Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a roof inspection, including minor roof repairs, caulking exposed nail heads, resealing as needed and minor general repairs. They provided photos and a quote for more involved repairs (missing ridge tiles). They were extremely responsive, prompt, and pleasant and were able to figure out why AND fix an area where I was getting dripping into a window - all included in the deal!.. Mike felt that the missing tiles had blown off and that the roof was not in such great shape - but someone else went up there and determined that only an animal could have made the holes while trying to get in...we have not done the larger repairs yet. |

Description of Work: Analyzed leak in entryway roof. Inspected inside house leak pattern. Tarred the peak area. Also grouted on edge where roof met house. Found six inches of wood siding missing on inside roof corner. Sealed missing wood area. Took before and after photos to share with us. Reattached piece of wood trim in back of house.
