[Member Name Removed], We would like to start by apologizing for disappointing you with our services; we take full responsibility for not providing better communication with you about scheduling. From the phone conversation we originally had with you was that we would try to make it to your house to assess your leak after we finished another job in the area. Because summer is our busiest time, we were fully booked that week, but were trying to do you a favor because of your situation by agreeing to do our best to find time to come out when we were in the area. When we spoke we said we would call Fiiday to confirm a time that day. Unfortunately, it rained on the day we were scheduled to do the roof in your area, and we therefore cancelled all other appointments. Because we had not scheduled an exact time with you, we planned to wait until early the following week to schedule an exact date and time. Again, we do apologize and agree that we should have called you immediately, but we do also maintain that we never received a voicemail from you, and have gone back to look for this message. Once we did see your message from Angie's List, we contacted you immediately and offered to come out again as soon as possible. At this point, you did tell us that you had already found someone else, so unfortunately we were unable to remedy the situation any further. We do wish that we would have been given the opportunity to work with you to prove our professionalism in our services, but understand that you have chosen to use someone else and wish you the best.
