Was difficult to schedule. Vendor seemed surprised that Angie's list was selling his service in Westchester. Once a date was established, they did a good job on the date agreed to.

It went very well. The vent had a lot of debris in it so i was glad I had them in to clean it. the tech was very courteous and professional.

Called one hour before they arrived. Showed up on time. Left no mess behind. Very satisfied.

Great communication. Dave showed me pictures from previous jobs to make sure it was what I wanted. Gave me a verbal price estimate based on what we had discussed. The morning of our appointment he gave me a 2 hour time frame of when he would be onsite, he was on time. Everything went great, everything was fully tested and to my satisfaction. If you need work done in northern NJ defiantly use them!

Company said I am not in service area although I reside in Westchester county. They claimed I am too far away and they only are scheduling LOCAL calls despite deal terms. They said would make special appointment but not till end of august. If this was not okay I should get a refund. False advertising in my view and now tine consuming and inconvenient to undue and get money back. In effect you r holding my month hostage fir a month or more due to your false deal terms!

Making the appointment was very easy. Dave was very accomodating. On the day of service, Dave did not come personally, but sent 3 workers. They arrived early! My vent access is under the deck and they went straight to work without complaint. When they completed the outside, one of the workers came in to test the temperature of the dryer to make sure everything was clear. He took off his shoes without being asked so as not to bring in dirt from the outside. I requested that he go beyond checking the temp and pull out the dryer to check that all the lint was gone from the inside the house access, which he did. The dryer is working well, and a musty smell that existed prior to the cleaning is gone! This was my first experience purchasing from an Angie's List Deal, and I was afraid that the price would change once the workers arrived; I am happy to say that my fears were unfounded. They were early, honest and did the job quickly. I will definitely use them again.

I've tried twice to call them after they initially emailed me and there was no answer. Their mailbox was also full so I was not able to leave them a voicemail asked for a return call.

They arrived on time. The two young men were very professional and pleasant. I was told that the air vents I have are not as good as new ones and they should be replaced. I will make another appointment for them to come back and replace them.

First experience with an Angie's list Big Deal. Could have been happier NJ air quality worked with our schedule (pretty chaotic with a three year old), called a half hour before the appointment to let us know they would be arriving at the scheduled time. The work was tone professionally, they had the correct tools and cleaned up. Great experience will use again.

It was fine. We were satisfied with them. They came on time and did their job. They were very polite and very professional. Everything worked out fine. Their pricing was also good. We would use them again in the future if the price is right.

Two workers showed up on time as promised. They quickly got to work by asking to see all the return and supply vents. They set up their equipment and worked for a good 90 minutes. The guys did their best to contain the dust, but at one point alot of dust blew out of one of the vents that wasn't being worked on. The dining room filled up with a cloud of dust. I was worried, but then I saw the guys vacuuming the floors once they were done with the vents. I still ended up cleaning some rooms from top to bottom as dust was all over the furniture. I'm not sure if this is typical, but I wonder if they could've used some sort of container over each vent to trap the dust. This was an Angie's Big Deal for $199. I paid an extra $267.50 to have a UV filter installed in my system because one of the guys found some mold in a duct. Yes, I could've bought the unit online from an HVAC supplier for $100 less, but it was more convenient to get it through these guys.

The whole process went smooth. I bought Angies big deal on Tuesday. Scheduled service for Thurday afternoon. They did a great job cleaning the very dirty ducts and dryer vent. Dave the owner came out to perform the service due to his other crew at another location. He was very professional. Dave also covered all the holes in the ducts with aluminum tape near the furnace. I would use NJ Air Quality again.

It went well! They did exactly what I needed. I didn't see them do the work so I can't really assess the quality. They were pretty professional and cordial, though. I'd recommend the Deal to anyone else who needs it.

The provider called right away and gave us a set of dates for their service. The provider called to change it once due to the weather. Showed up when promised and on time. Did what was needed as promised. Would use this vendor again

Arrived within the time frame that they gave when appointment was made. Was very polite answered questions and cleaned up after the work was completed. We were very happy with their service and would use them again. I highly recommend them.

Although Dave, the owner, and his employees are friendly, courteous and very responsive, we have been having trouble with the heat since the first service (duct cleaning). I am not saying that this is their fault or just a coincidence. Dave has had to return to our home several times because the pilot light keeps going out on the furnace. We are hoping that it is just the fault of the thermostat so we will be replacing it to see if that is the problem. We weren't experiencing this problem until hours after the first service was completed. I really like the fact that Dave took the time to thoroughly explain things to us, as well as giving me information about how to better manage my son's asthma.

This was a 2 day ordeal. I just purchased a new home that is simply gross. It was a short sale and the previous owners didnt take care of the home and never had ducts cleaned. The workers providing te service said it was the worst they had ever seen i. Regards to dirt. The initial promo price was $250 but they recommended a full sanitizing of the coil and install of a UV bulb to further sanitize the air. So the total was $500. I wasn't able to be there for the service but my wife was and they were very courteous and professional Nd explained everything they did. I will certainly use them again. The only snag was they had to reschedule one day. That was partly because I live so far out of there network. Again overall I am satisfied with the service provided and I will definitely use them again.

I tried for over 2 weeks to try to set up an appt. with NJ Air Quality after purchasing my Big Deal coupon. It started off well when they asked for the best time to contact me I told them weekday mornings. They then asked for my address and I gave it to them. This is where the problems started to arise. Somehow the Angie email that was sent to them gave them my wrong address. I told the owner of NJ Air that Angie address was wrong and I then gave him my address. This went on for 2 weeks where the owner repeatedly asked me for my address. I literally had to give it to him 6 or 7 times. So that was my first red flag. The second red flag was that they did not respond to their emails. I had to email them 3 times before I heard back and then when they did contact me it was always at night when it was difficult for me to speak to them.. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to get their act together I decided to ask for my money back. I would never consider using them.

We had our vents cleaned many,many years ago and thought it time to do them again we . After reading reviews on Angie's List we chose NJ Air Quality. We were contacted promptly to make an appointment . The techs arrived on time ,were courteous and pleasant and worked for 1 1/2 hours. It was a good experience start to finish.

The two young techs that arrived were amazing! They were on time, polite and respectful of my home. Also they were very knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. Their clean up was thorough, they were extremely professional and offered superb customer service. They made everything so easy and put me at ease by explaining everything in detail and answering all of my questions. Dave has been personable throughout all of our interactions, he is helpful and such a pleasure. I was very impressed.

A simple job, but they were prompt, thorough, punctual, professional, and followed up with an email asking if I was happy with the service.
