Afterwards, the carpets looked cleaner and better overall. In fact the stains appeared to be completely gone. After they dried (which took about a day, with fans blowing), the stains were still there, though fainter and somewhat dispersed. So we felt that the "big deal" was worthwhile and improved the appearance of the carpets, though it wouldn't classify it as "wow, amazing!"

They were fine. They came on time and they were quick.

Carpet Rescue Plus LLP did a great job! Carmine was responsive to my emails, contacting me in a timely manner and addressing my concerns. He arrived at the appointed time, asked a few questions to make certain he was performing the services requested and he and a member of his team set to work immediately. (I added extra rooms of carpeting beyond the number purchased in the deal and the additional cost was more than fair.) The job was completed in several hours, the carpets looked wonderful and the home smelled fresh and clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Carpet Rescue Plus LLP to others. They were professional, timely, took the time to discern my concerns and performed their work flawlessly.

When I made the appointment I explained about a water stain that was the primary focus of the cleaning. Since I live in an adult community, I asked if driving directions were needed but I was assured that they had been in this community many times. I received a phone call the morning of the service to let me know the name of the man coming to clean the carpet and what time he'd be here. Shortly after he was supposed to be here he called to ask for directions. His GPS didn't work on my address. He arrived about 30 minutes after that. As soon as he arrived I showed him the stain. He said that if I ADDED an additional service to my prepaid e-mail "deal" he could get the stain out. I agreed to it reluctantly because I believed that the extra charge should have been mentioned when I called initially. The man cleaned the hallway. There was an additional fee to put a stain prevention solution on the carpet. Since I have two cats I agreed to the additional service. After he was done I noticed that the stain that was the primary reason to have the carpet cleaned was still visible. I mentioned this to the man. He didn't say anything. I asked why I paid extra to have the stain removed and it was still there. He just said that when the carpet dried and I went over the stain with a vacuum, it might not show as much. Refunding the charge for the service that DIDN'T work was not offered. The man cleaned up his equipment, thanked me for the opportunity to clean my carpet and left. He was always pleasant and professional. He told me the carpet would be dry in six to eight hours. After he was gone I went into the bathroom, where he used the tub faucet to fill one of his pieces of equipment, and nearly fell because the floor was covered with water. I got that cleaned up and then found the kitchen floor covered with water. The carpet was soggy-wet. There is no way it would dry in six to eight hours. I sopped up all the excess water from the carpet and then set six fans aimed on various parts of the hallway. They have been running nine hours and the carpet is still wet. I'm not at all happy that this vendor was used in an e-mail promotion. The "extra" services felt like a scam, especially since the stain remover didn't work and we'll see about the stain protector..

It was not good. The machine they used leaked all over my wood floors and "I" had to take out big bath towels to mop up the water. Each room had big puddles in the doorways. Although they said it would be dry within 6 to 8 hours, a day and a half later we still had wet spots and some stains were still apparent. Also, although the service included deodorizing the service man tried to sell me Lavender deodorizer for an additional $20.00 . All in all the service was a disaster!!

They did a fine job. They got here on time and the rugs look good. They were also friendly.

The person sent to clean my dryer vent was a kid who didn't know what he was doing and kept chewing my ear off the entire time talking to me about his day. He cleaned my lint trap in the middle of the room and the dust went everywhere. I asked him now how we was going to clean up these little dust particles and his response was "All basements have dust." I had to remind him to vacuum up another mess he made behind my dryer. On top of a poor vent cleaning, he didn't hook up the pipe properly to the dryer and know it won't go back on.

Punctual, professional, informative, efficient, and highly effective use of time and equipment. Was extremely pleased with the results--would recommend this service to anyone. Even took out stains that were there for a couple of years and explained how to remove spots in the future. The results were that the rugs looked brand new again. Explained what other services he could provide in the future, if needed. Showroom clean when the owner and his helper left. And all at a very reasonable cost.

I took the service as part of a big deal. I chose the bedroom and the hall. Because the hall had stairs he added another $45 Almost double . His equipment is not that great, but he showed up on time and was pleasant. The check had to be paid to the owner personally and when I asked for his card, he didn't have one. He said that he would send it in the mail, but never did. I didn't get the impression that he was going to be around for a long time.

They were great. They did a good job. They were able to get all the stains out. I'm going to have them come to my own house to do carpet cleaning.

