Mina was fantastic. He inspected the whole house while we tagged along. He gave us his thoughts and opinions all along the way in way that was understandable and thorough, and offered to review any estimates that we ever received on future home improvement projects. If we ever have a need, we will definitely call on him for advice, and will wholeheartedly refer him to others (we already have!)

Mina was fantastic! He walked with us, carefully examining the exterior and interior of our home. He pointed out issues that need attention, discussed a variety of remediation and preventative/maintenance options to consider, and helped us prioritize projects. He was patient and thoroughly answered our many questions. At the end of the inspection, he offered to review any proposals we get. Mica showed up a day before Christmas. He was extremely thorough in his evaluation and went above and beyond just structural issues , including interior issues as well. His report was comprehensive and clear with pictures detailing all that he found wrong with the house. Based on the report I decided against the purchase. As a physician I look for attention to minutiae and detail and I was not disappointed. I’d hire him again in a nanosecond.

Mina was very responsive and professional from the start. He reviewed photos of the problem landscape and offered his impressions of best solutions via text, email and phone conversation. We were prepared for him to come and help us direct this difficult project. He drove to our residence and discussed what he thought would be the best solution which in our case would involve helical piles. Because he would not be directly involved in coordinating this as there are companies that perform this work, he did not feel he could charge us for providing this opinion even though we felt it only fair to reimburse him for his time, driving and efforts. But he declined any remuneration. The suggestion he gave is truly valuable as we believe it would be the ultimate solution to our problem. It gives us direction to discuss with contractors we’ve contacted, who’ve also been perplexed as to the definitive solution. Mina is a true professional. We will not hesitate to hire him for any structural projects we may need in the future.
