Very well. The technician inspected our duct work and concluded that we didn't need them cleaned. He did recommend that we install an electronic air cleaner on our attic furnace system, based on the fact that the area isn't well ventilated and the summer humidity could cause mold in that system. We had him install the system. Seems to be working as advertised.

Very well. Dan was excellent about scheduling my job and making recommendations about the appropriate system for our needs. He kept in touch and arrived well within the promised 2-hour window. Having put in many of these systems, he was extremely efficient in getting the system put in correctly and in minimum time. He cleaned up everything and thoroughly explained how the system works and what maintenance it needed.

Very happy with the hardware, the installation, the rep who came to the house. All professional, quick, and easy. Scheduled installation was about a month after purchase, I believe they were backed up because of the popularity of the coupon.

David did a wonderful job installing a whole house humidifier in our home. He did it for a great price and he was very responsive. He always got back to me within just a few minutes when I messaged him. The quality of the work was excellent and he did it quickly. The humidifier he installed has been wonderful. It adds what I can only call a beautiful humidity to our home. The air feels like natural outside fresh air now. It's not at all the kind of air you get when you run a room humidifier that always makes the feel stuffy and too wet. It's just feels like natural outside air. Really wonderful! I'd highly recommend it. People pay so much attention to temperature that they rarely think about humidity. But humidity in the wintertime is every bit as important as temperature. Everyone should have one of these!

The team was on time and did a great job. The first thing Justin did was find the vent that was not providing heat to a bedroom and turn it on... I would have never found that lever. They cleaned the vents quickly and efficiently and I would definitely refer them to others and hire again. One tip - if you have pets, make sure to put them in a safe place before the team arrives.

Justin and his team arrived on time and explained the job that needed to be done. They had to cut into the air ducts which I didn't know, but I felt better once the process was explained to me. They were very quick with the dryer vent cleaning and took time to clean the air vents.

I CALLED DAVID AND HE WAS UPSET THAT I CALLED HIM AT 9:09 AM... HE RESPONSE WAS I WAS SLEEPING Saga continues.. David (owner) does not stand behind his product. I purchase this unit 2 yrs ago and it never worked! Call David first words out of his mouth was "I'm not going to replace it" he refuses to service the product he sell.. The guy wont send service tech because he said, they won't know how to fix it. Theses rvhisvservice guys and they can't service the equipment they sell? The owner does NOT care at all about the customer. Please do not use this guy... I can't believe he's in business. What a joke!
Description of Work: INITIALLY I HAD NJ QUALITY AIR COME OUT TO INSTALL A NEW DEHUMIDIFIER FOR MY FURNACE. WITH THE EXCEPTION, THAT THE TECHS SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, NO LETTERED UNIFORMS ETC... EVERYTHING SEEMED OK, SHORTLY AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DEHUMIDIFIER LEAKING WATER ALL OVER MY CARPET THE OWNER DAVID CAME AND RESOLVED THE ISSUES. FAST FORWARD THIS YEAR 2016 AFTER NOT USING THE UNIT ALL SUMMER I TURNED IT ON THINKING EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO! I LEFT TO COME BACK TO WATER AGAIN ALL OVER MY CARPET FROM THE LEAKING UNIT. CALLED DAVID HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS CALCIUM BUILD UP AND I WOULD HAVE TO CLEAN IT OUT! WHAT? I HAD THE OLD UNIT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IT NEVER LEAKED... I DID NOT BUY A BRAND NEW UNIT FOR IT TO LEAK WATER ALL OVER MY CARPET AND WAS TOLD IT MY WATER.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE OWNER AND THERE LACK OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I HAVE TO FIND A NEW COMPANY TO COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM LEFT BY NJ QUALITY AIR!
