 + -1 moreNo leaks so far. MNT said if there were leaks the skylight might have to be replaced but everything seems fine now. Can't beat the $79 price.
Description of Work: Had a leak around a skylight. MNT sealed it with roof tar and also inspected the chimney and other parts of the roof.

 + 0 moreMike was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He was determined to see the job done and done right. His customer service is exceptional. I've had this leak this year that had a mysterious cause (as many roof issues give). I had three estimates to address the issue and I found MNT roofing to have the best price and best customer service. He was promo in his responses and follow-up. We started out with solving this puzzle by addressing the insecure flashing that was problematic in many spots. We thought this might've been the long awaited solution, until it rained profusely one day and the issue was still there. Mike told me that roofing issues can be tricky and that it was imperative that I keep him informed and up-to-date about the roof. Mike was relentless in finding the solution. I had tenants that were not very cooperative and once they were gone, I was able to give Mike a better assessment of what had been going on. He came to the conclusion that we should address the gutters and at last my headache had been solved. Mike showed me that he was a pro in his field and that he could be trusted.
Description of Work: Provide and install approx. 80ft of gutters and leaders, capped existing yankee gutter with roof insulation, provide and install PVC stick (flat roof), provide and install flashing cement, provide and install 25ft of aluminum flashing in the back of the house

They are really great, the quality of the work was great, they shown me pictures and they told me what they were going to do with the whole roof. He didn't well and called me because of traffic and I would definitely call him and use him again in the future when I have additional work.

 + -1 moreIt went as well as I had expected. I had spoken previously with Michael when he first visited my home to see the work needed to repair the leak. I was impressed with his sincerity and his professional attitude toward his business. He was willing to take on this small job to further his business. I had contracted a previous roofer who failed to show up on an agreed date, so I was skeptical with the new roofer. Michael allayed my apprehension. If a new roof is needed in the future, I will surely contact him for the job.
Description of Work: Michael T., the owner, reviewed the leak onto my enclosed porch and had his men caulk where I indicated where the source of the leak originated. Within 8 hours of the service, there was a severe thunderstorm. There was no leak after the caulking was done.

 + -1 moreIt went great, it took only one 8 hour day from start to finish for a 2200 sq. ft roof rip off and reroof. Mike the owner of MNT was a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and professional throughout the process from start to finish. His crew arrived on time as promised and did a cadilac job at a reasonable price. Everything was cleaned up promptly, you wouldn't even know that they had just replaced a roof when they left. His crew even chased down loose debris that had blown it to yards across the street. Mike was there to personally inspect and direct. The roof looks fenominal and we are very happy with the materials and workmanship. I would highly recommend MNT as they are a quality company with a personable owner who is fair and honest.

 + -1 moreAs Mike had correctly advised me I immediately turned off the central A/C and the leak stopped. I have now called an A/C repair service to correct the problem with the air handler. As a result of the way Mike handled this situation, I will unhesitantly call Mike when my roof needs repair or replacement.
Description of Work: I called Mike from MNT Roofing and Siding at 10:30 PM on 5/27/15 after noticing a leak in an upper level bedroom and garage. To my amazement at such a late hour of the night,he returned my call immediately.Even though he was busy the next morning ,he assured me that he would come by as soon as possible to look at the problem. Unexpectantly, the next morning on 5/28/15 a section of the ceiling fell down as water continued to leak down. Soon after, Mike called as he had promised and said he was on his way. I had called Mike originally assuming that this was a problem pertaining to the roof,especially since it had rained heavily the night before. When Mike arrived and surveyed the situation,he astutely realized that the problem might be emanating from the attic. After thoroughly investigating the attic,he correctly diagnosed the problem was originating from the air handler from the central A/C,not the roof. His honesty,integrity, knowledge and professionalism was so unusually refreshing that I felt compelled to let other people know. Even though he had many service calls during the day he patiently explained with words and pictures the cause of the leak. I would have gladly paid for his time,but he was so kind not to charge us. What struck me the most was his ability to diagnose problems. He took the extra step to also go up on the roof to confirm that the problem was not with the roof. He is a wonderful and honest professional and I recommend him highly. He saved us a lot of problems and am very grateful.

Upon agreement said they would start on May 5th The crew showed up at 8:00am and all work was completed by May 12th Someone was always available by phone. This was a great experience with a very professional company.
Description of Work: Removed old roof including cedar shingles. Installed new plywood ,drip edge,ice shield,15# felt paper,installed asphalt shingles. Removed all debris and used a magnet to pick up all nails, left property clean.

Went over how the process would work, time needed to do the work, permits, etc. Very clear discussion of the details so that I had no lingering questions or concerns. On the morning of the job, the crew showed up and got to work right away. Hardworking, efficient and safe. Made use of tarps to catch falling debris and kept the job site neat throughout the day. Was finished by dusk. Supervisor who was our estimator was on site through the middle of the day, but had to go to visit other sites, but got back by wrap up of job. Roof is beautiful and we are very pleased.
