They were professional and they did what needed to be done. They were on time and they were perfect.

I wholeheartedly recommend Michael Tarsia and MNT. Michael was more responsive than contractor I've ever dealt with. He was always a phone call away. His prices were fair, the work was great, and he's a genuinely good guy. I have an OLD house that I am trying to fix up to put on the market. I knew I needed a new roof and a paint job. I got quotes and estimates from multiple places on Angie's List. I ended up on MNT because of the fair price and I felt comfortable from our initial conversations that Mike would be easy to work with. I started the project at possibly the worst time - middle of December. The roof was done almost immediately (the job was flawless), but it was obviously too cold to paint the house. That didn't stop Mike from checking the weather daily to see what the temperatures were forecasted at to see if there was a warm spell coming. For the first month or so, I heard from him at least once a week with updates. I wasn't in a rush, but it was incredibly reassuring to know that as soon as there was an opening, he would be out there with his crew. Turns out, the earliest time to get the paint job done was Easter weekend. I was on vacation, but my inlaws said that his guys were out there on Easter Sunday getting the work done. The dedication astounded me. I came home from vacation to basically a new house. It looks great, and I'm happy with the services provided. Definitely use MNT if given the opportunity; you won't be sorry.

Pictures taken from the roof assessment sent to us. The assessment showed that soft boards were in front of the chimney line and it was noted that this was due to water penetrating through the shingles and rotting out the boards. Proposal to repair the chimney area sent. Noted that as we have two layers, we will still need to replace the roof eventually. Proposal for replacing the entire roof also sent on request.

He came and he did take pictures. He said that he was going to follow up with a report and discuss some work that needed to be done. However there was no follow- up, tune up or repair work completed.

Michael contacted me within a few days of purchasing an Angies list deal to inspect my roof and perform any minor work needed. Mike & his co-worker arrived promptly on time and confirmed the morning of to make sure we were on schedule. I would recommend MNT Contracting for your roofing needs. I have already contacted Mike to take a look at another roof.

It was fine. They got the job done and gave me a quote on doing some work. Fixed a gutter that separated from the roof but that wasn't really what they was advertising. The deal was for roof inspection and make minor repairs. I was a little surprised that they didn't make some of the minor repairs that were obvious that needed made. Instead they gave me a quote to do the entire roof so that surprised me a little bit. I wound up doing the minor repairs myself which is not what I paid for. They did keep in touch with me and filled the obligation to fix the gutter which is what I wanted them to do for me.

I was concerned about the affect the bad winter and ice had on my roof. Mike inspected the condition, providing pictures and reviewing the condition with us.

Mike was very prompt in contacting me after I bought the maintenance package and turned up when he said he would. I know that the roof is not in great condition so I expected a sales pitch for replacing it quickly. Instead, he reassured me that it would definitely last the winter and in his e-mail he said it had limited life and would need replacing in a year or two. Given this experience, I will definitely contact MNT for an estimate when I decide to replace the roof. So far I'm very impressed.

Overall experience we're happy with the service. The price quote is foldable for us, and we had a quote from different company before the price was double what MNT has given us. I love my new roof and we are happy with the service MNT given is on November 28.

He spilled the black caulking on my new hardwood floors and we had to clean it quickly before the residue would be there forever. He did offer to pay for any material we used to clean it. Otherwise it appeared as though he did not know how to do any construction at all. He uses subcontractors to do the work and they have many crews that do work. To his credit I did try to give a second chance and had him do repairs on my house and install a bathroom vent which his workers did well without incident inclusive of electrical work and venting out to the exterior of the home.

Every thing went well, the quality of work was very good. At a great price. they also did a good job of cleaning area of all debris.

Took a chance on an Angie's Coupon for MNT Contracting and it was TERRIFIC! Mike of MNT could not have been more helpful and professional. He was on time, found nothing major with my roof, but did the items as listed on the coupon, and extra with no additional charge. MNT Contracting is now my first place to go for all my roofing needs. I decided to go with another company because this company could not come out until Monday and I have a leak in my house at a skylight. I found another company and they came out today and fixed the leaks in the roof.

Mike, the owner, and his employee were extremely professional and courteous. They inspected my roof and took pictures of any issues. They sealed around the vent pipes, etc and recommended that I replace a vent fan, which had a large crack in the top. Before they ordered the vent, they took the time to seal the vent with silicone, so it wouldn't leak, in the event of rain. They commented that my roof was in very good condition and I should not have any issues for some time. I appreciate their honesty and would highly recommend their services to all.

They were prompt and considerate. He came back at the end of the day to make sure everything was right. He even called a few days later after we had a rainstorm to make sure everything was ok. His crew were pleasant and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

MNT Contracting provided a full crew of workers to rip off and replace my old roof and remove all debris. Workers arrived promptly at 8am both mornings, and everything was complete in a few days. The entire process from start to finish, including initial contact and receiving the proposal, was efficient and professional. I won't be needing a new roof for a while now, but I'd certainly think about using MNT for other repairs or updates to my home.

It went well. We are very please with their service. It took a couple of days to finish, it was done promptly, the work looks great and they left the place clean as can be. I will not hesitate to call them again for anything my roof will need in the future.

MNT was punctual and performed above and beyond expectations. During the rip off they were neat and promptly disposed of all old roofing. The new roof is excellent and the job was well done. The job was completed from start to finish in two days.

They did good. I love how my kitchen looks. The walls look beautiful with the new paint colors they used. Everything was done in a timely manner. I'm glad I had them do the work on my place.

They came to inspect/bid, saw the problem and fixed it on the spot- in freezing weather, late at night. These are people you can rely on!
