Did not give a firm appointment time on initial conversation and did not call back when he said he would to confirm tentative appointment.

I was very impressed with NJ Air Quality. David, the owner of the company was quite accommodating and was able to work around my crazy work schedule to setup an appointment. Also, he took the time to explain the issue with my refrigerator AND in terms that I would understand. He left my house, just like he found it – clean and everything back in its place. Overall a great experience and I will be calling them again in a few months for a Dryer Vent cleaning.

The two workers were very punctual and they were friendly and shared the process of the work through the time they were on the job.

Came as scheduled. Three men with proper brushes and equipment. Vacuumed out dryer vent and cleaned from outside with a brush. The workers were unkempt and a bit rough looking, but job was done well.

This was a perfect appointment. He was so kind on the phone scheduled it for a Saturday so I didn't have to take off work. The crew showed up exactly on time. Worked throughly and even showed us ways to improve our dryer. Thank you so much!

From the scheduling of the job to clean up Dave's work was superb. Before doing the install he went over exactly what the process was going to be for the installation of the unit. Upon completion of the job he explained the operation and maintenance of the unit and the work area was left spotless. I would use him again in a minute!!

Very punctual. Turned out that I didn't really need it cleaned as the dryer was pretty new. But that was my mistake and they did what I had paid for.

Dave called me to schedule a date and time he would come in to install a in-house humidifier. He came right on time as we have agreed. He checked the heating system I have in my home and realized that I already have a humidifier installed but not working. Since the humidifier I have was a larger model, he suggested that he would just repair it, replace parts needed, tune it up and place it back into a working order. He explained to me what he have done and parts he replaced. He explained to me how the humidifier works with the heating system, and how to make adjustments if needed. Since then, my family stopped having stuffed up noses and breath much easier. I would highly recommend Dave and his company to any Angie's list members in need of having a whole house humidifier installed in their homes. I would give them a 5 star for their professionalism, timeliness and overall work performances.

I have waited to write my review because I want to see if it would really get the humidity up when the temps dropped. When we had a few coldish days I noticed the humidity was way down so I contacted the installer who suggested I turn the humidifier to on rather than to a percentage. I did that and it seemed to do the trick. I appreciated the immediate response to my concerns and the fact that it appears to work. My only concern was when they installed it in the basement he did not pay attention to which pipe he cut into and went into the sprinkler system which was going to be turned off for the winter! I felt he should have realized that some pipes that go to the outside do get turned off and made sure first time around he hooked into an appropriate pipe. But he fixed the problem and all seems ok.

David worked 2 hours to install new humidifier. Arrive on time. Replaced leaking connection. Demonstrated basic operations and filter replacement. Friendly and knowledgeable, would use again.

They cleaned all the vents and systems it took about 3 hours.

Unfortunately it wasn't the vent, I needed to replace the dryer, but they did a good job.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technicians came out on time. They were courteous and explained the process. However they mentioned that with the Deal I had purchased they would use low power machine and that may not clean my vents very well since they were dirty. In order to use powerful suction they charged me extra. My only problem with this was they should mentioned in the Deal that this can be used only in the cases where the ducts are regularly cleaned and maintained. After the service was performed we noticed that they had missed 2-3 vents. We called them late night to leave a message but the owner David answered the call. The was very nice and asked to call back to schedule and appointment when they would come back and do the missed out vents. David followed up for the appointment and made sure they came in to do the work.

The people arrived on time with all the proper equipment. The job took less than an hour and the difference is AMAZING.

These guys were professionals - they checked the dryer temperature before and after the cleaning and showed a 10F difference. Most other services I have used don't do this.

Cleaned from outside, did not go behind the dryer.

It went well. I was not personally here but the installer was professional. The unit works fine and the cost was well below what my normal HVAC company could offer. I would recommend the offer and the provider.
