Jim performed work quickly and on time. Price in my opinion was more than fair for the truckload of stuff he hauled away and the work he did demolishing and removing the shed. Yard looked much better with all that stuff removed and I would definitely use these guys again. Fair price, honest and hardworking.

Very reliable. Came when he said he would. Did a very good job. Cleaned up. I would call him again.

Raccoons had gotten into the garage/barn attic and nested. The raccoons were gone but the mess remained. There was a lot of junk and old furniture and also things that should not be thrown away, although some were ruined by the raccoons. I did not want to face that cleanup after reading on line about raccoon messes. Big Jim and his crew came with a big truck. He called to tell me that he would be late and he did come about 1.5 hours later. They took all the things out of the attic and I was able to say what stayed and what should go. They carried all the things down the stairs and lined up what I needed to save on the lower level. They swept the area before leaving. They wore masks and gloves for protection and offered me a mask. Big Jim was very nice and anxious to please. I would use them again although I found it hard to pay for someone else to take away my junk! In this case, I really needed help getting it cleaned up and in an hour it was finished. This would have taken me days in a hot attic and many trips up and down the stairs. i was so happy that I found Big Jim on Angie's List, and not far away. Felicia was also very nice on the phone and called to check on us afterward.

I called Big Jim and was called back almost immediately. I was able to make an appointment for the following morning. Jim showed up on time, he was friendly and courteous and within the next few hours my garage and basement were free of any debris and swiped clean. Big Jim was great to work with and I would highly recommend him.

As stated above the entire transaction took place in just a few hours. That in itself is phenomenal. The workmen went straight to it and cleaned up every last piece. If you have items to h\be hauled away, Big Jim is THE man for the job.

I NEED NOT LOOK FURTHER!!! Called Big Jim with an urgent need to remove construction waste from basement else all other contracted work would have ground to a halt. Big Jim responded within an hour of my initial call - even shuffling his work to accommodate my time line. His pricing was very, very competitive; and, he is a great, easy going man to deal with. Big Jim's men were very professional and performed the job under less than favorable conditions. Big Jim even provided a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the work (they had to essentially work in the dark since electricians disconnected power). I have more renovations and clean outs in the future, and Big Jim is definitely my guy for the job!!!

Excellent. Jim and his crew arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Efficiently and professionally removed and loaded all the material to be disposed of and cleaned the area thoroughly when they were finished.

I have used "Big Jim's Clean-Ups" many times - this time, my experience was equal to all the others. Jim called me back to setup an appointment when he said he would. He and his other workers arrived on time. They had to remove a very large old upright freezer from the cellar - not an easy task as there is no egress from there except up the cellar stairs, into the kitchen and out the back door. They (including Jim) accomplished the maneuver with no damage to anything in my home. They also removed a good amount of old wood, glass and pipes from the cellar. I was very pleased with the entire procedure and will be using "Big Jim's Clean-Ups" again in the near future.

TRIPLE A+ I could not have asked for a more positive experience. Jim was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Since I work from home, he even went out of his way to make sure that the noisy demolition work was scheduled around my conference calls. They came, they did a perfect demolition job and cleaned up better than the place was before. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've used "Big Jim's Cleanups" service. Once again, when I called,at approximately 2:30 PM, I spoke to "Big Jim" - the owner. (It's ALWAYS a bonus when you communicate with the OWNER!) I told him what materials I had for removal. He asked if I would be home for the rest of the afternoon. When I said I would, he said that he and his crew would arrive within the hour to do the job. True to his word, they pulled into the driveway at 3:20. There were 2 workers in the truck (one was Jim's son) - and soon after they got to the house, "Big Jim" arrived right behind them. I showed him the pile-o-stuff I had behind the garage and they got to work right away. I was impressed this time as the last time that Jim pitched in and worked right alongside them. They were finished within about 45 minutes to an hour. What a relief to get rid of all that junk! Again - JOB WELL DONE! I would heartily recommend them to anyone who wants an efficient, hard-working, reliable removal service!
