Description of Work: Choose them though they cost a little more with expectation of better service and no game playing. Yet Tried to up sell on the phone and then upon arrival. Didnt seem to remember our fairly extensive discussion at the appointed arrival. Resistent to clean dryer vent which was part of deal. Otherwise seemed to do a good clean job.

Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts. The room clean up around the air vents could have been a little bit better but overall they did a good job. There was an extra charge to install a mold sensor.

Description of Work: He has done work in our office building and our residence. He does air conditioning work. He does maintenance work at our home and did installation work out our office. It was a big job. Dave is terrific! He is always accessible and he has been very reasonable. We have really been burned by other folks but he is trustworthy.
