to do. The office staff are accessible and responsive. I like the fact that the people who clean follow a checklist to assure nothing is missed.

I was ripped off. Money taken from my account and I didn't have the service done! Rate of F for Professionalism is for Rita the owner. Staff that came to our home were very pleasant.

They did end up breaking a couple of things and didn't tell me. When I called, the person I spoke to said it was impossible, but she wound up giving me the cost of the things. They could've just said something, instead of side stepping it. They did remedy the situation. Quality was very good.

I just had my 7th bi-weekly cleaning (after an initial deep clean of my whole house) and I can honestly say that I am very happy (having had a previous company). I wish I found Dial A Mop last year! From my first contact with Cristina, to meeting the crew the day of my deluxe cleaning, and 7 cleanings so far, the whole experience has been a pleasure. They are responsive to my wants and needs, and very professional but friendly too. I've even stopped by the office to drop off my house key and the office is so lovely! This company knows what they're doing, that's for sure. My stress levels have gone way down with Dial A Mop taking over keeping my house clean. I even had the inside of my refrigerator cleaned on my last cleaning and will have my windows done next. They work with me and my budget and I am just so grateful for them. We have been using Dial A Mop for about six months. The key to operating a successful business starts at the top with management and both Rita and Christina have excellent management skills. They worked with us to rectify a scheduling issue we had at the beginning and a cleaning technique. Their cleaning technician teams arrive with a Lead Technician. We have found them to be consistent with the cleaning and they pay great attention to detail. They ensure that they have completed all of the items listed on the lengthy Dial A Mop Cleaning Check List and present us with the completed list before they leave. Both management and cleaners are friendly, reliable and act in a professional manner.

For two years things went very well. We were a happy client and happy with the staff and management. And then, POW. Out of the blue we get a call from the management of the company saying that they would no longer service us. We ask too many questions of the staff, and were rude. Wow, the past weeks service for us was no different than any of the last two years. My wife is always friendly with the staff, asks about their status, and generally chats with them a few minutes before they start their work. I've never heard a cross word from my wife or the friendly hard working staff. Something has changed at Dial-A-Mop, and I do not know what. But some how they were willing to drop a happy $3,000/yr client. Where before this incident I could highly recommend them, but not now, sigh. We have hired another firm and will let you know how that goes after a while. My "F" ratings are for the management, not the staff.

I have Dial A Mop come to my home bi-weekly. They are always on time and always friendly and professional. Usually 2-4 girls. They don't just dust, vacuum, and mop, they do such much more. They have a cleaning check list with approximately 75 tasks on it to be completed in your home that is especially designed for each room. Bathrooms are scrubbed, vanities are washed, towel & paper holders are dusted. My baseboards and ceiling fans are cleaned. They even shine up my washer and dryer. My hardwood floors throughout my home look like new. Anything you need them to do is as simple as asking. They are so accommodating. I have had previous cleaning services that either broke things in my home or unfortunately stole from me. I have been using Dial A Mop now for 4 months and I am so pleased with their services. I highly recommend them.

I hired Dial A Mop after another cleaning service seem to not being cleaning as well as they did in the beginning. The other company let my dog out of the house and didn't look for her. That was the final straw for me. I needed a new cleaning service that would respect my house and my pets. I met with Rita, the owner, for a quote and she was interested in exactly what we were looking for in a cleaning service. They were hired and came out and did a deep clean and have been cleaning our house on a bi weekly basis ever since. I have to say that first I was a little worried about having someone come and clean my home as I have always done this, the staff eased my mind on this and I was able to relax and have my home cleaned professionally. I was shocked by the excellent cleaning job that was done at my house, the staff cleaned areas that I have honestly not had time to take care of for quite some time.

