Ken came to replace a price on my LG stove top he did replace and when he put th stove back together he didnâ t use screws he just assembled it without them he dose half a job not knowing how dangerous is that try to contact him he dosent response after first call to discuss the problem His service id overpriced that I was willing to pay as long as Job is how it suppose to be I will not hire him again or recommend him to anyone

Reached out to Ken to look at an oven to repair. He checked it out and advised what the problem could be. Said he was ordering the part for the oven so he could fix it. Paid him for his time to look and diagnose the problem. Reached out to him for an update if the part ever came in and he said he was waiting as it was on back order. One month later and I reached out a few times and he has ignored all of my calls and texts. Wish he would have been honest to let me know he is unable to continue with the job rather than ghosting a customer while taking money for providing nothing.

There was a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy in their work. I do expect tradesman to clean up after the work is done and I even went ahead and provided some cleaning rags for that purpose. So, I think it was plenty clear that I did expect for him to clean up when he was done, but even so, he left things scattered on the floor and also did not have the courtesy of hooking up the clothes dryer to its vent. Disappointed.

My washer and dryer were covered under a Sears protection agreement but they never showed up and finally sent a totally incompetent tech who assured me neither could not be fixed. He did not even bring any tools and finally showed up at the 5th appointment. I posted on Angi and immediately received a call from Ken. He came the next morning and said the dryer was a simple repair....it needed a new thermostat and he brought the part with him and fixed it immediately. The washer is an LG and various repair people told me they vibrate and move all over and cannot be fixed. Ken agreed, but leveled the washer and it washes the clothes well, I just have to push it back in place. Ken charged a reasonable price for the visit and repair and I have already recommended him to others. A no-nonsense repairman who knows what he's doing and does so at a fair price and arrives when he says he will. I will definitely call him first when other appliances need his services.
