Ken showed up on time and anticipated what was wrong from my description over the phone. He would not give a quote until I said I will not pay more then $200 to fix the fridge. At that point he said " it would not be more then $200 " and used that as the price to charge if I had it repaired by him. If not, the service call would be $60 which he would take off the bill. It turned out to be the fan which he said was $90, fixed it in 15 min. and said the bill was $200. I asked for a written receipt which he seemed reluctant but wrote one. He now put down the fan price at $44.75. I asked to have the bill adjusted but he insisted on $200.

The problems with our washer and dryer were fixed at the agreed upon and mutually convenient time. But we were charged $250 for less than an hour's worth of labor and no parts. The next day I found two small screws on the floor and that the front and top panels of the washer had not been resecured.

I had a great experience with Ken's Appliance. He came out and fixed my dryer. That same evening it wasn't working again. He was at my house the first thing the next morning. I thought he was fair and efficient.