I can be be very picky when I chose and utilize a vendor, especially on who will be in my home on a regular basis. I can say without hesitation that Dial-A;Mop is one of, if not, the best vendor/provider I have had the pleasure of using. Rita does an initial inspection of the home, schedules a time fr an amazingly thorough initial cleaning and then works with you on a schedule (as often or infrequently as you like) that perfectly fits your needs. A few days before the scheduled appointment, you receive a call or e-mail reminding you of the cleaning. That all occurs BEFORE the actual cleanings take place. Then, from that point forward and as you have scheduled, a team of true professionals spend hours making your home look better than it ever has before. My home is set up so that certain rooms are cleaned each time, other rooms are cleaned every other time and a third tier of rooms are cleaned only when requested. Customization is no problem. Each scheduled room is thoroughly "worked over" top to bottom, but then, each cleaning, a single room is identified for an even more intense cleaning. Long and short, Rita and Dial-A-Mop are the best I have come across and they have my highest recommendation.

This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. They are professional, do a great job, never mess anything up, and have great communication. You can easily contact and set up things online. You get a team of thorough and efficient workers who are extremely pleasant. I highly recommend!

I normally clean the inside of my home myself after experiencing various damages from a cleaning service I used in the past. Well, I am not easily impressed, but I have to say that I have not seen my home looking this clean in years. My first cleaning was a (deep) cleaning which was very comprehensive including washing woodwork and even cleaning ceilings and doors. A couple of very nice women worked for over five hours and my home looks great. They even have a check list for the employees to fill out and I received a copy. There were not damages and no problems. I would definitely recommend this company.

The team arrived on time. They were polite,professional, and focused on the job at hand. Tracy, the supervisor, and the rest of the team walked around the house with me. As we did, I explained the concerns that I had. The team started upstairs. They washed the baseboards, vacuumed the curtains, removed cobwebs, washed the doors, and door frames to name a few details of the thorough cleaning. The bathroom was literally sparkling; I haven't seen it that clean since before my mother-in-law got sick. When they started on the second level, I witnesses them cleaning and polishing the kitchen cabinets that had gotten so dirty. I couldn't believe how clean they came out. Everything was taken off of the counter tops so that they got a good cleaning. Then each item was was cleaned before it was put back. I saw a member of the team on her hands and knees cleaning the baseboards along the wall that the kitchen table was pushed up against. In the living room, there was something that appeared to have been spilled on the wall, and again a team member diligently wiped the stain off. Banisters and handrails were cleaned and polished. The front door was cleaned with attention to the doorknob area that was very dirty. The carpets were edged to get to the crevices. Those are just some of the special attention areas complete by the team . I could go on. It took them 4 hours to complete this thorough cleaning of a house approximately 1500-1800 sq. ft. I was delighted with the end result. The house hasn't looked this clean in a long time. I feel better about the conditions under which my in-laws live now because of Dial - a - Mop. Rita and her staff have been great. Rita is the most professional house keeping owner I have ever met. She and her staff have a system, and it works. They come when they say they will and do what they say will do. Can not ask for more than that.

It doesn't get any cleaner than this! My home looks amazing and the four young ladies who cleaned worked their tails off! I contacted Dial-a-Mop because of their high ratings and the service was incredible. I had a consultation with the owner and she gave me a price and explained that the staff was well trained, had background checks and the company is insured so I made an appointment to get my house cleaned. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a superior cleaning service.

Dialamop did a phenomenal job cleaning my house. They cleaned like I would clean. They were scheduled for 4 hours but when the job proved to be longer, they stayed an extra 1.5 hours to finish the job. At no additional charge. Now they will start on a bi-weekly service for about $120 per visit. After going through 4 services in 3 years, I think that I finally found the best. It has been great working with the owner, Rita, and her office staff to get to this point and I look forward to many, many years of cleanings with Dialamop.

Rita came out to my house to give me a quote and I was impressed with what was included in a deep clean. Her staff was thorough and my house has never looked cleaner. Thank you for the great service. :)

If you live in South Jersey and are in need of home cleaning service then look no further. Dial-A-Mop is the second--and last--home cleaning service I'll ever use. They're professional through and through: competent, courteous, dependable, flexible. They've been cleaning my two-bedroom apartment for several months and I could not be happier with the service. This is no fly-by-night cleaning service; I've done business with companies 10x larger who couldn't hold a candle to their level of professionalism. Truly amazing for such a small business. I use dial a mop every other week. They are very thorough, prompt and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their fees are very fair.
