When they arrived,, we had a disagreement over the service and price. They had to call the office to see if what I quoted was correct. It seemed thereafter that we got the briefest and shoddiest service they could possibly perform. It seemed that the water they used was dirty. I'm not sure there was cleaning solution in it. They missed areas..... I could see by the tracks where they'd run the machine. It was hit or miss. I did not expect them to move the sofa or the piano, or dining room table, but easily moveable furniture was not moved. I continued to clean the carpets myself after they left.... blotting the saturated carpets with paper towels. The residual water was filthy. They were in and out of the house in what seemed minutes. I'm sure I am exxagerating... it was more than a year ago. But I was not happy at all. I sent an immediate review stating my dissatisfaction. They also cleaned the dryer vent with a vacuum but then did not vacuum up the DIRT left behind when they moved the dryer back. It seemed that they were told to get in and get out as fast as they could, after driving all the way from NJ for the "special" I'd purchased. I have not used services on Angies List since, after that bad experience. I can't remember the price I paid or the actual date as it was over a year ago,

A technician came out, and the person was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He checked the dryer and said that I had kept it exceptionally clean, well within the perimeters of the fire safety people who caution about gas dryer fires (he said it more professionally but I don't remember the exact name). He also went outside and checked the vent from the outside to make sure that was clean and clear as well. I would have been 100% happy with this (especially as the price was so reasonable), but the technician did something to the little screen that collects the lint from the dryer that you pull out (don't know the name for that either!), and it hasn't worked right since the visit. I can still pull it out, but something inside catches the lint and it doesn't just come out on the screen like it did prior to their visit. I have to stick my hand in and roll it out or use my vacuum to get it. To be fair to the owners of this business, I did not call them and tell them as I thought something had just bent a little when the technician was cleaning it and that it would eventually work itself out. Then I felt that too much time had passed so I didn't call. If you use them and encounter a problem like I did, call them right away.

The services were exactly what was stated on the offer. They were on time, professional and friendly. Friendly is a plus. So, they have an extra star for that one. The only criticism or feedback that I can give is that they 2 empty bottles in my kitchen floor. They probably forgot to pick it up on their way out and I didn't notice til way after they left.

Excellent value. They didn't try to sell you anything that we didn't needed

Went well! all services performed in a timely manner in the way we had agreed it would be done. I am pleased!

The serviceman offered additonal options and when the services declined, all he could say was well I'll do the best I can but without the additonal services don't expect much.

Crew was very professional. I am satisfied with the work they have done.

I used this when I moved out of my old apartment. They did a really good job. The price was great and they worked very efficiently. I would recommend them.

Not quite as clean as I hoped..would cost extra for darker areas.

It went well. He arrived on time, was thorough and quick.

They did a much better job cleaning and making the carpets look better than other carpet cleaners we've used in the past. Will definitely use their services again.

I was a little upset that the carpets did not get cleaned as well as I thought they would said there was a soap build up however i had not shampoo the carpet in a while for there to be a soap build up as he had stated

I was never contacted by the provider, phone number said it was no longer in service.

They were running late because of a previous job. But they called and kept me updated. When they arrived, they went right to work and did a very nice job. They cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again and I recommend them for the job.

I purchased the deal on June 22nd and selected 2 dates for availability. I was told someone would call me within 2 days or so, but I never heard anything back from the company. At this point the phone is disconnected and I will not be doing business with them.

He did a good job but I was expecting the motorized cleaning. He needed to fill the bucket in the kitchen and take it into the office. Overall it turned out very well.

He scheduled for July 1st at 8am, it's 9am and I haven't seen him. I can't reach him and he never called to let me know he would be late.

Had to call someone else in to redo. They told me my dryer was impacted with lint and would cost another $100 to clean. I told him to call me in a week, he never did. I finally called in an LG technician. The dryer was not impacted and the vents had to be cleaned again. The LG tech took pictures of the vent before and after. Now my dryer is working properly. The first guy forgot to plug the dryer back in so it didn't work until I figured out what he did.

I purchased an Angie's List package for dryer vent cleaning. I was contacted immediately and was scheduled within a few days' time. I just had the service completed this morning, and I was really pleased with them. They were clean, thorough, and explained every part of the process in detail - even identified and fixed an issue that I wasn't aware of. My kids loved them too - super friendly! I will use them again for any service I need.

Arrived within specified time frame and immediately said special "Deep Cleaning" would be required for an extra $30 over and above Angieslist $59 special. Sprayed fluid and proceeded to rapidly vacuum carpet. When I pointed out an dog vomit stain he said "they never come out". I was able to remove the stain with my shop vac and Simple Green detergent solution. He and his helper to seemed to be in a rush. Overall a poor cleaning job. I can still see shading of inadequately cleaned areas. Also, a minor annoyance, rather than asking me for which light switch and outlet to use, he flipped switches, leaving outdoor light on and unplugged my microwave and erased settings. I would never use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very nice, very cooperative and very helpful. It went very well. The price was good.

Arrived within the time the estimated. Immediately said the purchase was for basic cleaning and if you upgraded you would get better work. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Didn't move any furniture. Carpet looks ok - just seems like I was expecting more from an Angie's List promoted offer.

They did an adequate job. I wouldn’t say it was great but it was okay for what I paid for. They showed up on time. What I didn’t like about it was they bought a big machine into the house, they have the machine in the truck and they just have the hoses, that’s one thing I didn’t like about it. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they are going to be here.

Carpet Rescue Plus were wonderful. They came in and one of the nicest things I liked about them was they told me different things to get spots up off my rugs and things. They were really good,, I thought They were really nice and courteous. The fact that they gave me about my rugs helped me a lot. They were very, very good. They were here on time. They were very good on punctuality. I will absolutely use them again.
