They were great. The crew was clean and courteous (removed shoes and cleaned up after). The owner Dave is extremely helpful. I needed new vent covers, and he went online for me and found a place that sells speciality covers for older houses that will fit my covers. He even offered to come out and measure/help get them on if i had any issues. Really quick to respond too. Overall excellent job.

The owner Dave is very responsive and they provide an outstanding service to clean the air duct and dryer vent. Price is very reasonable.

David was very helpful and we scheduled the appointment. However my husband had already hired another company so we had to cancel.

The service provider called me to confirm the visit. I am very happy with the phone contact that I had before the actual service. Two nice men , Justin and Brian, showed up on time at our place to do the duct cleaning.. Justin and Brian , we were courteous. They did what they were supposed to do... They cleaned almost every heating duct . there were like 20 of them.. and they cleaning everything. They were sensitive enough to make sure they didnt rip open vents which have been screwed too tight... After the job got over, the guys cleaned every thing, what ever they were supposed to clean. I am overall happy with the guys... but my husband really wished David could have come.. like for 10 mins.. As a new home owner he could have answered a lot of his questions and perhaps earned some more of our business . Anyways... i am happy with Justin and Brian... very nice guys.

Initial contact was within a very reasonable amount of time. Discussed service and scheduled a date. The technicians arrived on time and explained what was going to be done. They were professional, polite and extremely neat. Everything was left very clean and our house now smells very fresh. I would definitely use NJ Air again and would recommend them highly.

It was a very efficient operation. I set up the appointment with NJ Air through online and phone communication. The owner(David) appeared at my house on time with two of his employees. I showed them all of the vents and the main blower in the basement. David left and his two employees went to work. They opened up a hole in the main blower duct and then the two of them went to each vent and carefully removed the covers. One by one each vent was cleaned and after they were done they vacuumed any dust they left behind. The whole process took about two or three hours.

Every thing was good. The crew that came to the home were clean and professional. They cleaned a lot of stuff from my air ducts. I would gladly call them again.

It was a crew of two men who were on time and very professional. This was a home built in the late 60's and we are new owners so we did not know that last time the ducts were ever cleaned. They removed a large volume of dirt from the ducts and removed/vacuumed the registers. The entire job tool a few hours. I would use them again.

Overall, the service that I was provided was not the one that I requested. First of all, based on the explanation provided by Manager was that he would personally come to my place and inspect my return to determine if a mold treatment was required or not. Instead, he sent his crew and at no point he let me know that he was not coming. In addition to this, I did not get the depth cleaning service that I initially requested, but instead the service provided was the basic one (with a smaller vacuum). The ducts seemed that were cleaned properly, however, the technicians doing the work left the hole where the hose is connected to extract the air without the cover and without the insulation that was on top of it. in addition, the spray used to disinfect the coil was not even working, and the technician was not able to perform the work properly. There was no follow up call on the service provided, even though the technician notified the owner that the detail service was not provided.

When I called, I spoke to the owner. He gave me the options and what each price would include. Since we never had our air ducts cleaned and sanitized, we chose the higher priced option. The guys arrived on time and were very polite and efficient. They answered all our questions and even gave helpful hints since this was our first time. Overall we were very pleased with their service.
