Description of Work: I used this company for an air duct cleaning last spring and just took advantage of another Angie's List deal for a whole house humidifier. David, the owner of the company, was AMAZING. After he arrived, he realized my home wasn't set up properly for what the deal offered. However, I have an infant with a respiratory disorder at home, and the doctor recommended a house humidifier. Instead of just telling me get a refund, David chose to help. He was so kind and accommodating, determined to help us and our child. He studied my house, did some research, and then a few days later came back with a few options at different price points. He custom built a solution for us - an industrial strength one that's practically maintenance-free - that will ensure my son will be able to breathe easily permanently! I posted another review, but I can't say enough nice things about David. He knows what he's doing and is so responsive and professional. I wish A+ was an option! I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Description of Work: They were very thorough cleaning out the air ducts. I appreciated the thoughtful options we were given based on our particular home setup. Friendly and clear explanations. I also liked that they pointed out work on the AC unit from another vendor that wasn't done very well (and did what they could to help). It gave me confidence in their skills because that other vendor actually broke our unit. I referred them to my family and used them again this fall for another service. I am/will be a loyal customer!

Description of Work: Contractor did a good job and was professional. I think the price was competative. Job completes as expected and paid.

Description of Work: I have since has a repairman tell me the vent from behind the dryer to the outside of the house is not connected/out of place. I wonder if this service should have noticed that or whether they knocked it out of place during their service . I suppose I have no way to know for sure.

Description of Work: We had our dryer vents cleaned. They were professional and punctual. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Provider came on time to do the dryer vent cleaning. However, the vent cleaning was not completed as the vent pipe was dislodged as per the provider. However, when I checked the vent pipe on a later date, I did not see pipe dislodged and it was fine.

Description of Work: They came on time. Came with 3 crews with a small vacuum. I expected they come with the right tool like a vent brush at least. After the job the place where the vent is still dirty as if they haven't do anything. They didn't even notify me that the vent connection to the dryer was not properly attached. I have to do the job myself. I felt my $59 went down the drain. Very unprofessional. I guess you pay what you get.