As per the special promotion, the job entailed cleaning the carpet in one room and vacuuming/cleaning the dryer vent duct. Two individuals arrived around the promised time. Although I thought the job was straight forward, there was the unexpected sales pitch for additional services. This I have come to expect from Groupon subscribers but did not expect from Angie's List providers. First, the gentleman in charge of cleaning the carpet informed me that the service only covered steam cleaning and not shampooing/deep cleaning and that this extra service would cost additional $40. Same type of pitch from the gentleman in charge of the dryer vent duct cleaning. Told me that the service only covered the vent duct cleaning and not removal of trapped lint from the dryer. Cleaning the dryer would cost additional $40. I opted for the deep cleaning service for the additional $40 which I had to pay in cash. Not sure whether these guys are moonlighting on the side or not. I have nothing against extra services for extra cost as long as the provider of such services provides a full disclosure of such services. Furthermore, the services provided should be fully explained before purchase so that the customer knows what he/she is paying for.

I received a prompt response after my purchase on Angie's list. The representative was courteous and explained that they were extremely busy and could not fulfill my request for 10 days. We agreed a date and time that was convenient for me. The day before I received a reminder e-mail of the time. I was given a window of time, and the technicians arrived within that window. They were very informative about the cleaning process. I had hired them for the carpeting due to my dog peeing on the carpet as a result of an illness. They offered additional services that were specifically for pet concerns, existing stains, odors, etc. I did choose to take that additional service and in the end paid $90 over my initial purchase on Angie's List (35 for carpet and 35 for vents). The technicians explained everything in detail, and even went further and provided me with detailed instructions on how to clean pet stains from the carpet on my own. There were three technicians - one for the dryer vent, and two for the carpet (a supervisor and a helper). They were sensitive to a deadline I had with my Dad who is handicap and needed the same access they were using. They ensured they were finished and out of the way by the time I requested. It was a very good outcome. I highly recommend them.

Hired to clean out dryer vent hose, that hadn't been cleaned in 15 year. Arrived within the 8-9AM hour time frame. Metal hose was so packed with lint and was kinked that unable to clean it out. Replaced it with new hose, cleaned out the interior of the dryer, installed a new vent kit to the dryer and a new exterior vent hood. Very professional and thorough. Cost was reasonable for what was done and the worked it entailed. Would definitley recommend them and use them again.

Provider was more than late, didn't introduce himself, had a strong cigarette smell and didn't act in a professional way at all. No information about the cleaning procedure, no authorization asked before opening (yes... actually, cutting down) my main trunk. But above all what is not acceptable is the mess he left in every room as they use NO protection around their blower... Also, the job the way he does it: One guy upstairs with a blower (lawn care like) and himself in the basement with a vacuum is REALLY smething you can do yourself, if I knew he was operating this way, I would never have purchased the deal. No technology, no camera, no snake, no expertise, no explaination on why this supply was clogged or why this one brings cold air in while on "heat" and funny thing, he didn't even notice than one our our suply was just disconnected: We knew it before and intended to tell him about and maybe pay a little extra for fixing it, but things went soooo bad that we litteraly forgot about it! Anyway this "professional" strangely did not notice that one of the kids room was unplugged and therefore not working... The whole house was done in about 30 minutes and they ran away as if they knew we might wanna call back our check! Needless to say that we won't ever use this business again and have made all our neighborhood aware of their practices and also after checking their reviews on yelp, we got a better sense of why we felt so badly scammed! Also, does not work on a promotional basis as advertised with Amazon or Groupon, since the guy finds a foolish reason to ask for more money not even 5 minutes after he entered your home...

I purchased a coupon for Carpet cleaning-good for 2 rooms. I also have a microfiber sofa that I asked about having cleaned and they said they could do it for an addition $99. They started with the sofa and not one spot came out. There are no major stains like wine or spills, just everyday dirt build up on a light colored sofa. After spending 15 minutes on the sofa they said they were done and ready for the carpet. NOTHING about the sofa was "clean." We went back and forth with the two very unprofessional employees pointing out that the sofa was not even close to clean- just wet from steam. I told them I would not pay for the sofa and they got their boss on the phone who was even more unprofessional. I was told "Let me give you and education about upholstery cleaning" and the guy went on to talk down to me, someone who actually has an education beyond high school. He then asked "What do you want them to do, stay there all day for $40?" To which I replied, "No, just until the coupon that I purchased and you advertised was honored and the job was done." I was also asked, "Which type of carpet cleaning service did you purchase because there are different levels of clean"...LOL... Long story short, I told them to leave without even asking them to clean the carpet. I have a $99 shampoo carpet cleaner that if used the correct (several passes over soiled areas) gets the carpet very clean. It's done now and looks great but I thought I'd try a professional as it was a good deal and I was feeling lazy. Never again! This company is a joke and should be removed from Angie's list.

He came a little late as he is busy with all the work and squeezed in our job on Friday late afternoon. Very nice work. Worked extra hard for the dirty spot and removed all those dirty spots. Also showed us what's deep cleaning effect to the high traffic area at the hallway. Will hire him back in the future to do deep cleaning on other high traffic areas...

It was a good deal. They were polite and professional on the phone.
