Carlo was prompt, courteous, and spontaneously offered explanations of how the inspection process worked. Rather than simply saying that something was or was not in working order, or he explained the importance of the system to the functioning of the home. He offered descriptions of how a given item might be repaired, and also provided a list of contractors and their contact information. I also feel confident that should I have follow up questions, Carlo would be enthusiastically available to address them.

We recently had our new home inspected by Carlo Vitale of Vitale Inspection Services. He was on time (early as a matter of fact) and immediately got to work. He explained what he was going to do and offered us to follow him around and ask ANY questions we had along the way. He gave us a ton of information about the house and gave his sincere honest opinion of the home. After the inspection he gave us a folder with different vendors and important things to consider when you move. (very thoughtful!) We received the report very quickly. The next day. The report was very clear and easy to read and understand. He then sent us a hand-written thank you card a few days later. You could tell this company truly cares about their client! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection!

Carlo performed a very thorough inspection on a home we were planning on purchasing. Prior to the inspection, I had advised the areas in the home where we had concerns. He took the time during the inspection to explain issues that needed to be addressed or monitored. Carlo’s great work, helped us to make the decision not to purchase the home. Carlo and his team are amazing! Everyone from Anthony at the office to Carlo and Jared at the inspection was a paragon of professionalism and customer service. We had never experienced a home inspection before (this being a first home purchase), and they did everything they could to address our concerns, and answer any and all questions. Carlo took the time to walk us through what they were doing each step of the way, and boil it all down to the big ticket items at the end. Dave from Vitale Inspection Services was extraordinarily detailed, friendly, and helpful during the entire inspection process. He arrived 15 minutes early (at the same time as us), and introduced himself and gave us an overview of what he was going to be doing and what we could expect and look for. This was immediately comforting, as we are first time home buyers and really had no idea of what to expect. Throughout the inspection, he explained everything he was doing in terms we could understand, and even offered up some tips for us as first time home owners. At the end, he gave us all of the details regarding next steps, when to expect the report, and a list of experts and websites that could be of use to us in the future. He even said that we should feel free to contact them at any time, even after the inspection period was over, if we had any questions or concerns at all, and they'd be happy to help us out or point us in the right direction. You could tell that Dave was very passionate about his work, and definitely a subject-matter expert. Additionally, Anthony (back in the office) was extremely nice and helpful with getting everything scheduled and coordinated with our agent and attorney. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for inspection services.

It went very well! My wife and I were extremely pleased with our home inspector Chris. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, and explained things as he went. Anywhere he could get into, he checked. He told us what he found and why it was important consider. In no way did he seem rushed either. He took his time making sure that he checked every wall, light fixture, appliance, major system, outlet, windows, etc! The fee was reasonable too when considering all he does. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We are so happy that we decided to go with Vitale Home Inspections. A lot of issues were found within the house, many minor and a few major. Thanks to Chris Cook we now have a better idea of what to expect and what to look for when considering a new home. Carlo was great! I called several inspection companies and Vitale inspection was the only one that does full house inspection and an oil tank sweep. Plus it was the only company with good reviews. It was easy to get an appointment. I asked for Carlo thru recommendation and he didn't disappoint. He was very thorough, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained things while going thru the house. He pointed out how things should be. He found several problems that needed attention as well major repairs that needed more immediate intervention. One of the major problem would have costed us alot of money too. He gave recommendations for future needs. I was glad we picked him to inspect our house. Definitely recommend him to anyone.

I will have to look for another house, buy atleast i wont be stuck with a problem.

The appointment went as well as I hoped. Carlo was there on time, walked me through the whole process and provided a very thorough examination of the home. The inspection report was delivered the following day with pictures that showed everything we reviewed. Great experience!

While he told me I would receive his full written report the next time, he actually emailed it to me within a few hours. Chris was already at our new house when we arrived. He already checked out the roof & outside of the house. He allowed us to shadow him & explained everything as he made notes & took pictures. He made sure to tell us what was very important & what was cosmetic. He was quick but extremely thorough. We received the full report in a few hours.
