Description of Work: Punctual and very professional from the first telephone call to the service provided in my home. They cleaned all the ducts including the one attached to the dryer. They discovered that it was full of water and was about to cause a great mess! They were able to replace it and my dryer was back to working like it should. I would definately use them again.

Description of Work: The first crew that came out did the job of cleaning the dryer air duc. What they did not do was check to insure there was sufficient air flow. The problem was really due to a constricted air duc which the first crew did not check for. The manager came out and found the problem. I since had him replace the entire duc line and the problem with the dryer was finally resolved.

Hi just to verify this was for a dryer vent cleaning. The dryer vent at this home was not installed correctly and was broken. I found the problem and installed the correct dryer vent material. Thank you for the business. We are going to back to repair a few other items that the home needs repaired.
