Description of Work: I was in a hurry and Carlo was able to do the inspection after normal hours on a date and time that was convenient for me. He did a home, pest, and radon inspection. He was very thorough. After 22 years in the army I notice every little thing that's out of place. Carlo addressed them all and was able to explain why trouble areas were trouble areas.

Description of Work: We bought the home inspection "deal" for the purchase of our new home. We added on a pest inspection as well, as that was not included. Chris did our inspection. He arrived early as conducted his inspection in just under two hours. After, he spoke with my husband and myself and explained any major things and suggested what we should have further evaluated by specialists. He answered all of our questions and was professional.

Description of Work: Carlo did our home inspection, termite inspection, lead based paint test, and radon test on our home purchase. he was there early, stayed longer than expected answering all of my question, and spent time going over anything and everything that could be of interest in the process. he also gave home tips since i am a new home buyer in every sense. all in all, it was an excellent experience and i would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Carlo performed the inspection for my home purchase. He was punctual (arrived before me and the realtor, actually) and got started right away. Carlo climbed into or onto any space that was safe to do so to ensure we was able to inspect each part of the home in a satisfactory manner. He took the time to explain each item, why it was good or not good, and what I would need to do to fix items which were not in good shape. He was friendly and professional, and very patient with my occasional inattention when I had to step away to take a work call. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family, and use his services again should the need arise.
