Big Jim's Clean-Ups

Big Jim and his team were amazing to work with. From his office staff, to his working team to Big Jim himself, all were super communicative, professional and did outstanding work. We had Jim and Team remove an old, rusty fence along our property line. It was a large job but they did the removal and clean up very quickly/efficiently and left our property in great shape. Everything was cleaned up and we were super happy with the results. The team even took special care not to trample our grass and shrubs while they removed the fence. Last but certainly not least, Jim was super pleasant to work with and offered a very fair price for the work they did. I will be recommending Big Jim's Clean Ups to my friends and neighbors and hope to work with them again.

Big Jim's Guys did an amazing job. They cleaned out our house to get ready to sell. From attic to basement an unbelievable amount of heavy stuff. furniture, tools, books 50 years of accumulation. It took 3 days and they swept up as they went. The office staff were super nice. Thank You!

I couldn't be happier. Big Jim and his guys were fantastic! All my yucky stuff was removed in less than 2 hours. I, previously, rented a Dumpster and filled it myself .... backbreaking work. Big Jim's group loaded "a ton" of stuff into their trucks in record time. I paid less for Big Jim's service than I did for the Dumpster alone ... and they did all the work for me! I couldn't be happier. These guys are great, courteous and efficient and neat. Jim is super and so is Administrative Assistant, Susan. Never order a Dumpster again. Just call Susan and Jim and away go your troubles. Highly, highly recommend them. I have another attic to empty and I will call them again soon. The best!

Jim was prompt in showing up and giving me an estimate. His price was very reasonable. He and his crew showed up at the assigned time and removed all the junk stored in the garage. They swept out the garage too. Jim was friendly and professional through the job. I will definitely use him again.

Went pretty well. The only issue was they were late and weren’t proactive about letting us know they were delayed. They were very responsive when I called so it made up for it . Once they got to my house everything was good. Nice people. Did a good job

It was easy to schedule a convenient estimate as Jim responded right away to my call. During the estimate, Jim was attentive and very helpful with advice. He didn't ask for a deposit before the work began, and the estimate and final cost was reasonably priced. He called ahead as promised before their prompt arrival to begin work. When he and his team arrived, he walked them through all that needed to be done exactly as I had requested. My husband and I were amazed at how fast and well they got this job done. They not only completed everything so skillfully, but also cleaned up so immaculately when finished! Care was taken not to scrape or scratch walls or hardwood floors, without my mention of it. These men are true professionals and have a very pleasant and respectful demeanor. By the time they were finished, they felt almost like family because they were sensitive to the type of situation this was. I highly recommend this company's services.

Jim and his guys were Fabulous. They handled all the heavy lifting - I just pointed out what needed to go - and presto - it was gone - including carrying very heavy items from the very back of my yard. Entire job was done quickly and very carefully. Absolutely no damage to anything outside or inside. Filled 2 truck loads. Spoke to Jim on Wednesday - job was done on Friday. And for the amount of junk - again 2 truck loads - that Jim and his guys carried out and hand loaded to their trucks from my house, backyard, from my attic - the price was very fair and reasonable. Highly highly recommend Big Jim.

I needed some old things removed from my apartment before I could move out. I talked to Jim on the phone a week earlier to get a free quote and to set a date for him and his workers to come. They were punctual and everything was done professionally. My apartment is on the second floor with stairs, but the items were out the door in no time and with no marks left on the walls. Great job!

When I called and left a message, he promptly got back to me and set a date and time to remove the unwanted items from my home. He arrived on schedule, gave me a great price and was very professional in carefully removing the items without scratching the floors. I would highly recommend Big Jim's Clean Up.

I spoke to him twice but he never called back even though he told me to leave my number on his business phone. He mentioned he was busy, but if he couldn't do the work he should have just said so. Luckily another service came to the rescue and picked up my items within 2 days. Too bad Jim, they filled a truck and you missed out.

Jim was great, very professional and nice. He came on time and called to let me know he was on the way. I did not have a big job but the furniture was very heavy. His staff, 4 guys arrived with truck and they removed heavy pieces of furniture from 2nd floor and hauled it away for me. They also moved a dresser for me into another room. They were professional and careful not to bang walls going down the stairs. I am very pleased and would call him again.

Jim and his workers came promptly after my call for an estimate (the next day), and to my delight, were able to move the junk that very day. Even though I was not prepared for them to begin immediately, they asssured me they could. They carefully removed all pictures and collectibles from the piano and removed the big, awkward piece of furniture without damaging anything. They then completed the job by removing everything that I have listed. They then went to the basement to get an old couch I had forgotten to mention. JIM AND HIS CREW ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!
