Very thorough and professional

New construction home inspection with thermal imaging and radon testing

We were unable to come to a time that worked for both of us to schedule the home inspection, so I had to cancel. But I would not hesitate to contact him for a home inspection again in the future.

Terrible inspector. Used him when I was purchasing my house. Report showed a picture and description of a dryer vent that wasn't even hooked up. Never saw the one that was actually being used which was a foot away. No mention of the chimney which needed to be raised to make it to code, or exterior use of a romax wire by the air conditioner which was a safety violation. Many window locks were broken, but not mentioned, doors that didn't close properly, not mentioned. Major active mold issue evident on the sheet rock above the drop-down ceiling in the basement under the upstairs bathroom which was leaking. Not reported because he never looked above the drop-down ceiling. Has cost me thousands of dollars so far for things the seller should have repaired. I called him and emailed him on several occasions, and eventually got one call back where he said he would address my issues when I questioned the inaccurate information in my report. Never heard from him again.

Chris did our inspection for our first home purchase. He is so helpful, thorough, and understanding. Since this is our first home purchase, we had many questions for him. He was patient and helped us understand everything in his detailed report. If we ever have a chance to recommend Vitale Home Inspections, we will in a heartbeat. Punctual, polite and thorough.

Carlo was great! He was on time both times and very friendly. He took his time on both the home inspection and the final walk through to verify the previous owner updated all the problems that we're originally found. He also offered advice on upcoming maintenance options that we really appreciated. He inspected every aspect of the home with great detail and his report of the inspection was thorough and received incredibly fast. Not a single negative issue, would recommend to anyone!

MY APPT WITH CARLO VITALE WAS AT 9:00 ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE HOME AT 8:40AM HE WAS ALREADY THERE SETTING UP FOR THE INSPECTION. HE WAS PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT. CARLO CLIMBED THE ROOF, CRAWLED INTO THE SMALLEST CRAWL SPACES AND EVEN WENT AS FAR AS KNOCKING ON A NEIGHBORS DOOR TO CHECK ON SOME SUSPICIONS HE HAD ABOUT THE GARAGE, WHICH BY THE WAY PANNED OUT TO BE CORRECT BECAUSE HE DISCOVERED TERMITES. HE CHECKED EVERY CORNER OF THE HOUSE, SEEING THINGS I WOULD OF NEVER NOTICED. HE WAS BEYOND THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND WHY HE WAS DOING IT. CARLO IS PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS WORK AND CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS. BY THE WAY THE INSPECTION REPORT WAS READY SATURDAY AFTERNOON, IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THEN THAT. I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP HIS CARD AND USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN.

They were early for the appointment and he came with a partner so the inspection was done very quickly. While one person was checking the outside of the house the other person was checking windows and other parts of the house. They were very professional and ensured I knew what was wrong and right as we walked around the house together. I would recommend this company to any person looking to purchase a house.

Carlo arrived on time (a little early, actually) and took us through everything, answering questions as we went through every room of the house. He provided a very detailed report with photos and made sure we had a 'punch list' of things we'd want to address with the buyer as well as a list of things we'd want to address ourselves after the closing. Because of the temperature he was unable to test the air conditioning that same day, but returned a few days later to do that testing.

Carlo and team showed up on time and was prepared with everything he needed. He had a trainee with him and he explained that to the clients, that the person was there but was in an observerer capacity. Carlo spent several hours going through the property with the clients, explaining and documenting as he went.. By the next morning he had a complete report written and delivered via a cloud service so it was easily shared to all parties that needed it.

Full home inspection with termite and radon test. Carlo was great. He showed up early and did a thorough job. He takes the time to explain any concerns and gives you advice on how to care for each item through ownership. Carlo covered every aspect of every room, way more detailed than the inspector we had for our last home. Will be highly suggesting him moving forward.
