Mike and his crew did a great job roofing our addition, garage, and breezeway. They were very professional, courteous, dependable, and reasonably priced. Mike went above and beyond showing concern for my husband’s concerns.

MNT performed excellent repair work in a very efficient and timely manner. MNT clearly communicated repair work to be performed and identified potential repairs due of the estimate phase. The owner is very professional and provided timely updates regarding the start date for the repair work. MNT kept the work area clean and performed the work within the estimated timeframe.

I can’t say enough about Mike and his team. They did a fantastic job! Our house looks like it’s brand new! Mike was on the job site every day, addressed all our concerns, and answered every phone call or text.

Mike was excellent to work with. He came and provided a detailed estimate. His crew was at my house when scheduled and the work was done above my expectations. I already contracted him to do a repair on my second home. Including a before and after picture of the repair.

MNT repaired my roof in 2015; a leak was noted and MNT repaired the leak without charging any cost.

Made an appointment with Mike to take a look at my leaky roof. He told he was busy and couldn't come out for another 3 weeks. Not a problem, I said. He told me to send him an email regarding the work that needed to be done and he would get back to me. Sent him the email as soon as I got off the phone. Not only did he not get back to me (by email or phone), but when I called him he said he had sooo many jobs that he wouldn't have the time to come out. Mike, you need to reach out to potential customers when you make an appointment with them. I'm happy that you're busy but my time is just as important as yours. Waited for you for 3 weeks and not so much as a beep from you. You could have called me and told me you couldn't do it, that your calendar was booked up. When I called you the day before the appointment, you didn't remember that we had spoken at length on the phone or acknowledged that we even had an appointment, which tells me I wasn't even on your radar. Thing is, I was going to ask for 2 estimates: 1 for repairs and one for a replacement. It's ok.. I'm not angry, but you've got to handle people better than this. It was a complete waste of my time.

It went extremely well. They did it all in one day. They covered the bushes. There was five guys. They did a fantastic job. The money was more than reasonable. He didn't try to sell anything extra. They arrived on time once it got scheduled.

They were efficienct and did a very good job. The worksite was clean when they finished. The roof no longer leaks

very well, the guys were great, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. I'd recommend them.

The only issue was because of weather, so we had to postpone twice, though I don't fault the contractor. Mike was good communicating and gave a very detailed estimate.

The owner Michael was professional and friendly. He was very good with responding to emails and following up. Him and his crew showed up on time, got the work done the same day, and even came back to take care of a few things several days later (and we didn't have to chase him down, he actually followed up with us, which was a first for us after dealing with so many contractors). The whole process of working with MNT was very easy and pleasant. We would recommend them.

All work was done on time and in a professional manner. Mike was on site for questions and to explain what was being done. When I requested additional plywood to be replaced, he delivered it himself so the job would be finished on time.

I was expecting an excellent outcome based on the reviews and the rapport the owner, Mike and I seemed to have. Everything seemed like it went well until afterwards, when my husband and I started noticing the details. The ceiling in the bathroom in the back of our house was cracked and damaged from either someone stepping down through the insulation or dropping something heavy. The front gutter was replaced but not re-pitched correctly, so water STILL collected in the low spot. I called Mike and he sent his gutter sub-contractor to correct the error, which only ended up with the shingles being damaged and the water STILL collecting. I called again, the sub came again- still no better. I had also called and texted about the ceiling damage and Mike assured me he would take care of it when he got back from vacation. I called again and he assured me he would not forget about it. Our last contact was on December 30, 2016 when he texted that he would have someone down in the next few weeks to repair and repaint our ceiling. But he never came through with his promises. Since he never corrected these errors, I hired a local roofer who found out that the gutter issue was caused by a poorly mitered corner- once that was fixed, the problem was solved- Cost- over $200. It's almost 2 years now and the ceiling is still not repaired- estimated cost to repair $300. I am NOT a satisfied customer and although I need another roof done, I WILL NOT use Mike Tarsia again unless he makes good on his promises.

Mike and his crew arrived on time as scheduled, materials and equipment were in placed, and they started working on the roof. By end of the day, they started cleaning up, making sure that all the scrape materials, and sharp objects such as nails were picked up, and placed in the dumpster. We did a walk thru inspection of my yard to insure nothing were left behind. Mike and his crew were polite and well mannered. They did an excellent job to my roof and if needed at a later date, I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Mike was wonderful! He came to look at our roof and made some suggestions. He did not force the issue of replacing a new roof. He gave us a few options to help with ease of cost. We wound up having the whole roof replaced, and the price was very decent. He was very detailed and showed up before, during, and after the job to speak with us. The job was great and the clean up was superb! I would definitely recommend Mike for any roofing/siding job that you need.

Mike Tarsia and his crew were very professional and did a great job. Due to weather conditions, work had to be rescheduled several times. Great communication between Mike and I, as soon as the weather broke, he and his crew were here. When the work was completed, they cleaned up; a day or two later, it rained and my son noticed a leak in our bedroom skylight. I called Mike, and he immediately sent out a crew to check and repair the leak. I have no problem since then. I highly recommend MNT Roofing and Sidings to anyone needing work done to their roof.
