Did not leave the old part.......for us to look over in detail......changed pump and then found a hose that was bad......It could have been only the hose??????

Very efficient, accomodating and competent.

Couldn't recommend him higher. Has the party's he needed with him when Sears told us it's take 2 weeks to order. Came on the weekend when others weren't working.

Came very next day - identified the problem quickly and returned within an hour with the part that was needed. Our dishwasher has been running perfectly since. Would call again if necessary.

Ken responded promptly and showed up in the afternoon as promised He replaced a faulty sensor in a short time since he was familiar with my JennAir oven. I have not used it yet but he stands behind his work And knows It will be reported here if there are any more problems

Ken responded to my request quickly and showed up on Sunday to repair oven. Before he arrived he asked for Model so he could come prepared. He showed up with a baking element (which was needed) and although the job took longer than he expected he charged me his original quote.

Ken said my washer needed a new pulley and a belt in for $175. He came back a few days later and tried to install the belt underneath the machine without lifting it. He ignored my questions about the pulley, continued referring to the difficulties with the belt. He was not able to install the belt and said he needed a special tool and will be back next week. After he left, I flipped the machine over and saw that the pulley was perfectly fine; I ordered a belt and an installation tool for $20 total and installed the belt referring to the YouTube video. It�s a shame that Ken was trying to charge me for the pulley that didn't need to be replaced

He was really a good choice. He was prompt knowledgable, accurate, the dryer works great and I got a good price.

Ken was there on time. He fixed my dryer problem. He left all garbage in my laundry room. My husband and I were away on vacation. My daughter was there at the time of service. He also pulled my dryer out and broke the vent piece. My husband came home and it took him an hour and a half to clean my laundry room and fix the broken vent pipe. He should of told us he broke it and not just put it back. Also stuff left all over my laundry room floor. Would call someone different next time.

Ken was excellent,professional and knows his business.told me what was wrong with my fridge in 5 mins..ordered the part came the next day installed .and my fridge is working great. I will definely call Ken again for my plumbing problems.
