Dave was very professional and thorough in his walk-through and explanation of what he was doing, what he was looking for, and why he was doing what he was doing. The inspection went well and Dave explained what changes or little things could be done to fix up the house after closing. He continued to display his professional demeanor when asking us if we had any intent on changing or making improvements to the home and offered us a list of trusted contractors and services that Vitale Inspections have worked with and trust. Bottom line: I would absolutely contact Vitale Inspection Services again in the future for all these reasons.

Dave was early. He was accommodating and flexible to my schedule. I am a first time home buyer and he was sure to explain everything to me from start to finish and answer all my questions to ensure I was understood and worry free.

The inspection went very well. The inspector was very thorough and even showed me how to work one of the doors with special safety features. I also opted for the termite inspection and radon test. For the size house I had inspected the price was great. The system they use to let you view your report is also very nice. I made my list of repairs by clicking a button and saved the list as one file.

Carlo was amazingly detailed and interactive. He walked me through all of the findings and explained every detail. He answered every question no matter how small. I would highly recommend his services. This is the second time we've used Vitale Inspections and I could honestly say I wouldn't go to anyone else. This is my second time using Vitale Inspection Service and both times i was more than satisfied. From the first call, booking the appointment was so simple. As soon as i told Anthony the address, he knew all the necessarily details of the home. He then contacted my agent and got everything scheduled and coordinated with the sellers and their agents. So simple. On the day of the inspection, Carlo was there early and ready to go! He squeezed into every nook and cranny of the home and found some real issues. He was very thorough and informative. He explained everything to us as he was going and taught us a bunch about this home. I couldn't have asked for better service. The next morning my report was waiting for me. Everything that we had discussed during the inspection was in the report with pictures and an explanation. There was also a feature to create a request list using the pictures and inspector comments along with my own personal comments. What an awesome feature! i filled it out and sent it to my representative and am currently waiting on a response. Fingers crossed! Vitale Inspection Services is the best. They make everything super easy. All starting from the call to order an inspection. Anthony is ready to work with you and house the house pulled up in front of him as soon as you give the address. He then takes care of confirming the appointment (of a time that works best for you) with the agents and sellers. So easy! The day of the appointment, I showed up early and Carlo was already there ready to start. He got in the house and started the dishwasher and turned the heat up to make sure that was all working before we entered the house. He is very thorough and squeezs into spots you wouldn’t believe. He explained everything in detail to my wife and I and answered any questions along the way that we had. It was not only good to see what was wrong with the Home, it was great to learn how the Home actually worked! He sent the finished report over to me by the next morning which was clear and concise. There were no surprises. What a great experience. All 3 times. Vitale Inspection Services has a great team that I would and will recommend to everyone! Thanks for all your help guys!

Dave (inspector) was there 15 mins early, which was great! He explained how the inspection process would go and was very friendly. Thru out the inspection it felt like we were getting valuable info & he schooled us on so many things we did not know as first time home buyers. Very INFORMATIVE. We really appreciated that he took the time to explain things to us & give us advice. For example: the sliding doors in the house are new and he said to call and re register them so we have that warranty under our names as the new home owners. He pointed out things like that & really had our best interest in mind. Just a genuinely good guy! They also provided us w/ a list of other trusted contractors, which we needed. * A portion of our inspection fee went to a charity as well on their (vitale's) dime! Very nice guys!

I had my inspection done with Dave Keintz and it was the best experience for me as well as for the seller. He was professionally early to the inspection with a clean presentation. He was very thorough and realized this was my first inspection and went over every detail and what each one means with pictures provided. He left their home, my future home in the exact condition it was before he showed up and afterwards the sellers took the time to thank us for picking him as they have heard horror stories from other companies with home inspections. I would recommend Dave and Vitale Inspections any day of the week and I will with anyone that asks me in the future. A++++++ Job

Dave was our inspector and he was amazing! He was early for the appointment and answered all of our questions. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and Dave took the time to explain everything to us and showed us different signs of the house we needed to be aware of. We highly recommend Vitale Inspections and will be using them in the future when we move again.

It went extremely well--Dave was punctual, thorough, and he took the time to explain things to us as he went along. We learned a lot that day that we never knew before about the inner workings of a house.

I found my house left I unacceptable condition. It was apparent every thing that was touched. Blinds were left half up and down. Screens that were raised were left up/open. Left my items in my attic stored at the top of the pull down stairs moved all over and some pieces over by the eves. Unreachable from the stairs. Reported I had a backdraft on the water heater. Had PSEG examine and found nothing wrong. Turned up the water heater to the max and never turned it down. PSEG noticed to high. Left a Radon test in the basement and left no info that they were testing, I called and they said "What do you want me to do about it?" I said put everything back where it was. No reply or response. Rude. I do have Photos but not handy right now since I have moved.

Carlo performed a home inspection for us last week. His attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. He was professional, thorough and informative. He took time to explain what he was seeing and helped us to understand the processes.within two days we received our report. We are going to be selling our house next spring and my wife and I wanted to have a preemptive review of our home before we sold it so we could see what any items might be an issue. Carlo and Dave were courteous and very knowledgeable and informed us of all the things prospective buyers would be concerned about. There were a few important items (and many less important ones) but we are thrilled to be able to take care of this stuff BEFORE we sell the house. We do not want to be in the position of running around doing repairs from sale to closing. The report with which Carlo supplied us is so thorough, easy to read, with pictures and gives us an excellent "to do" list. Highly recommended!!!

Carlo Vitale (Owner) was very friendly and greeted me with professionalism from the beginning. He made sure I was comfortable with him throughout the inspection. Him and his colleague were very professional and very informative. Mr. Vitale would allow me to ask all the questions I had, no matter how small or insignificant they were, answers them and showed no evidence of frustration. Mr. Vitale and his associate would volunteer information and show me different parts of the house that I was unaware of. Whether the item was damaged or not they would inform me of everything that was going on. I was very comfortable and lucky to have Vitale Inspections Inc. assist me in my house buying experience.

Carlo and his team are incredibly friendly and beyond professional. They respond almost instantly, and delivered results much quicker than estimated. During the inspection they were extremely informative, and made sure that I had a genuine understanding about everything in my new home. Their prices were already lower than everyone else I got quotes from, and on top of that they also donate a portion of their proceeds to a different charity every month. I've already recommended them to all my friends that are moving.

I don't right many reviews, with that it is must for how great these guys were. Carlo (and new hire in training David) were absolutely fantastic. I met w Carlo and David this morning. They were 2 great, professional, super knowledgeable guys really looking out for my and my family's best interests. I'm purchasing a new home that is less than 1 year old so obviously nothing to find….WRONG! Carlo and David found some possibly concerning issues as well as minor small issues. Same day (as in today) I received a detailed report w/ great pictures, explanations, and even words of wisdom for future ownership and what to do to mitigate issues. I walked every step of the way with these guys asking questions and learned so much. As cliche as "Look no further" is I have to say "look no further" and rest assured these are the guys you want! I have already personally recommended them to one of our friends moving in May! Great job guys! - Danny
